I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I got just that. I went in about noon and was out of there within the hour. Great service! I must say I was a little taken back and embarrassed when I was asked to remove my Hello Kitty keychain because" you know, we are in a mechanic shop". I guess because there is all men working there they would be embarrassed to hold my hello Kitty keychain. I am not sure but I felt It was a little rude. So one more thing I did notice is that the credit card keypads were not being wiped down and cleaned after each customer and the bottle of hand sanitizer that was provided was dingy and dirty. If I were to use the hand sanitizer provided I would've felt dirtier and contaminated. But like I said I got what I went in to get and it was great service! read more

I wanted to say how extremely pleased I am with the level of service that I received Tuesday evening the 23rd on June. I came in at 6:30 with a tire that went flat as I pulled into Martin Tire's parking lot at the 12110 Montewood location. Jonathan Marinelarena's team had several other flats that came in prior, but stayed well after closing to ensure that I and my two children could make it home for the evening. WARNING! Got a flyer to do maintenance on vehicle so gave them a shot due to dealer being busy. Before I dropped off I added a C for change on tire for rotation. Never got the rotation even after I was promised. The tire still remained on the back left. 2nd issue,I let them know on a tire I had a slow leak and they responded with we dunked it and didn't find anything. No visible sign them checking it or taking any screws off. I can't even be confident that my oil or filter were changed. I asked Mr. Sifuentes for a number or someone higher than him and gave me a number that was a wrong one. Mr. Sifuentes lied not just once, twice but three times. Oh by the way I know I am coming close or due for tires and if the work would have been done correctly they would have realized that and I would have purchased them. Just disappointed that around my community people are the way they are even if it's a big name business. read more

I got a flat tire the night before and brought my car in first thing to get it looked at. They patched it right away for no charge. I drove 11 hours after it was patched and had no issues with my tire. They were very friendly and I highly recommend this place. read more

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for the full synthetic oil change and went on to wait 1.5 hrs only to find out after the oil change that they actually put synthetic blend in it and I had told them I wanted the full synthetic but they wouldn't fix there mistake. Also they forgot the tire rotation so it had to go back in anyways and I waited another 20 mins for that. However the prices were decent which gives them 2 stars. read more

I bought new tires for my Mazda 6 here and they did a good job mounting them and the price was fair. When I got home I realized that I left my wallet on their counter when I paid. Great experience at this branch of Martin Tire. I took my car in a long time ago for a leaky tire and when I went to pay, I was told "don't worry about it, just consider us when you want to buy new tires." Returning the favor, I recently went back and got new tires as well as had several other routine maintenance items done. Beyond being completed about four hours ahead of schedule, above all, I found them to be honest. I knew that I had replaced my rear brake rotors before but only machined the front, meaning the front should have less life remaining. After the brake inspection, where most shops would have just said "you will need a full brake job," they came back with the truth. They told me the back brakes look fine and the front still have a couple thousand miles left on them. I really recommend taking your car here for maintenance as well as tire purchases. Honesty and fairness is so hard to come by in this industry, and in my experience even harder to come by in El Paso. read more

Great Customer Service! I called ahead to find out wait time before heading here and was told about 30 minutes, when I arrived it was actually an hour and half. However, the manager Daniel made sure I was seen right away and oil change completed since I was told it wouldn't be long. Extremely helpful and quick service. Yea, i took my 66 chevy car for a wheel alignment. Shortly after that my car started pulling to the left. So i took it in and explained to the manager Daniel but said he couldnt do anything about cuz the 60 day had passed. I try to explain to him that my car is not a daily driver and that i had only driven the most was about a month. But told me very rude that nop. All it wood take is a small adjustment. The Montana store itself is not getting a bad review I love the service Daniel and Blas are great but here is why I selected 1 star I live in Alamogordo NM and work in El Paso I drive a company truck and we take our vehicles to Martin tire. One day I decided to give the Alamogordo store another chance (because previous bad service) and went for an oil change my advisor Charlie helped me out at first he was nice then he came with my inspection and told me what it needed which was cool I was happy that they were checking my truck good . And normally we need to get approval first before we can authorize work Charlie didn't understand that and was really rude to me and I did not like that and to top it off because I didn't buy anything at the time my battery was left full of acid build up after the service and Charlie did not cash me out he was on his cell phone talking away. I got home upset . Yesterday I went to the Montana store and guess who was there ?! Charlie was there so I walked right out and yes he was on his phone again . I have instructed my guys if they go into a Martin tire and Charlie is there to request someone else to help them and if it is not an emergency to just to go another Martin tire .
