On Christmas Eve, before heading from northern va to the 757, I noticed my rear driver side tire had very little air left. I went to a gas station to pump it up with more air so I could make it to my hometown for the holidays. I figured that no place would be open to repair the tire. When I got to Hampton, I called a few places and this place was one of the only ones open. (I stopped looking after they answered) The woman on the phone said that if I get there as soon as possible, they can repair my tire. I went straight there. They were friendly and got the job done. I didn't think I would get anything done until after Christmas and possibly have to tow it or pull out the spare. Fortunately, they were open! I'm so thankful for them. read more

Be careful these guys are not nice. I bought rims on time in Nov. Less than a week later went into the hospital as I have cancer, they tryed several times to contact me but I was in Richmond at VCU hospital until yesterday planned to return there rims today only to find out that they came and took my rims and tires, leaving my 2000 camaro on the FREAKING GROUND and then I had to find a ride to get my tires which were paid for from somewhere else. This place is a big rip off. I went to go get 18" rims and tires and was quoted $1,500 for everything and to put them on and when i got there they proud me i could do a payment plan once a month until i pay them off. So i said ok then they told me i needed to make a deposit of $60. I said ok then they sat me down to sign papers and to tell me what the warranty comes with and by the way it was free for the life of the tires. It came with free alignments, balance, rotation and if i was to have a tire pop or anything else happen to it then they would replace it for free. So after that i signed the papers and was told that if i didn't pay it in 6 months then i would be stuck in a 2year payment plan. Then he said that being that i get paid weekly that i had to pay them weekly. So paying each month wouldn't happen and the amount he wanted me to pay was $67 a week. So i said ok when i got the paper which showed me the total balance it said $2,012.88. After i left i did the math and seen that paying $67 a week wouldn't pay that off in 6 months. So i called and asked him about it and he said so it's best to pay it off because if not after 6 months the price would go up to $5000. So i just went back in a month later and paid the whole balance of $2,012.88 off in full and asked about my warranty just to be told that since I'm not on a payment plan i lose my alignments and warranty for my tires. All they can do now is rotate and balance. They are a huge ripoff and when they do your rims and tires they charge you $75 for each tpms sensor that's $300 which is crazy i will never go back and the mechanics there just have attitude problems i had to bring my car back to the 4 times just got them to fix my tpms warning light in my car. read more
