So I bought a set of rims that I paid 2600 for n the front tire flew off n did damage to my vehicle. I called them n told them what happened. He response to me was that it was my fault. How the hell can it be my fault. I was on the road to Odessa. What could I have hit that would cause the rim to break but not have blown the tire. We'll miss Christy said she saw the pics n that it was a driver error. So I told her I wasn't goin to pay n her response was that the finance company already paid them. Very unprofessional. Horrible place to get tires from. They will sell you out dated tires, like in close to the shelf or stock time aloud by law to sell them. So most of the tires are ready to expire and lots of them do not even match. When you look at the side of the tire you will see xx/xx that is the week and year the tire was manufactured. It is very difficult if even possible to match 4 together. Now they sell you miss match treads and refuse to fix the problem. Causing you legal headaches to get the bank to fix the charges. They install the tires and do not balance the tires correctly if they balance them at all. But they are quick to charge you for the balance and then refuse to refund you when you have to get it done somewhere else because you are traveling outside the area. they also charge you for valves which they do not install and then they do not put valve cover on the tires so you have to go out and buy new ones. The manager will lie to you and say they will help, the never call you back and they never help. Once you leave the store you are poop out of luck. Do not shop there, for as little as 20 bucks more you can get services at many other local stores and get it right and safe. read more

If you are in the market for poor quality Chinese stupid impractical chrome rims for your beat up old Impala it might be your thing. If you need normal tires Walmart is probably better. read more

I have only good things to say about my experience. I recently blew a tire and cracked a rim. I decided to get a new set of rims and a new tire and I went to Tire Club. They are awesome here, they are so polite and professional! I am so impressed with their work and how my car turned out. The prices were very reasonable and they also patched up another tire that had a nail in it. I am so happily satisfied and I'm so thankful for their careful and detailed work. They have a very kind manner and it was a pleasure speaking with everyone who works here, from the sales guys, to the cashier and even with the hardworking gentleman in the shop. Everyone was great! Wish I could leave this place no stars. To keep it short....don't go! Trust me. There customer service is nonexistent. All they do is take your money, if you have a issue with your car after they put rims and tires on your car, they just break more stuff. My car started shaking. My personal mechanic who I've used for 5 years examined the "new" wheels and noticed that one was not manufactured properly. We took it back to The Tire Club, they did everything possible not to change the rim out. Then after two weeks of taking it back they finally gave in and supposedly switched them but they could not prove that the tire was exchanged. Also I got the car back with a piece of the rubber on the lip ripped. They just seem to have good intentions but always do a subpar job. They also try to recommend you do things to your car that don't need to be done. They tried to get me to buy tire pressure sensors that did not need to be changed. Don't take your car there. Horrible business, just a loss of $1700. Rather someone spends $1 or $1000000 at a establishment the establishment should ensure that they delivered what they advertise. read more

Great service great price on two new tires and balancing. But when I got to inspect the new tires the bill said I had been charged 10 dollars for valve stems, when I looked at the tires I still had the old valve stems, when I asked why I had been charged and they were not replaced I was told that only the valves had been replaced since they would not change the electronic sensors stems. I still asked why there was a charge for a part not replaced, I was told that because it was electronic they would only change the valve not the stem, valves don't cost 5 dollars a piece even when installed. And if that was a service and part charged but not performed I can't really say with confidence they balance the tires. Well after taking off I noticed the car vibrating I took it for a drive in the highway and noticed it more. I'll be taking it elsewhere to get them balanced. read more

I bought 4 tires and rims 3 months ago. One of the tires is defected. I talk to the manager talia and Manuel and they said there's nothing they can do. I purchased the 3 year warranty and they said that doesn't cover the tire. The two managers are extremely rude and start yelling at you. Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else. read more

