There is no way in hell that I could've hung up the phone on a customer. I didn't even bother going there to buy the tires. I went to Discount tires and got a better deal with exceptional customer service from Colin! Colin should go to Walmart and teach them or I could teach them if they'd like. At any rate, Chris needs to be retrained. He also needs to learn how to have manners character and respect. It'll help get him through this world. When I told him I wanted to see about an oil change, he looked at me and said very condescendingly to pull my car up to the bays as if I should have known to do that all along. I've never been to this auto center and just moved to the area. When I walked out the door, he said pull into the 2nd bay and started playing around with the other two guys. I walked to my car and left. I don't mind having fun at work and playing around but I do mind terrible customer service. Changing the part did not fix the issue at all, and even worse, they didn't put the engine components back together properly at all (they did not connect everything) so about 15 minutes after I left the shop, my vehicle started to idle at a dangerously high rate.
