My car was making a clunking sound when it was turning and I found out I needed to replace the CV joints so i bought the two cvs and I came to the shop. I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.
