I've been here for over THREE hours now with a single tire that needs replaced. I guess I'm not far up on their list of priorities, since they've had cars in and out but my ONE tire has just been sitting there. I mean we even went to lunch and came back. We called and asked about it an hour ago! I respect the location in Knoxville where I originally got my tires, they had me there for a little over 1 hour and replaced all 4 tires (on the car) and did an alignment. I was a 10 year TD customer until today. Hands down, worst customer service I've ever encountered from a tire retainer. I was told my tires were weathered and could not be rotated, nor repaired. However, I had the vehicle in the same store 4 months earlier for a tire rotation and there was no concern about weathered tires. It also took them 3 hours to discover this--unacceptable! I spoke to the store manager about my disappointment and that they were losing my business, and said "that's fair and fine with him." Wow! Never again will I use TD and I had 5 vehicles they were servicing. If I could award 0 stars I would over one terrible manager--very unprofessional and inappropriate! read more

I had a great experience here. They inspected my vehicle and gave me two different quotes. The first was for easy fixes to get done then and there and a second to come back another time for more in depth procedures. I will definitely be back. They explained everything well and the prices were fair. I appreciated the detailed receipt I was given and I had multiple services done which only took a few hours. I believe they may compensate for the event of having to take a Car sharing service home and back while your vehicle is in the shop. Not sure since I live close and was able to walk. Great service. I showed up needing tires and unsure of their closing time. I got out of there at 5:30 and found out they were closed since 4:00! They were patient, not rushed, and explained what I needed and why. Their building is new and everything is nice. Waiting area with a flat screen plus complimentary coffee. Spent 900$ in tires and was asking them to price match which they said the reason why it's that much is because of the "great warranty" they supposingly have. Then it came down to replace just one of my tires and they didn't want too honor the warranty that they advertised. Don't recommend these guys just go to discount tire friendly people and way cheaper for the same "warranty" and same tire. Ohh any also if you don't get your tires rotated at this specific location then it never happened so yeah this is a disaster from the start. read more

I came into Tire Discounters as a Firestone loyalist. To be honest, the only reason I gave this company a chance was I couldn't get a simple patch for my tire at Firestone. I have made two visits to this particular location, and the customer service has been so good both times I felt compelled to give a review. The staff is courteous and both of my visits have been fairly quick. The lobby is very comfortable as well, with plenty of space, and outlets to charge your electronics (USB too) - As long as I am in Murfreesboro, I'll keep using these guys. Thanks! read more

Found a nail in the tire of my brand new Mazda 3 hatchback while in the area, so stopped in to get it fixed. Despite not having any info on my car due to how new it is, these guys figured out the torque specs and repaired my tire. For no charge. I will for sure return to this location when I need new tires. These guys are great. They have gotten me in and out with things done right. If anything is wrong or seems to be checked they will check it with no charge and have a smile while they do it. I'm completely done with Lascassas location. I will never take my vehicle over there for repair and i would strongly discourage others not to so. Few weeks ago, i had dropped off my vehicle over there for repair. A technician called me and told me what was going on but found out it was a wrong diagnosis after the vehicle was repaired. Not a single issue they told me was true. The vehicle was still making popping noise coming from the passenger side when turning the wheel. I decided to take it somewhere else and the issue was taken care off. This is the second time this had happened to my vehicle. Last year, they had to issue a check for a repair i paid on my wife Toyota. They had replaces the cv axel and few days later, there was transmission fluid leaking all over the place. I wanted to give them another chance with my vehicle thinking maybe a different technician would work on it but I was very disappointed with the the wrong diagnosis. I'm not saying that i will never take my vehicle repair to Tire Discounter but not Lascassas location. If for some reason in the future i take it to another location and i end up having issue, i will be completely done with Tire Discounter. read more

