went in today for an oil change thinking i was going to pay what i have previously paid at this…read morelocation for the same service on the same vehicle. i want to point out that Antonio was the only one who acted with professionalism during my experience but after my service, i was told to pay 130. last time i paid 60. i was told that they were under new management and that prices had changed. i asked to speak to the supervisor. when Tyler was called, he said a mouthful but i heard him say to honor what i had paid last time, but to also make a note on my profile that that would no longer occur after this time. after we hung up the phone, dude proceeded to tell me he could only offer me 15 dollars off of 130. i had him call Tyler back. Tyler then said to give me 50 percent off just to get me out the door. dude still didnt listen. he rang me up at 70 and i left but they wont ever have to worry about me coming back. maybe its just this location, i usually dont have any issues with take 5 but this was a horrible experience.

Everybody who works for xtreme lube continued to watch and laugh. I didn't taunt or disrespect anyone for them to display as rude as they were this morning. I'd hate to make this a racial issue but that's what it felt like. They are under new management so beware.

They will inform you of a two day minimum but it should state a two week minimum all of the times my vehicles have been with them they have taken at least a week and a half to diagnose the issues. Each time I have contacted the warranty company and each time they have stated that they have not received any communication from this facility at all. I did ask today and it is a privately owned company, so please take your business somewhere else if you have to drive an hour to get your vehicle serviced or even have it towed somewhere else, I employ you to take it to a different place. There is no customer service at this location whatsoever there are lies. There is deceit, and, there is definitely not an informed mechanic on staff with them. This last time I took my vehicle first to a certified dealership to have it diagnosed paid for the service to have a mechanic. Tell me exactly what needed to be done by this repair facility and gave them the information when I arrived, and they still could not have this done in less than two weeks. Unless you have a really great pair of walking shoes, I highly recommend that you do not choose this business. Zero stars is not an option. Just pretend you do not see that star down below and that should help you out.

By October 6, I contacted Carvana directly and learned that no claim had ever been submitted. I ended up picking up my car from Tire Choice on 10/6/25 with no inspection or service completed. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience, including having to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to act.

I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. But they got us in and out faster than I've ever seen any other car repair. From breakdown to driving out of the garage, we were done in less than three hours.
