Beware. Rude and try to overcharge you. I bought some tires Through tires easy and when I was checking out and paying for an additional service they told me I had to pay for the installment. I told them I already paid through tires easy with the tires and he told me it wasn't paid. My order was 20 days ago. So I trusted and I paid. I went again through my bank statements and my invoice with the tires vendor and the installation was included. I told the guy and he wrote a number in a paper and told me they would refund me 7-10 business days. I told him I wanted the refund process in thst moment since I know they can do it through the CC machine. He told me had customers in front of me and that he couldn't. I told him I'd wait. At the end he gave me a system paper with the request and not the reverse transaction on the CC machine. So I'm still waiting for it. He was also a bit dismissive and rude in attitude through the whole transaction. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The front desk staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional -- I had better service from auto your auto mechanics. They were empathetic & understanding. To make things worse, they were openly speaking poorly about the call center employees -- the very people who help drive business to their location. This place is disgusting! They literally have never cleaned! I found this place through Groupon because they had the best deal on tire balancing and alignment. I immediately requested a refund from Groupon once I visited the establishment. The sealing was falling apart, there are bugs and spider webs in the waiting room; not to mention the amount of dirt and dust. I sat and waited 2 hours before they finally came to ask which vehicle was mine; though when I checked in a was told I would be out within a hour and 45 minutes tops. Then after waiting two hours, they told me I needed two new tires before they could do my rotation and balancing! So 2.5hours later I leave with nothing done to my vehicle although now I realize that it was best they didn't touch my car! The pictures I post speak for themself! I walked in at opening time Sunday (8:55, first one there) to get my tire checked as it was flat. I called back at 10:41 AM, was told my car would be checked next. At 12:28 PM I was also told my car would be checked next and there was only one tire mechanic that day. At 2:26 PM I was finally told the car was ready (how long had it been ready?!). Mitch was very professional and kind during each interaction. They apparently removed a "very little nail" and patched it for $45. The wait time was atrocious. I do realize I walked in, it being my only day off that week, but I was almost certain I was skipped over several times. I was the first one in line that day, so even if they had to attend to a scheduled client or two, I should have been worked into the schedule earlier especially for a "very little nail". Bring things to occupy yourself... the botanical garden and plenty of cafes are nearby. read more

Called and asked if they had the product I needed for my car they said yes, went in exactly at the time I said I would, turns out they did not have the product. I left my car. Called next morning to see if my car was ready, after bouncing me around they left me on hold for 30 MINUTES, I hanged up called again, I cannot even to get a word in and he says "I'm busy you have to wait" puts me on hold again for another 30 MINUTES. Absolute scam. Get here with tire that loosing pressure for already 3 days, they found nail in my tire, and told me that they can't repair it. The nail looks like NEW. Made a small circle and get back to check that nail, and they don't want to do that. I drive 2 miles to another great location (That new tire) guys fixed that nail in 10 min, no new tire needed. and the screw already looks not nice and new after just 2 miles drive. I had an unfortunate experience at this tire place. When we arrived, an employee named Mitchell greeted us, and his attitude was terrible. When my boyfriend questioned why a basic tire patch wasn't possible (it felt like he was trying to scam us), Mitchell's response escalated to SCREAMING at us!Although he later apologized, after I told him he needs to learn how to compose himself, the incident was still incredibly unsettling. My husband had an appointment this afternoon at 430pm for a simple oil change. He arrived an hour early--330pm. He waited for 3 hours and when his car still wasn't ready he spoke to one of the employees, who said that he could head home for a little and they would give him a call tonight when the car was ready. Never at ANY point did anyone mention that the car might not be ready tonight. At 8pm when he still hadn't received a call, my husband called the center himself -- Closed and voice mailbox full. I am 9 months pregnant and at 8pm I drove my husband to the center and it is completely closed. No one is answering the door or phone. I called the Monro customer service line--closed. Tire Choice essentially has our car and keys held hostage -- along with our house keys and his work keys on the lanyard. I think their employees need to do a better job at explaining what they are selling to their customers because it's horrible what they are doing. They completely took advantage of my grandmother by charging her for a lifetime mount and balance package when she had her tires installed. She simply wanted a mount and balance, but they saw an opportunity to make more money over having integrity. She had called prior