I have been coming here for YEARS literally an i have never had any type of issue with the staff or the services rendered. Granted, i only get one type of service when i come here: New or used tires, or patches or plugs in tires. Over the years, and i'm talking about since about 2005 up until now, prices have RARELY changed, and they only charge 3.5% tax on services. They always have the tires that i need, and if they don't, they will call over to their other shop to see if that have what you need there. The wait. it really all depends on that day it is, and what time it is. the most i've every waited was about 30 minutes. Patches are 15, plugs are 10. You can't beat that! read more

I wish the owner check the work his mechanics do I took my car there to check a previous leak they fix when I picked my car up and turned it own it was shaking it didn't want to hardly drive and my engine light was blinking when before they where just on I was crying i Told the manager what happened and he kept insisting that his mechanics didn't do anything to the car when I told the owner he defended the manager we made a appt to take the car back I told him the engine light was blinking was it ok to drive the car like that he said it was up to me I will not take my car there anymore the owner is cool.but for the hundreds of dollar we pay he needs to supervisor the mechanic work I don't think he does I'm sorry but I'm very disappointed with the auto shop I don't recommend Anyone to go there for big jobs read more

When I say quick, I mean within moments as long as there's an open bay. I've been coming to this business for about 8 years or a couple more. It's owned and staffed by what seems to be some pretty young men. But the service and quality products they provide would shows just how committed they are making sure that everyone is satisfied. The have a line if new tires for every budget, new rims if that's what you're into, and they'll service your car if needed. I recently had new shocks installed and got a four wheel alignment. Very reasonably priced and the work done very quickly. I dropped the car off around 9am and expected to not get my wife's car back until the evening. We sat down to order lunch around noon, and the phone rungs with the manager telling me that the car was ready to be picked up. The best thing that I like about these guys is that they just don't sell you what you need at the moment. They will tell you what's causing the tire to wear unevenly and tell you what repairs are needed so that you won't have to buy multiple sets of tires that will keep going bad. These guys took care of me initially when I needed a tire repair, and have never let me down when I needed other services. The added bonus to coming here is that they're open 7 days a week. read more

When it comes to tires this place is pretty okay. If you're planning to go there to get an alignment done? Don't waste your time. I went there recently to get my alignment done after hitting a curb. When I got there, the guy said its going to take a few hours so he suggested that I shouldn't wait around. A few hours later I came back and he said its finished but there is a problem. While trying to explain it to me, he has a heavy spanish accent and we have the hardest time conversing about my problem. So I take the car for a quick spin to see if it feels better since "he fixed my alignment" already. When I got back I told him that the car feels exactly the same and my steering wheel was still crooked. After I asked him what exactly did he fix, he tells me that I need to get a steering wheel alignment too. I asked so how much more would that be? He tells me another 120 on top of the 120 i just paid for. Which was for pretty much nothing. A few weeks later I take my car to Tires Plus on route 130 in pennsauken to get new tires. They ask if I wanted a free alignment check and I told them sure but i just recently got it done so it should be good. When they were checking my alignment, they gave me a call on my cell phone and tells me my alignment is wayyyy off. I'm thinking what the eff right? So they tell me if i want to get it fixed the correct way, they'll only charge me 65. So i just agreed to it because at this point, I'm pretty heated. When I went to pick up my car, the alignment was perfect and the steering wheel was straight once again. So end of the story is, I didn't need a steering wheel alignment for 120 dollars, I've been cheated of 120 dollars by a man who barely spoke english that I trust with my car, and that I will never go back to that unprofessional place ever again.
