I was looking to get my 09 Outback a new set of tires. After seeing only 5 star reviews for Tire Empire, I decided to check it out. I was instantly greeted by the owner & we went over tire options. I went with a "used" set that actually look pretty much brand new. The owner recommended 2 sets and mentioned which of the two would be the better pick with less miles on them. Also these used tires saved me sooo much money, so I really appreciate the owners suggestion! After a half hour (maybe 20 minutes!), my car was ready! They also checked my faulty air pressure sensors for free. Unfortunately they no longer do alignment, but recommend I head over to Konkin for that service. After my tire blew out on the way back from dropping my kid at school, I rolled in bracing for a huge bill, serious problem, long wait, annoying upselling, or all of the above. Came down from Wa and while down here with a couple relatives, my tire blew. Brought them my 17 STI, needed to get the tire replaced. Most shops I've checked didn't have my size, but these guys did so they'll have yours too. Charged me only 53$, got my tire replaced and stretched to fit. Came in at 5:02pm left by 5:25pm. You got 4-5 dudes in there hustling their ass off so u won't be waiting for long till they're done. Saw another client come in to get their tire patched cuz it had a nail stuck in it, got it done within 10 minutes. Cheap, Reliable, and Fast. 10/5 Stars. We took my wife's car to Les Schwab to fix a flat. I don't remember what they charged, but it wasn't free. We didn't buy the tires there, so they charged l think $20.00. We dropped it off and picked it up later. We drove it home and parked. The next morning, the tire was flat. I wasn't going to bother with Les Schwab. Obviously they didn't fix it and they wasted our time. I went to Tire Empire, independently owned. They fixed my tire, never another problem. Yes, they charged $15.00. $5.00 cheaper than Schwab, which did not fix anything. Tire Empire owner is there on the property and his attitude and quality of work shows that he wants your business. I bought four used tires in great shape with about 90% of the tread remaining. Paid $260. One of the tires kept losing air so about a month after purchasing the tires went back to Max and explained the situation thinking it could have been a bad valve stem or a screw in the tire. Max ended up just replacing it with the same brand and like new tire. Didn't charge me a thing. He didn't even try and figure out what was wrong with the tire. He just wants to provide excellent customer service and keep his clients happy which is a resounding theme in all of these reviews. It's hard to find a business which runs like that anymore. One rainy day, I came out to my driveway to discover a flat tire with a nail pierced into it. As I rolled it to the nearest gas station, I contemplated on the most cost effective solution. Removing the tire and plugging it seemed like the most viable option. This was when I stumbled upon Tire Empire. Max- the man of the hour- pulled me into the next open garage and got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. While observing the hole, he expressed great concern on my worn out tires and me- being the frugal fella that I am- showed no mind to his worry. I asked him how much I owed him for the tire plug, his response was "it's on me, but please just get your tires replaced, it can be dangerous especially in this weather." His words lingered in my mind as I strolled away with my newly patched tire whilst, my stubborned thoughts followed; "pshhh, he just tryna get me to spend money. Haha, nice try, Max." Taking his words into consideration, my money conscious senses were tingling. So I called up a couple of low-end tire shops. The results; $80/ea, $100/ea, $110/ea, I was going on a downward spiral! I put my pride aside, and called Tire Empire. $86 BUCKS FOR BOTH TIRES AND LABOR INCLUDED. I went in, got them switched and out of there within 20 minutes! Excellent experience (and I hardly ever leave reviews.) I brought in a newly purchased used car. At first Max recommended that I did not need new tires, but after a few minutes of closer inspection he noticed some subtle cracks in the rubber and did recommend new tires. I was impressed with Max for several reasons: 1. It was clear he was not immediately attempting to sell me new tires just to make a sale. 2. Visited this place to get some overly tight/cross threaded lugnuts removed, and they took the time out of their day to work with the stubborn wheel assembly and managed to get them loose. Did this right before closing, and they put in the effort a d time to get it done instead of saying they were stuck and sending me on my way. The next day, went back to them for 2 more stuck/cross threaded lugnuts nuts, and to check if a tire was leaking (found it flat after multiple days of sitting). Again, they took the time out of their day (they were quite busy) to get everything loosened for me, and determined the tire didn't have a leak, and was sealed properly. These guys really do the job right, and I would trust them completely with any set of tires and wheels (can't say the same for Les Schaub). I would highly recommend them over any big tire chain, and will definitely be giving them my business in the future. read more

This place was amazing. Called around 330pm on Saturday and he let me know that he would be there until 430 so come on down. So I got my car towed there by 430pm and they still changed my two front tires by 430!!!! It literally took them less than 10 minutes. I was shocked, happy and thankful. Had a flat on a well-used set of tires for a Land Rover. Always had good luck with used, and after getting quotes on new, decided to go with used again. Called Tire Empire and they had what I needed at a reasonable cost. And here's where the men get separated from the boys - After waiting about 30 minutes to get the tires installed, the tech/owner comes back and says, "Well, I have a real disappointment." I'm thinking, "Here comes the pitch. My rims are bad or they don't have all the tires..." You know what I'm thinking, here. Well, instead, he tells me that while balancing the used set he'd just sold me, he discovered that the previous owner had done a dynamite brake, and all four had a flat spot on them. What he proposed was giving me a brand NEW set (with warranty) for $20 more than the original quote for four USED, no-warranty tires. The difference wouldn't even pay to exchange the tires! He could have simply not mentioned the flat spots, since the tires came without warranty - instead, this guy took a $150 hit to make a customer happy. So, despite the two obvious disgruntled employee one-star reviews, I couldn't recommend them more highly. The are polite, clearly eager to please, have a comfortable waiting area, and provide excellent service. read more
