He then walked over to help another customer, who became so frustrated with his rude behavior that she actually asked, "Why are you so rude?" She requested to speak with the manager, and he replied that the manager was his brother. She ended up leaving without getting service. It's unfortunate because one employee can completely change a customer's experience. Based on my two visits a year apart, this same person's attitude continues to drive customers away. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because one bad apple can hurt an entire business.

This place is a circus. - The techs gather and chitchat, one figured it was ok to lean on my car while it was being worked on. - another tech used my car (using his hands and forearm) for assistance when he would bend down to complete X action. - i asked for them to be extra cautious because my calipers are painted....shocker one was damaged...bigger shocker, they feigned ignorance and said they didn't do it - even though i asked my old rims to be placed in my trunk, they were stacked and a milk crate full of tools and crap were placed ON THE RIMS! - they let customers freely walk inside of the garage and linger! I thought one was a manager by his attire, he was touching my car, come to find out he was a customer awaiting service!!! - best part~ there was mentally unstable transient passing by, this young kid that worked at the shop exchanged words with him and there were a couple punches thrown while he was assisting a female customer! It's been 3 months since I've had my Audi A8L water pump replaced here. Everything seems to be…read morefunctioning well, so it's time to do a review on this establishment. I've been driving Audis for over 30 years. I used to fix my own Audis until I get older and Audis are more complex, I bring them to dealers. Never used any independent Service Shop. My Audi A8L had a defective design with the water pump that failed after 80k miles. Audi did not do it for free so the cost at dealership was $4200 for the complete job. I was fed up and found this place by google. I got a quote from Daniel and he seemed to know what's needed to be replaced for this problem. The estimate came with all the parts listed although he missed an important part that cause CEL came right after the job was done and I was charged 1 hr labor of $210 which should be included in the main job. Anyhow, the place is small, only a few lift bays for cars, the shop needs to park excess cars at some parking lot, at least mine was parked in the shop the whole time. Aturo is the person who's actually did the work, he seems to be knowledgable about cars and know how to use all the diagnostic equipments to find faults and the skill to replace parts for the car. Everyone seems to be nice and pleasant. Did it save me much from the dealer I had it at, not really, I finally paid close to $4000 for the job. The labor cost here is $210/hr and dealer is $310/hr but for some reasons parts here seems to be more expensive hence the cost came out almost the same. BTW, they automatically charge extra 3% onto the bill which you can save this 3% by using debit card instead of credit card. It's nice that they have all the parts saved for you to look at or take them home. The turbo solenoid failed with a new part, had to bring it back to get a different one, at least I didn't get charged for it LOL. At least with the dealer, they would check to make sure it works and have another one ready so I don't have to come back again. It's farther for me to drive here than Audi of Fremont, so if the price is not much different, I would just bring the car to Audi of Fremont and get free car wash instead. Yes, they did do a good job for fixing the water pump. Yes, I would bring it again for maintenance or something easy. Next time they should put the turbo solenoid in the package so they don't have to charge labor again because looking at the part, I could replace it in 10 minutes and not $210/hr.
