Ernesto at Tire Boyz saved the day! He was amazing! Thank goodness they were open on Easter. Every other place was closed. It has been a very interesting Easter morning between getting to church, realizing I had a flat tire, calling AAA and then finding a place open today. Ernesto took my car in right away to evaluate it. There was a huge nail in my tire and he said a repair wouldn't be the best option as my tire was very damaged. He offered to give me a temporary tire for a good price. A used tired was installed and then he placed my old tire into my trunk. Ernesto had me road worthy in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Ernesto for saving Easter for me and my family! I will definitely be back to support this local business!

Remembered me from last time I stopped by. I had two bald front tires so I gave them a call and he gave a quote over the phone. Got a great deal, took credit card, and gave me two used wheels with plenty of tread left. The owner (I think) is always extremely friendly, and when I told him that I needed an alignment, he said they do it as well! Two front tires, and an alignment done in less than 30 minutes. This is of the only few shops that take credit card for alignment. Car feels amazing and much safer, I'll be coming here every time I need tires/alignment.

I called before coming in to make sure they have my size tire and to get a price quote, the person who answered was knowledgeable and quick. I arrived soon the same day, they looked busy but still took me in about 10 mins later. They finished replacing all 4 tires within 20 minutes while helping others. Tires look good and are very reasonably priced! Should last at least 50,000 miles. May not need to go to Costco and wait for my tires to be shipped or make an appointment, TireBoyz is very convenient and well-priced! read more

These guys are great! Called ahead and told me they "No problem! Come on over!" They were able to get to me within minutes of arriving, slapped on a new tire and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. They even noticed a small issue with my tire valve and got me squared away! Not trust worthy, do not take your vehicle here for tire repairs due to nails. They will take your money and not take the nail out. Have you come back and say is another nail! On the same tire. Never has this happened to me, fixed many nails before. First time I came here. read more

One of my neighbors were doing heavy construction and I drove over a nail. Thankfully, I had enough air to limp here to have the tire patched. They were open early on a Sunday morning when other tire stores were still closed. They promptly patched my tire and checked the air in all my tires. The price was fair for a tire patch, and while I was waiting, I looked at their inventory of new and used tires which was well stocked. They accept credit card here. However, please be aware that there is a $3 credit card fee, which is a bit steep IMHO. read more

Anyone that knows me, knows how incredibly picky and detail oriented I am on everything --and even more so when it comes to my car. Yet, Tire Boyz did not disappoint. I wanted the same exact tires that were on my car originally to be replaced with newer ones and that's exactly what I got, to the T! Sam, the business owner is beyond honest, efficient, and professional. My car got four of it's Michelin Defenders in less than 20 minutes and I got to jet down the highway this past week on a road trip. They forgot to put on a lug nut on my front passenger side tire. Made an awful noise. Had to drive it back super slow so they could look at it and replace the lost lug nut. Luckily the car and tire seem to be be okay, no noticeable damage, but how the heck do you have a tire business that doesn't put on all the lug nuts properly. Allowing your customer to drive of with a wobbly front tire that's making all kinds of noise. Will not be a returning customer. read more

Got a nail stuck in the tire came to take it out and plug it but the first time they messed up it was leaking second time was fine but when i was pulling out i noticed my rims was scratched and another tire had a nail that was not there before made me pay double for their mistake not recomend. 0 stars if i could read more

My Tesla tire had a flat tire and I've experienced many places not wanting to touch a Tesla. However, Sam was more than happy to help. He looked at my tire as soon as I got there. He was going to patch it, but he pointed out that I should probably get my alignment checked out since the tread had worn down quite a bit. I asked if he had tires available. He was not the one who brought it up. Fortunately, he had the same tires available and was able to replace my tires quickly and at the fraction of the cost Tesla would have charged me. They were awesome! I highly recommend them and will plan to bring my car there again if I need to. read more

Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

They are prompt and knowledgeable. They matched prices for services I found cheaper elsewhere. The representative was patient and answer every question I had. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I went to purchase a set of 4 tires and installation. He offered a wheel alignment, which I knew for a fact my car needed. I told him I would do it later at another shop, because it would be cheaper. He offered to match the price. So, I took it since it would save me time. Later, he called to let me know that the front brake pads had 2 mm left of material. He told me the rotors were still fine and that the rear brake pads were also still fine. I think that was pretty honest on their behalf. I told the representative I would check with the guy I usually go to for price...he wasn't able to match the price, but he gave me a good discount on original brake pads. Again...I took it because it saved me time. We're headed out on a long road trip...I'm confident that tires and brakes are not gonna be an issue thank to these guys! read more

