This is supposedly an 8 to 10 hour repair. The area manager did take more money off the bill as a goodwill gesture. A friend had stopped in there on Wednesday and said it appeared that the technician wasn't there that day. I have used Pep Boys for all if my vehicle maintenance and repairs since 2016. Never again. Due to this debacle they will be losing roughly 6k per year from us.
