I got there and DeWayne got the ball rolling immediately, and Thomas worked through the beginning of his lunch to get me moving so I would make it. They will inform you of a two day minimum but it should state a two week minimum all of the times my vehicles have been with them they have taken at least a week and a half to diagnose the issues. Each time I have contacted the warranty company and each time they have stated that they have not received any communication from this facility at all. I did ask today and it is a privately owned company, so please take your business somewhere else if you have to drive an hour to get your vehicle serviced or even have it towed somewhere else, I employ you to take it to a different place. There is no customer service at this location whatsoever there are lies. There is deceit, and, there is definitely not an informed mechanic on staff with them. This last time I took my vehicle first to a certified dealership to have it diagnosed paid for the service to have a mechanic. Tell me exactly what needed to be done by this repair facility and gave them the information when I arrived, and they still could not have this done in less than two weeks. Unless you have a really great pair of walking shoes, I highly recommend that you do not choose this business. Zero stars is not an option. Just pretend you do not see that star down below and that should help you out.

When I arrived, I was told there were no mechanics available and was asked to leave my vehicle. I followed up the next day (10/3/25) and was informed they hadn't yet submitted the warranty paperwork to Carvana but would do so that day. By October 6, I contacted Carvana directly and learned that no claim had ever been submitted. I ended up picking up my car from Tire Choice on 10/6/25 with no inspection or service completed. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience, including having to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to act.

They rotated the tires checking the pressure, other fluid levels, etc. it is rare now-a-days to get true service. I paid less at Tire Choice than I have paid in the past for a 5 min oil change service. People passing through Marion or live in Marion are missing a good deal and great service if you don't go see Mike.
