Well, that was a fail and I damaged the cap to the point where the only solution was to have it replaced. I took my truck into Discount without an appointment and James, the store manager, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He came out to assess the damage and made a joke about how all I needed was some super glue. I love jokes so I appreciated the levity. They replaced the stem and patched a hole created by a screw. The best part was they did it at a true Discount- a 100% Discount. I will never grow "tire"d of service like this.

When I started calling the Detroit area came across best tires very close to where my sister lives that I was visiting. Their price was about 40% less than I could find it for anywhere in Wisconsin. The tires I was quoted in Wisconsin were for the most part brand name, and these that I bought from best tires were not. They were offbrand and I paid less because of that but they still have the 60,000 mile warranty as I was expecting. I will be returning this may my neighbor will need tires for his late model Silverado, and when I called best tires they buy the least expensive prices out there. I did look at another place very close and they were about $50 less but I got put on the back burner and the manager of that other store never emailed me my information for tire prices, tire size tire style etc. even after calling and reminding him twice. I will go back to tires and pick up the next set for my neighbor and bring them back to Wisconsin upon my return. I see reviews where people think they got poor service, and I was in the autobody industry for 35 years before I retired and everybody slips through the cracks sometimes. They walk around smoking cigarettes while working on people cars and they are very rude and nasty and they also don't know what they are doing what so every when it comes to people cars.