to arriving to inquire about the mount and balance price, and was quoted near $80 less. While I acknowledge that she signed the credit card receipt for the lifetime package, she felt like She was given no other choice but to purchase that package in order to get her tires put on. I personally called Tire rack and they Gave me the cost when I used tire choice as a installer The price is listed as $39 for two tires so that excuse is BS I'm ashamed that this place could not empathize with our situation and refused to reimburse her. Tried making an appointment for an oil change but they said just come in and there won't be a wait. The wait was nearly four hours. The bill was higher than the initial quote. When I asked why, they said my car needed more oil then they expected, which sounds suspicious, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. The 'change oil light' was still on when I got into my car. I asked them why, the response was I need to take that up with the dealership. If I knew I'd be getting this level of service at Tire Choice in south beach I would have just gone to the dealership in the first place. I manually turned the notification off and a couple days later it went back on. At this point, I've spent $80 to get an oil change and I'm still not sure it was changed. My wife was visiting a friend in the Villages, 3 1/2 hours away and had a flat tire. She was able to get to The Tire Choice. She left the car at 5:00 pm at the shop. She instructed them to fix her flat and that she needed it back in the afternoon of the following day. First, they never called. When she called them for status she was told that she needed 4 new tires since they were all bald and from 2017. That was untrue. The tires were fine and had been installed in 2021. Then they tired to sell her and oil change and fuel flush. She said just fix the tire. She went to the shop at 4:00 pm and found her car still on a lift with all 4 tires removed. She was really mad. At this point she was told that they couldn't fix the flat and would have to replace 2 rear tires. She was even more upset but she was stuck. She got the work done, paid almost $900 and left. Ive fallen for their racket too many times, and about two weeks ago I took my SUV over to see if they could repair a tire that had a leak, they called me and said it was bald and that it could not be repaired. The only option was to buy a new tire . I had just replaced that tire AT THAT SHOP less than 2 months prior!! They charged me $67 just to tell me what the problem was, yet they really didn't even do that because they said my radiator might be cracked and that would be $750 to fix but that "MIGHT not even be the problem". I decided to just pay the "diagnostic" fee and get out of there so I called and told them that and that I would be there in 30 minutes. I went to this place to get a tire inspection and punch. First they charged me $45 which is crazy expensive for a tire punch. But because it seemed reputable and it was convenient I paid it. Later that night I noticed my tire pressure light come on again. Which means they didn't do the inspection or punch correctly. I went back to tire choice and explained that to them but instead of apologizing and giving me a free inspection they tried getting me to sign another quote for $45 and saying that it must be another nail not because they did the job wrong. How convenient that it was the exact same tire... The attendant was even yelling at me. So on top of not doing the job correctly, they are extremely rude. I told them I wasn't going to pay anymore for something they should've done right the first time. I took it to another tire place and come to find out I had cracks on the sides of my tires. Tire choice gave me back my car with cracks on the side of my tire!!!!They put my life at risk, my tire could've exploded while I was driving on the highway! Beyond disappointed and unimpressed and recommend to steer clear of this poorly run establishment. Our car was freshly painted nearby and then washed and waxed and taken to Martino Tires / Tire Choice with new paint, new wheels and new wax in spotless condition in order for a new battery to be installed. Upon picking up the car prior close of business there was a huge dent and paint chip in the car. The car was parked by their workers and was on their property however they claim cars parked on their driveway, by their staff, are NOT their responsibility. A camera was located above the location where the car was parked next to another car. When I went back to discuss the chipped paint issue (clearly from the car it was parked next to, which has evidence of paint chips on door I might add) and requested they review the camera, they informed me it's not their responsibility and that the cameras do not work.) Why would I allow my car to be parked outside under fake cameras? What kind of body shop has NO operating cameras? Is that even legal for insurance sake? The customer service representative was not the slightest empathetic and was completely dismissive of any responsibility and said it's not his problem. You could NOT pay me to take my car to this place or ever recommend them to my worst enemy. They overcharge and have no accountability and if their cameras really don't work, why would anyone take a risk, especially since they clearly have no respect for the cars they work on. The car was NOT left overnight and this occurred by their staff in business hours. Now our freshly painted BMW650i has to be repainted the same day we pick it up.
