Found this place from a marketplace post regarding some rims and tires (personal account, which ultimately led me to the facility). Received new rims and tires with balance and alignment. This place is a circus. - The techs gather and chitchat, one figured it was ok to lean on my car while it was being worked on. - another tech used my car (using his hands and forearm) for assistance when he would bend down to complete X action. - i asked for them to be extra cautious because my calipers are painted....shocker one was damaged...bigger shocker, they feigned ignorance and said they didn't do it - even though i asked my old rims to be placed in my trunk, they were stacked and a milk crate full of tools and crap were placed ON THE RIMS! - they let customers freely walk inside of the garage and linger! I thought one was a manager by his attire, he was touching my car, come to find out he was a customer awaiting service!!! - best part~ there was mentally unstable transient passing by, this young kid that worked at the shop exchanged words with him and there were a couple punches thrown while he was assisting a female customer! This place is in some serious need of some professional training with some basic etiquette skills included. Today 12/30/2025 I notice I had a flat tire on my car. So I told my brother to take it in where I brought my tires all the time. We like to get it patch from the inside so he asked to do it. They said no they don't do that. So they patch in from the outside side. My brother ended up going to another tire shop. And had it patch up from the inside. These guys will try and scam you. I was even warned by another one of thier victims on not to tires here as I was pulling in. I was next in line to be serviced, so they lifted my car and blocked me in with tires and another vehicle, then decided to work on the other trucks that needed new tires and another alignment leaving me to wait about 20 minutes. By that time I about had it and told them to drop my car and I'll take my business elsewhere. The owner comes out to tell me that my tires are cracked and I need to buy all 4 tires. Little did he know that my tires were new and I just needed a patch. I was warned and now I'm warning you. Don't come here, I ended up getting way better service down the street. I just went to another tire shop to install 4 new tpms sensors on my wheels since I don't trust this shop anymore. The new tire shop told me that the workers at Tire & Wheel Mart must've damaged/broken my previous wheels sensors or stole them. Either way, no one told me anything. So now I know that they are most definitely dishonest and sneaky. Before I came into Tire & Wheel Mart I had tpms sensors and I know because my light never came on until I got a flat tire which then popped up on my dashboard and the reason why I came to their shop to get a new set of tires. After they put new tires on and finished my "alignment", the light was still on from when I had a flat tire. They told me to just drive off and it'll go away. It never went away. And now I know why because they tried to tell me I never had sensors but in reality I did. Well at least I solved the tpms issue, now I need to bring my car to a mechanic and figure out how they messed up my car to make the rattling/clicking sounds from my car. One of the four tires they replaced wasn't even the same size! I've not been able to confirm with them that they have the tire to match the other three they replaced. The cost of the tires was overall about $100 more than what is available elsewhere. I had a crack in my rim which I had them weld. A couple months later my tires were still leaking. I went to the closest tire shop thinning a nail and they said the guy who welded my rims did a bad job. I went back here and told them about the crack. All they did was cleaned it and told me to come back if it starts to leak again which it did. Came back and now I have a bubble in my tire. They tried to claim and say because of hitting a pot hole. However they had me drive on a flat tire which was bound to have bubbles. They charged me $150 for the welding and another $150 for fixing the tires. Issue 1) bad welding the first time 2) didn't care to fix it the second time, told me to come back if it leaks again 3) came back and now discovered a bubble and now got charged even more. read more

Came here for a wheel alignment. ( cause my car has some vibration due to alignment) [[HIGHLIGHT]]They took my keys and after 1hr. The guy ask me if they already finish my car after that, the guy when inside and told me its ready[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The wierd think is that according to the time in the paper work they provide they didn't take more than 5min fixing the alignment. I was on 880 and leaking air fast. Had to pump air 2x while going to 3 other tire places and gas station. This place was the only one on a Monday morning that can work on my tire immediately. I got all 4 tires and a wheel alignment within 2 hours. The guys that run the place are very efficient. I was shown the tires straight away. They only had a couple low end brands in stock. It's 1/2 the price of OEM I was concerned of road noise. He assured me by saying that he'll credit me for the OEM ones but he'll have to order them. Fortunately I didn't have to do that as they worked just fine. An extra decibel or two for the Delinte DH2 tires beats spending $1300+ at other places. One cool note is that I need to run an errand. The guy loaned me his work van! This is probably against all common business practices but I appreciate the gesture. This place also do shock and strut work where many tire places where I live in San Jose don't do. This place offers fair pricing and no frills service. read more

Had a screw in my tire and they were able to plug it. It was a longer wait than quoted. It was hot and because we were waiting to move our car we were waiting outside. My wife called me in a panic telling me she had a completely flat tire when she got back to the car after work! Luckily, I had an air compressor in the car and was able to get her home. It was now close to 6 PM and I called around multiple businesses with no luck because they were all closed. This business fortunately picked up the phone and told me they can help me without any problems. I rushed over and their employee Lucky, greeted me kindly, and was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule before they closed. They were able to locate my non-visible leak in the tire and fix it without hesitation. They used lots of care while dealing with my vehicle and I was able to get back home and get to work the next day without any problems. Thank you for the great customer service!
