I called store owner and he said to return tire to him. on my way there the defective tire blew out and left me stranded for days. Tried calling to see if I could either get a new tire as an extra or a refund but every time I call I get hung up on when they know it's me calling. if you're in a time crunch avoid going here, I did my research and apparently they'll sell you a cheap tire for 150% increase in price with a $50 rushed fee to install tires that day. you'd be better off buying tires from a chain because they'll in fact sell them cheaper and provide longevity. Ultimately point is the business lacks accountability, expecting a fault to be on the consumer rather than the business. Not trying to tell anyone how to live but just put some thought into the idea of shopping here for a minute, makes you wonder, "how often does this company sell bad tires to the point that they won't take the loss if a tire was bad?" For the record I bought a whole set of tires at discount tire for my custom 22" rims for about $500... please avoid this place, they do not deserve your hard earned money!

There is no customer service at this location whatsoever there are lies. There is deceit, and, there is definitely not an informed mechanic on staff with them. This last time I took my vehicle first to a certified dealership to have it diagnosed paid for the service to have a mechanic. Tell me exactly what needed to be done by this repair facility and gave them the information when I arrived, and they still could not have this done in less than two weeks. Unless you have a really great pair of walking shoes, I highly recommend that you do not choose this business. Zero stars is not an option. Sent me into his shop and his technician took my wheel out of the truck, repaired it in 5 minutes and had it loaded back up. Once I remounted the tire, I brought the 5th wheel to their shop where they checked the pressure in all the tires to ensure not having another problem on the road. These folks care about their customers. This is something that is missing from most service businesses. I consider myself lucky to find them. I recommend them to anyone needing new or used tires in the Memphis area. Worth the trip!
