He filled out the info on the store computer and when i was accepted he told me the terms. Unfortunately, he LIED about what i would be expected to pay. Never told me after 90 days the loan would over double what i had to repay. They then tried to talk me into paying an extra $80 to spray paint my brake calipers. Had to go back because my dash light for tire pressure wouldn't go out. I was then informed they charge $300 extra to install pressure sending units. I feel that the whole deal was misrepresented to me and will never go back or recommend them.

I had an issue with stem cap that corroded and wouldn't come off. Well, that was a fail and I damaged the cap to the point where the only solution was to have it replaced. I took my truck into Discount without an appointment and James, the store manager, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He came out to assess the damage and made a joke about how all I needed was some super glue. I love jokes so I appreciated the levity. They replaced the stem and patched a hole created by a screw. The best part was they did it at a true Discount- a 100% Discount. I will never grow "tire"d of service like this.

Mario's Collision was recommended to me by the insurance co. of the guy who damaged our truck. They did a great job so obviously when my wife's car got a major scratch in the door due to negligence by another mechanics shop, I took it back to Mario's. In on a Monday and out on Wednesday just before closing. And an AMAZING job. My wife is so happy with the work done and Shelly and Luigi are fantastic people. Very professional and Luigi is so knowledgeable. There shop feels so comfortable and clean and warm and inviting. They also have a great group of collision experts working behind the scene. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