I shopped around when buying new tires and found these guys to have the best price. I figured their service would be comparable to the competition (which I liked until the competition started trying to sell me things I didn't need every time I went). The price on 4 tires was about $50 cheaper at Tire Discounters. I definitely should have just taken the price to the competition and asked them to match it. Now that I am "stuck" with Tire Discounters to maintain the free rotate/balance I see my mistake. I have been here 4 times total and hated each experience for the same reason-- way too slow. Not once has my service been timely. The very first visit, to put on new tires, took a full hour longer than what they estimated (they said 1.5 hours. I was here for 2.5 hours!). The next time I came the minute they opened (for rotate/balance) because I didn't want the same thing to happen again. Despite the fact that I was the FIRST customer of the day, I watched two other people come and go while my simple rotate/balance took ONE HOUR. That is ridiculous, in my opinion. This service would have taken about 20-25 minutes MAX at "the other guys." My third visit here I was informed of new management and they assured me that my experience would be better than it had been previously. It wasn't. Understandably, they had to take some extra time to locate a slow leak; and the manager himself took on my rotate/balance afterward. I was still disappointed in the overall time. The manager thought he performed this quickly, but I'm guessing Tire Discounters just doesn't train their employees for speed as fully as their competition does. Now, after a fourth visit I am still disappointed in timeliness. I arrived with enough time to give them a full hour to do the rotate/balance. I was informed there might be a little wait, "about 45 minutes or so." I walked to the nearby Kroger for a few minutes. When I got back (30 minutes after handing them the keys) the car was in the parking lot, and they didn't even know if my car was done yet. It wasn't even started. They pulled the car in at the 40 minute mark. They were finally done at 1:10. It would at least be an improvement I. Customer service if they got better at estimating this time. Even though this location is much closer to home, I'm afraid I'll have to start trying other locations in the future to see if it's any better. I don't have all day for these guys to take however long they feel like taking. If you make a time estimate, stick to it. Some people may have to schedule their day around this and know that they have enough time left to make it to a doctor appointment or pick up their kids. I just can't trust their estimates to leave me enough time if my schedule is tight. read more

Not impressed. Stopped by for an oil change to give them a try. Didn't even wipe down the underside of the car--left so much oil that it dripped in the driveway and garage. Didn't top off the other fluids like the other places do. Didn't vacuum or wash the windows either. Pricing not that competitive. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I went in for a routine break inspection and the two men there already acting very slow without any regard to me walking up to the front desk. I waited patiently for the inspection and everything was fine, I see my car pull around and get ready to receive my keys at the counter. I was literally ignored for almost 15 minutes before they spoke to me. I was the only one there and it seemed like he was doing anything to avoid me. He didn't say a word or even look my way. He shuffled papers and answered anything that made a noise...it wasn't busy. Finally I asked if there was a problem. After the third time he finally answered me and told me to sign a paper. Then he just looked at me!!! I asked him where my keys were and he said they were in the car. It pissed me off to see he was intentionally wasting my time there. Great service. Brought a single tire in for repair. Damage was too close to sidewall for Tire Discounters to repair. I requested tire be re-installed and I would repair myself. They did not charge for attempted repair and re-install. Impressive. I even attempted to tip the tech. Neither he nor manager would accept a tip. I later returned for a full tire set replacement. They replaced all 4 tires very quickly and unlike most shops I have been to, they were replaced without nasty scratches or gouges on my alloys (a first for me). Again impressive. read more

Do NOT use this business. I bought 8 tires , 4 Michelin Defenders for my car, and 4 for my wife's car. They are expensive, but very good, tires. I paid extra for the road hazard insurance that I was told was good for 3 years from the date of purchase. Recently, my wife had a flat. I was able to pump it up and get it to the Tire Discounters on 2022 Lascassas Pike where I bought them. I had all my paperwork. They told me that there was a screw in the side ( I had not seen it, and I pumped the tire up with my bicycle tire, and that took a while, but yet when they took me back into the garage, I spotted it from 10 feet away. I can't prove it was not there, but that's mighty suspicious ) and that it was unrepairable, so they would have to replace it. I pointed out that I had the insurance, and it clearly stated on the paperwork that if it was unrepairable within that 3 year period, they would replace it for free. They would not honor it. They said that because of the mileage, they would "prorate" it, and only credit me $10.64. I showed them that I still had 3 months left on the insurance, but they refused. Prior to this, there had been NOTHING said about "mileage" and that it would be repaired or replaced for free for 3 years from date of purchase. Period. As much as I hated to, I paid $191 for the tire and having it put on, because my wife had to have her car that day. I knew I had been scammed, but I let it go as a costly lesson learned. After I posted this on facebook, I had over 40 people respond saying that Tire Discounters had scammed them too. Live and learn. I've learned. read more

I just spent over THREE hours in this Tire Discounters getting two tires replaced. They badly scratched up the rims of both wheels and would not take care of the damage. They said they would take $100 off the bill for the damage done, but the charge was not $100 less than what I was originally quoted. I highly recommend you avoid this place. read more
