The mechanic took my truck out for a test drive and then put it on the lift. They identified the problem and gave me an estimate. During the week, they kept me informed on the status of parts and said they would keep the promised repair appointment. They also kept the estimated price. So today I got my truck fixed. My car prompted me that my rear driver's side tire was low on air. I tried to put air in it, but it wasn't maintaining pressure. I knew I had a minor leak. I called Tire & Wheel Xperts and inquired about the approximate cost for the job and the wait time. I was told that it would be ~$30 for a patch job and there was no wait that morning. The salesperson at the counter was polite and prompt. It took about 40-45 mins in total from arrival to departure for them to fix my tire. Apparently, the hole was very small and the tech spent a little longer than he expected trying to find it. I had a flat tire and had AAA drop my vehicle off. Shortly after, I received a call about a single tire replacement with a clear ETA. For my 2016 Corolla, the total came out to $115, which I found very reasonable. I walked over with my dog, and Mohammad was nice enough to let my dog hang out in the lobby. While I wouldn't normally recommend this out of respect for the business, I didn't have a choice but to bring my dog, given the circumstances, so I really appreciated the hospitality. I waited just a few minutes (maybe 10 at most), and then I was able to take care of the paperwork and head home. The whole process was smooth and efficient. A few months ago, we stopped by with a small concern about a different tire. They were honest enough to take a quick look and tell us we were fine, without pushing unnecessary services. In my opinion, this shows they're an honest business. They could have easily exaggerated the issue and upsold us on unnecessary repairs, but they didn't. I went here several months ago to purchase only one single flat tire and they honored the same agreed price today for the other three that I saved up for. They have the lowest prices for the tires and install. Both technicians were super fast and very polite to me. The quality of their work was flawless. I had a flat tire on my prius and I got a good price and great service. The 2 items that made this service great was the fact (1) I couldn't get a tow to the shop until after 5pm and they would be closed the next day. They were starting to close up shop when the car finally arrived. The team looked like a pro race car team quickly taking the two tires off (1 flat and the other was replaced so they ballanced) and put it all together quickly. Additionaly I had those tire lug locks on all 4 tires. They were able to remove them and replace them quickly. I switched my back tire to the spare but I knew I didnt feel safe driving it. He ran some numbers for me on some work that was needed to get done and also quoted me on new tires to compare to where I usually buy from. Orginally, I found this place when I called around to a few tire shops. I didn't have a lot of money, and I let them know. I had two cracked rims and needed at least 2 tires for certain. And the other two were pretty bald. ISH, the owner said, "Come down, he might have some old rims well within my budget." Unfortunately, they didn't fit my car. But he sold me at a good price on 4 new rims and 4 tires. I couldn't pass on the deal. A few months later, I got a nail in my tire, and I went straight back to ISH. He fixed my flat tire at no cost.
