I followed up the next day (10/3/25) and was informed they hadn't yet submitted the warranty paperwork to Carvana but would do so that day. By October 6, I contacted Carvana directly and learned that no claim had ever been submitted. I ended up picking up my car from Tire Choice on 10/6/25 with no inspection or service completed. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience, including having to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to act.

I paid less at Tire Choice than I have paid in the past for a 5 min oil change service. After a referral, I scheduled an appointment via their web site. The place was packed even with an…read moreappointment. I had two to three people in front of me. (The line was worse later.) The team member examined the tire and suspected a puncture. The waiting room had a refrigerator with bottled water, so I helped myself. Seats lined the main area, and I never observed anyone having to stand. A bathroom is present. I was surprised to hear my name called by a technician versus an associate. I was sent on my way with a patched tire at no charge. I will definitely consider having Discount Tire replace the tires in the fall.

He told me they had the size I needed in stock and quoted me a price and informed me that I could bring my trailer in anytime. I had 2 fairs to do and after unloading my trailer I decided to make an online appointment for 3:15. I arrived at 2:00 so that I could be there. Parking is limited so just beware there is parking on the street which is definitely where I parked. Jeffery was the associate that helped me. After looking at my tires he informed me that they didn't have the ones i had on in stock and would have to order them. I didn't want to have to come back so I asked if there were any other tires that would be a good fit as well as in my price range. He did go and look it up and found tires that he said would 99% be a good match. I paid for my tires (they give military discount with ID) and Jeffery said I will get a text message when they are finished. As u took a seat, the people started coming in. Glad I came early because there was a line out the door at 2:50pm. The associates were great. They acknowledged the customers coming in, waited on the ones at the counter, picked up the tickets to check customers out, answered the phones, pulled vehicles in and out of the bays and ended the transactions. That's not counting the ones working on the vehicles. They take appointments and walk-ins. They have plenty of open space seating inside and nice clean bathrooms. My recommendation is to schedule online, come in early, bring a snack, something to do or read and enjoy the comfortable seats. They had my trailer in the side of the building where they were working on tires for a truck as well. My invoice was emailed to me. 3:24 my trailer was ready and I was on the road with 2 brand new tires! Thanks again Jeffery for your help!
