I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

I asked him to break the price down. He said the tune up is $275 and the engine mounds is what made up the rest of the price. I told him that's crazy expensive bc a tune up is around $160. He then said oh yeah you're right I was gonna give you a deluxe tune up. WTF?? Why not ask me what I want instead of trying to blindly upsell me like I don't know anything. We've spent so much money here, it made me think the guy felt as if he could just throw out prices bc we've always paid whatever in the past.
