She called him a liar and said she has worked their for over a year and she knows he can't be. In the end my son was called a liar, was charged over 100 bucks and left feeling taken advantage of and humiliated. My husband is retired military and if she wanted proof he could have shown her proof . My husband texted a copy of is military id but my son was so upset he just paid and left. I called corporate but basically got told a district manager would need to call back. I tried calling the store directly but it rings right back to corporate and I had already waited over a hour there!! Don't waste time here all you get is bait and switched!!
