Needed a cheap replacement tire to get by. Called tire guys to see if they had used tires. $35 installed. The tire was actually pretty decent. Even though it was used, it was still better than my balding, tread showing tire. Pulled up to some good ole boys sitting outside the garage. One of them looked like Uncle Si from Duck Dynasty. After they showed me the tire I said lets do it. Pulled my car in, jacked it up and pulled the old one out. They took it to the back and did all the balancing and what not. I was able to go back and see to make sure they were doing it right. The first tire had an air leak, so they went and got me another one which was better I think. They did the water test, spun and balanced and I was on the road. I'd normally recommend new tires, but in a pinch this will work for now. They take cards. I'd recommend going during daylight hours! read more

Although creepy you're not too professional, these guys get you in and out with the quickness and have the right price. It's tough to find right off the 65th in between Madison and Lorraine if you pass the little convenience store on your right going southbound you want to far. They always get me in and out with the quickness, said to say I've been there many times. Which brings me to another problem with the city, we need to sweep up our streets, maybe we should get that big broom and dust pan from the Denver Art Museum out here to clean up. It keeps these guys in business though, maybe they're the ones littering the street with nails and other debris. Joking, they been around for a long time and a good businessman.anyways, don't look for five-star service, but leave paying the right price with a drivable car. read more

I had a nice breakfast yesterday over at Nick's on Lorain. I noticed that almost all of the air had leaked from my driver side front tire. I didn't know if it was from a nail, pothole damage or an enemy with whom I had crossed paths with. I once had a girl drive from Cleveland Heights to Tremont in the middle of a February night to egg my car so anything is in the realm of possibility. Could it be a cop who was mad at the hateful Yelp reviews I have been writing on local departments who was letting air out of my tires for revenge? I feel like Willie D on Geto Boys My Mind is Playing Tricks on Me. I drove my car up the road to The Tire Guys and had them take a look. The tire was fine. The rim was not. My steel wheel was bent up pretty badly from all of these potholes. The only good pothole would be a hole in the dirt used to grow pot in. The ones in Cleveland streets are a nuisance. The Tire Guys bent my rim back into shape with a hammer and pliers for $5. read more

The Tire Guys might be a little gruff and rough, but they fixed my tire (another hole/nail or something) within 10 minutes for $10.00.

These guys are not professional at all. Went there to get a nail removed from my 2014 jeep and they had some old guy who looked homeless working on my jeep. He did not set the jack right and my truck fell off the jack almost going thru my floor board. All they said was sorry. I will never go there again. They are terrible. read more

The guys at the shop are so friendly and they have a great selection of used tires. They were able to find me 4 almost new tires for $185 dollars. I called around for other quotes and the business wanted 280 and up. The guys were kind, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was really impressed as I was asking them if they can recommend where I could go for oil change and radiator they sent me to Madison Tire & Sercvice on 85th street. The owner there was also really nice and the prices were really an awesome deal. The Tire Guys have a shop cat that is cute and friendly :). read more

Great fast service for cheap tires this is the place to go! I was in need of a tire on the cheap so I googled cheap tires and they came up first. I called and they said they had my tire 30 minutes later it was on for 25$ and 2$ for them to get rid of my old one. These guys are nice people . Honest people..I bought four tires for my truck over two years ago and they are awesome..The problem is they can't balance a tire if theyre life depended on it. They got a crap balancer.. I had to take my tires elsewhere to get them balanced . they left two tire with no weights and said they were balanced. I saw them do the work. The tires were shaking my truck bad between 50 and60..for a long time. And I had to deal with it.now they are redone at ntb.and three tires needs 4 ounces and one needed two ounces. You can't mess up that bad .I think their balancer is not calibrated or they just don't have a clue. Balancing is the most important thing. My truck rides beautiful now..but it's bad for business to have Shakey wheels.. read more

I found these guys on Craigslist and put 4 almost new tires on my Honda Pilot and 4 almost new on my Jeep Cherokee for a great price! Excellent tires and I was in and out. The owner was very nice and helpful. I will go back and refer my friends. If you want nice tires for a reasonable price this is the place to go. Neighborhood isn't as bad as some claim. It's the east side of Cleveland, what do people expect. This isn't a Starbucks, it's a tire shop for Pete's sake. read more

I took my car in due to tire light coming on frequently. He took my tire apart and must have broken off the sensor and did not tell me. After I left, my tire sensor wasn't working and my steering wheel was shaking. I had to take my car into the dealer to find out that the sensor was broken off, which is what was causing the issue, and now have to spend $200 to fix his mistake. Furthermore, he did not give a receipt. Not professional service and not worth the value in my opinion. read more