I recently purchased tires from Tire Boyz, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. The tires are in great condition, and they were upfront about all the details, which I really appreciated. However, I do wish they offered some type of warranty on used tires for added peace of mind. That would have made the purchase even more reassuring. Additionally, I was originally told I would be getting Michelin tires, but instead, received Bridgestone as they were not the right size. While they're still a quality brand, I was a little disappointed by the switch with little notice. That said, the service and pricing at Tire Boyz were solid, and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable tire service. Don't come to this tire shop unless you want your tire pressure sensor broken, Broke my Tire pressure sensor went back and told him and he said my car doesn't have tire pressure "sensors" and I asked him okay so how does my car know I have low pressure on my tires if it doesn't have sensors and he said I don't know and laughed. I've changed my tires in the past and never had this issue until now. Ridiculous. * Reply to your comment, do you think I'm stupid and don't know I have to recalibrate the tpms so the light doesn't come on already I already did the and it show TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR PROBLEM, YOU BROKE IT and my Honda isn't a 2015 it's a 2020 get it right. That's how you know you guys are so unprofessional even putting out false information read more

This place is a life saver. I came in yesterday 09/19/17 in the afternoon looking for a 225/45/ R17 Pirelli Tire for my 2016 Audi A3. I looked everywhere for this tire and Tire Boyz was my savior. The service was absolutely amazing. Sam was the person who helped me, and there are no words to describe his kindness. He was super quick to answer the phone and the moment I got there he showed me the tire and gave me a great price. I'm definitely going back to get tires from this place, and I'm definitely going to ask for Sam to help me. If anyone I know is in need of a tire I'm going to send them to this tire shop. You do everything you can but with roads like these it was gona happen eventually. I don't know where it happened but I drove over a nail and it tore my tire up! I would not have known if it wasn't for one of you out there letting me know I was driving on a flat! I was shopping around for tires but no one had my size and I was getting frustrated until my brother told me about these guys. I called them up and they had my size! I was so happy when they said they could do it the same day! They removed two tires so I could rotate them easier and set me up with new ones. They were quick and got back to me quick! I wish they had the same brand to match the rest but it was cool. read more

Hit a pothole with my whip and killed the front left tire real dead. Did not have my wallet with credit cards or debit only a few bucks in the pocket. Called the Tire Boys as it was 15 till 7pm and wanted to make sure they could get the job done for me. I was assured they were ready to replace my tire and I started the short drive to their shop. I am now posting my review about to drive away on my new tire and it is not even 7pm. Great customer service and fast work done right. yesterday I seen Sam at TireBoyz (Parthenia between reseda and lindley) to have my tires replaced. He was professional efficient and knowledgeable in regards to my vehicles needs. He was also fair and straight up with pricing. Also on a Sunday I had 0 (ZERO) wait was in and out less than 20mins. His lovely wife was there attending to the shop and customers as he worked the garage. That was a good vibe to see. Called looking for two used tires. Sam not only had my size but had choices. I went down and he set me up pretty much immediately. He also gave me a great quote for 4 new tires (and no pressure of any kind). The used tires were in great shape (much better than expected) for a great price. I can easily give 5 star to this service, because Sam treats with respect and honestly. The service was smooth and speedy and he helped with his best knowledge. Whenever I have issue with my tires I come to this location and he has been so quick even when it is busy. Ok so I desperately needed all 4 of my tires replaced ASAP! I called ahead of time and spoke with them and they told me to come in right away and they could help me. The guy gave me a really good deal. Didn't even have to wait. He got to work on it immediately and I was out of there in a jiffy. Doesn't really get any better and easier than that! read more

Thank you to Tire boys (Sam) fast, great tires, cheap prices and friendly service. My tires are not common either (225/50/17 RUF) and the guy knew right away what we had. The tires were even shined and looked new when he showed them to me. Also, it's the least l've ever paid for that size used tire. Highly recommend read more

They are the place to go Last month I was driving and a bucket of 5 inches nails fell out of a construction truck and with 3 weeks I ended up needing 3 replacements run flat tires They were so great providing me with 90+ percent new tiers for one third of the price They were super fast.
