An appointment is necessary. But if he's not currently busy, he'll take you right in... However, during the visit she was told that her Ford Focus required a replacement coolant reservoir. Midas charged $119.00 for the coolant reservoir and $30.00 for labor. After the visit, we researched the part pricing independently and found the same coolant reservoir available online for under $50, with multiple reputable listings--some as low as $17.99. The part number is 603-382. When we contacted the store to discuss the significant price discrepancy, we were told that Midas has no control over part pricing and that the lower-priced parts we found must have been "from China." No effort was made to explain the markup, offer a comparison, or provide any resolution. Given the substantial difference between the price charged and readily available market pricing--and the dismissive response when concerns were raised--we were very disappointed with the experience. As a result, we will not be returning to Midas nor recommending this location to others.
