The dealer/service shop told me the front brake pads needed to be replaced and they guesstimated 2 to $3000. Well, having been around the block a few times I realized that was absolutely not gonna work. I found the pads for $200 which is quite expensive, but Pat and Dan and the crew installed them, bled the brakes, and inspected the rear brake drums and only charged me $350. Initially Pat said, bring the rig in so they can take a peek at it and make sure they could work on it and he said, not a problem. Anyway, trust these guys, they're good.

I am updating my review. After getting my new tires, wheels and window tinting spent almost $3k im mad! Two weeks after getting my Tires I got a nail in my tire. I had to be late for work for two hours because their website states they open at 730 but that was incorrect. They fixed the tire. Ever since then I've had to nurse my tire and stop at any place that could put air in it. I finally got off work early today and so my tire read 29psi. Victor wasn't there so I dealt with the new guy. I wasn't impressed with his customer service but I just wanted it fixed. Then when they gave me my car back they told me the kid didn't put it in the plug correctly. So they apparently fixed it. Then my tire was loosing air and automotive outfitters guy said six minutes and it will reset. Nope now I'm at Les Schwab because automotive outfitters is not willing to fix it properly. I bought a warranty with my tires but I'm now having to pay for Les Schwabs to fix it correctly. I called this guy who treated me with disrespect on the phone. I said well the owner reached out to me which he did "Harrry S" on my five star yelp review. He told me the owner sold this business years ago retired and nope he did not. I need my car for work. He also told me on the phone maybe your part is bad. I told him my car is new and I have an app that keeps records of everything that goes on with my car. So I guess I have to go to small claims court since I paid for a warranty have only had my tires for 60 days and I'm having to pay to have it fixed properly. I'm so disappointed and I'm sitting at Les Schwabs for two hours now just to have it fixed right. I just left Les Schwabs and they wrote everything down what they found that automotive outfitters did wrong on my tire. Sad. A woman makes a purchase like this gets spoken to like that and to find out you trusted the wrong people.

The reviews were solid, so I chose them. The main person I worked with was Cody, and he was excellent. As a woman, it can be difficult to find an auto shop where you do not feel talked down to or pressured into unnecessary repairs. That was not my experience here at all. Cody was transparent and straightforward. He clearly explained what needed attention now versus what could wait a few months. No pressure, no condescension. They had my car for about two weeks, which I understand is normal given how many variables can cause starting issues like that. I explained that my warranty was about to expire and asked them to be thorough. They absolutely were. They identified nearly $3,000 worth of repairs, all of which were covered under warranty. They handled the entire claims process. I never had to contact the warranty company once. I simply paid my deductible and was on my way. Everything felt professional, organized, and above board. I understand that some vehicles with modified suspension can have a harder time taking an alignment and they might have to try twice, but all I needed was a toe check and to have my steering wheel straightened! Easy easy job on any car. Ended up walking out on principle. If they'd quoted me $150 over the phone I'd happily paid them. Never make a price decision at an auto shop, so many are trained to nickel and dime you, if you start to cave at all they will just keep going with it.
