I've spent thousands of dollars at this place. I recently moved to Texas. So I brought my Cadillac in and explained that my rear differential is leaking. I made a 10 appointment. Passed by at 230p. My car hadn't been serviced. They said I would be next I explained that I had to head back to Texas in 2 days. The next morning I stop by they gave me a sheet of paper... we don't do differentials! No communication from this facility as they are a covered facility with my warranty company, which I pay an excessive amount for. They will inform you of a two day minimum but it should state a two week minimum all of the times my vehicles have been with them they have taken at least a week and a half to diagnose the issues. Each time I have contacted the warranty company and each time they have stated that they have not received any communication from this facility at all. I did ask today and it is a privately owned company, so please take your business somewhere else if you have to drive an hour to get your vehicle serviced or even have it towed somewhere else, I employ you to take it to a different place. There is no customer service at this location whatsoever there are lies. There is deceit, and, there is definitely not an informed mechanic on staff with them. This last time I took my vehicle first to a certified dealership to have it diagnosed paid for the service to have a mechanic. Tell me exactly what needed to be done by this repair facility and gave them the information when I arrived, and they still could not have this done in less than two weeks. Unless you have a really great pair of walking shoes, I highly recommend that you do not choose this business. Zero stars is not an option. A simple oil change for a 2017 Buick encore was $107.00, I have never paid this much for an oil change even for a truck, so I would have appreciated a heads up when I scheduled it. They were friendly and got my car in quick. read more

Late afternoon on 2-13-23 my car would not start and was hauled to Tire Choice #1557 at 100 N. Missouri in West Memphis, AR. They told me it would be the next day before they could assess the problem. Early the next afternoon I got a call from Wes Young with the news and the estimate. He had to order parts but the next day, 2-15-23, by early afternoon my car was ready. It was not a quick job to do so I was very surprised at getting my car back so quickly. I could not be more pleased with the service and the helpfulness they provided. My son-in-law in St. Louis, MO knows all about this type of business and he was very pleased with the cost of repairing my car. He was especially delighted with the 15% military discount! I am a 75-year-old Grammy and I am totally satisfied with this business. I walked out and talked with the friend who had given me a ride there and shortly one of the men came out to return my debit card that I had left behind! We have taken our vehicles to this business for six years. They know my name and my husband's name as well as our vehicle models we drive. We have had routine vehicle maintenance, purchased tires and had general repairs. I also know I can call or stop by with any concerns and questions. Was traveling from California to the east coast on a motorcycle pulling a small tent trailer. Bought two tires for the tent trailer from them. On the way home one of the tires developed a slow leak so I stopped at a discount tire store in Az. They checked the tire and informed me that it was made in the 27 th week of 1997. Upon closer inspection you could see the weather cracking. I bought a replacement and after getting home in California contacted the manager and wanted a refund on the one tire. He told me there was nothing he could do un less I brought the tire back to him. They have the dot# of the tire they sold me so they know how old it is and told me that it had never been on the ground so it was a new tire. It's not the sixty dollars so much as thinking what could have happened instead of a slow leak it could have blowed out on the interstate. I can not understand any one that would put someone's life in danger over a $60.00 sell. If you buy tires from this place be sure and check the dot # to see how old it is. I went into this place on Missouri Street in West Memphis, AR due to my AC not working properly because Freon was leaking out. I was told that it was the condenser and that my condenser had a hole in it. Cost me a little over $600. A week later the AC was not working again. I took the car back and instead of these shady people fixing what they did not fix in the first place. These shady people told me that it was a different issue this time, and that the relay box was the issue. WOW! How does an electric box make Freon leak? After much dispute, the manager told me to just pay for the part, and they would do the labor for free. Negative! How about you do what I paid you to do last week you con artist which was to FIX my AC problem. I guess it wouldn't be a shock to know that once again after the Freon ran out a week later the AC stopped working again. My father paid for the relay box which was supposed to be for parts only but he paid over $200 which was for part and labor, but it was written up only as cost for parts. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic shop in Memphis and the whole time it was the evaporator coil. I only gave them a 1 because I had to choose something.
