I went in pre approved with one credit agency but the salesman trash talked them and convinced me to apply for another credit agency they work with. He filled out the info on the store computer and when i was accepted he told me the terms. Unfortunately, he LIED about what i would be expected to pay. Never told me after 90 days the loan would over double what i had to repay. They then tried to talk me into paying an extra $80 to spray paint my brake calipers. Had to go back because my dash light for tire pressure wouldn't go out. I was then informed they charge $300 extra to install pressure sending units. I feel that the whole deal was misrepresented to me and will never go back or recommend them.

I had an issue with stem cap that corroded and wouldn't come off. After some research and several…read morehours of attempting to remove it using "conventional" methods, I used an angle grinder to get it off. Well, that was a fail and I damaged the cap to the point where the only solution was to have it replaced. I took my truck into Discount without an appointment and James, the store manager, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He came out to assess the damage and made a joke about how all I needed was some super glue. I love jokes so I appreciated the levity. They replaced the stem and patched a hole created by a screw. The best part was they did it at a true Discount- a 100% Discount. I will never grow "tire"d of service like this.

My tires were flying off while driving causing near death, my alignment was never done and mind you it was messed up from the drunk driver who was driving a trunk bigger than my little Pontiac and it squished it. My car has never driven better after I took it to Gratiot wheel and tire supply! Best service, understandable people and most importantly honest. Well, I got here at 9am this morning to get a warranty tire repair or replacement and it's now 10:35am and my vehicle is still out in the lot. I fear a day will be lost to get this stupid tire fixed. We watched videos on how to fix ourselves and quickly decided the undertaking was too much, and we could have easily caused more damage. So we contacted Mario's, he agreed with our diagnosis of what was causing the water issue, got a quote and determined a date to bring the vehicle in. They removed all necessary paneling to access our problem, fixed the issue and tied the tubing to prevent future issues (that probably should have been done in the manufacturing process.) I waited to do this review until there were some massive rain storms, and the issue is definitely fixed. Luigi was great to work with, pricing was reasonable, he was realistic on timing (2 days since they had other cars in the shop and were anticipating the parts to arrive that day.) I actually got the car back the next day and Luigi walked me through what they did. Not only was it fixed but they cleaned up some of my interior and exterior; they went above and beyond (my tires and rims looked brand new.) We've taken other vehicles here and all of our experiences are consistent- their honesty/integrity, complete great work timely, they don't oversell on things you don't need and have fair pricing.
