This was probably one of the cleanest tire shops I've ever been in which is nice. I don't typically go to car places by myself as I am a woman and often feel like they try to upcharge me because of it. However, I felt extremely comfortable and everyone was so helpful when it came to helping me with my car. I did spend a pretty penny, but the price compared to even a walmart and the service is better with better benefits and warranty, so I would be willing to do that all the time. I purchase 4 new tires, I was given an alignment and they filled my spare tire with air. My only con is that my tire light turned back on after I drove away, but that may totally be a sensor issue with my car.

After about 2 min he cam back and said he had I guy close to my location that could plug my tire and fill it up. The tech showed up fixed the tire and was very nice and helpful. First of all, Andrew and Meri…read moremade sure that I was able to get in immediately when I explained that my car had been in a body shop being repaired for two months following an accident and then had mold and mildew growing inside when I picked it up. I have three children, including a 4 month old baby, so they were beyond sympathetic and accommodating for my situation. They worked for 7 HOURS immaculately detailing my vehicle's interior, and I know this was one of their more difficult jobs being that my car was essentially a biohazard. However, they went above and beyond, and my car looks and smells INCREDIBLE. Further, when I went to pick up my vehicle, they showed me and explained everything that they did, including an ozone treatment, steam cleaning, and using a dehumidifier to draw out any remaining moisture, among other things. Also, Andrew, Meri, and the detail technicians are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever encounter. They restored my faith in humanity. Seriously, I will recommend them to any and everyone. I'm so grateful!