Do not come here , I came in on Thursday for new rims and was told I had one bad tire, I go over 50 mph and my car shakes violently, I come back and they tell me other tire is bad . I'm like ok I will get second tire and I notice that the same tire I purchased 3 days ago is now 40 dollars more . Than they tell me that they told me I had two bad tires and I refused to get two. So needless to say do not come here!!! The customer service is horrible and the manager on site does not speak English either, had to get a sales rep to translate for me . Charge things like a $7.00 valve steam and never changed, times 2, so $14.00 stolen, when I came back to purchase another tire alone, manager told me that couldn't give me my military discount this time, because I wasn't changing the tire with them, and charge me FET (12%) extra tax on trailer tires? Third time here in 1 month trying to resolve a leaky tire. Was told nothing was wrong first 2 times come to find out the 3rd time all of sudden it's the rim. Wonder why they couldn't tell me that the first or second time. Worst customer service ever; everybody is rude. They're so nice when you drop $2k on tires and rims but then after that if you come in because something is faulty good luck. Warranty states you're covered for 60,000 miles but it's very deceitful; apparently rims only have a warranty of 1 year yet that is NOT stated on your receipt. Don't waste your time or money. They gave you a price that seems to be cheap and it may be to a certain point but you end up paying more in the future. Bought some toyo tires 24s, I ended up finding out the tires were old at a prestige tire service. The tires kept loosing the air, went a couple times they give a million excuses and every single person that works there gives their opinion so they intimidate you the buyer. There is no reasoning it's always your fault. Spent more than 1k had to buy other tires else were horrible place. The only good thing is the food they offer free. Stay away from the Tire Club. I went in wanting to buy 2 new tires. My dad who is a mechanic told me I needed to change them. 1st thing that went wrong **I called ahead asked for the tires I needed, they said they had them, when I get there and turns out no they didn't!! I drove 45 min for nothing. They told me that they had a tire the same size but more expensive. I'm fine with having to pay more for better quality I went with the upgrade. 2. I had never used anyone but the tire club and I have not had any issues with my car, ever! The tire tech tells me he is not going to rotate the tire because the bolts are stripped and he is not even going to try to take it off. I say okay. And I call my dad. He was Furious because as I said no one changes my tires but the tire club. THEY MESSED UP MY BOLTS the PREVIOUS TIME THEY CHANGED MY TIRE AND DID NOT TELL ME!!! My dad said that I should not buy from a place that doesn't do honest good work so I asked them to put my original tires on and I would take my businesses else where. Here comes number 3!!! 3. They claimed that one of my tires was so bad that they could not put it back into my car. That it was dangerous. I told them I came with that tire just put it back on. They refused and I had too pay $100.00 to get a tire from them.!!!!!! 4. Two hours later they finally give me my car.... And the car when in movement is popping and shaking. The sound was so loud i didn't even get out of the parking lot I went back and told them what was happening. They said it could not have been them that my car has a mechanical issue. I was very upset to say the least. I go in with a working vehicle and walk out with serious damage. I asked to speak with the manager and told her that I needed her to come and look at the damage. She did not even allow me to explain what was happening when she pawned me off to another employee. He road my vehicle and there is was, popping away. The Tire techs supposedly looked at it again and said it was my problem that it was a mechanical issue. 5. I was frustrated of standing there telling them my problem and them denying any help I said okay just remember this transaction, because you will be hearing from me again. As I was going home going 20 MPH with my emergency blinkers on I was so scared because the popping sound was getting worse and the shaking was so bad I could barely control the car, I pulled over. 6. I called my dad he came to the rescue. When he began inspecting the car he found. THAT IN FACT THEY HAD TRIED TO REMOVE MY PASSENGER FRONT TIRE. The bolts were stripped the tire was misaligned, and the tire was not installed properly. Meaning my tire could have just flown off!!!!!! He was so upset!! I could have been in an accident hurting myself or someone else. This experience not only has cost me $100.00 but I'm going to have to pay to get my car fixed. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I had bought a set of tires and they had assure me that they had warranty for punctures, they said they would be fix with no charge. When I showed up with a puncture on one of my tire after more than an hour of wait they said that that certain puncture wasn't cover under the warranty and told me that I needed to buy a new tire, the said the would give me a discount and lower the price of the tire from $80 to $40 but after charging me the installation which shouldn't be that much I ended up paying $80+. After 2 hours of wait I had to buy it as I needed my car that day but now I'm never going back there again. read more
