Turns out my warranty company that I bought with the car wasn't so great and didn't pay for a lot of the repair. Fast forward to a few weeks ago about (6 months) my car started making the very same sound as before and went through the process of breaking down much quicker to the point where my engine completely stopped and would no longer work. When we took it to a dealership they said that we need a new engine and the warranty company wouldn't pay for it because they had already sent the supposed parts to be fixed the first time around. (Which was not true) I decided to call Hometown tire and speak with the owner, Brad and let him know my situation and get some clarity on what exactly it was they did to fix my car. From the moment I spoke with him I think he could tell that I was drained and upset about my vehicle and before the conversation was over he made me understand clearly that he was on my side and he wanted to do as much as he could to help me get out of the situation that I was in. not only did he hear my story he is working with the dealer who sold me the vehicle and they decided to step up and the dealer bought me an engine for my vehicle, had it shipped out here. So then Brad (hometown tire)also stepped up and is and they're replacing the engine for me free of charge. FOLKS HE IS LITERALLY TAKING MY ENGINE OUT AND PUTTING ANOTHER ONE IN FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! Brad reminded me that he's about helping people and that it was the christian thing to do. I was speechless. Never in my life have I experienced such a thing. So if you live in Walton County or your just passing through and you need your car looked at, you can trust Hometown Tire to take care of you and your vehicle. I went in and was greeted warmly, Brad was extremely welcoming and clearly takes great care of all his customers. I was only there for about 25 minutes while they replaced my tire. The interior is also beautiful--very clean, comfy seating, and plenty of refreshments and magazines. My car turned out great, overall grade-A experience!

They take first come first served so if you are in a hurry you may want to go in the morning. This was the 3rd set of tires we have purchased from them. They will sell you what you want, not try to force you into a higher priced tire. They will tell you you get what you pay for Not all 60,000 mile warranty tires are the same. We up graded a little and we're vary happy. Goodyear eagle are quiet and the ride is better then original factory tires. If you need tires this is a must.

Multiple visits, issues every time. Do NOT use for your car care needs!…read more The technicians here have no idea what a tire rotation is. Multiple visits when I've had to get oil changed, they fail to rotate the tires, yet put on the paperwork that they did them. I can TELL when the hubcap covers haven't been touched because the amount of brake dust that's on there. Not ONE mark from gloves of technician removing hubcap. Also reporting wrong on service vehicles the mileage, which I see in the service vehicle portal. Over 10,000 miles less than what's on the dash. I'm surprised corporate hasn't given them a visit for their shoddy work. Stay away from this shop.
