He gave us some advice as to what we should look out for to determine whether the tires really had any leaks. Bought a digital gauge (for all of $12), interacted with several more helpful employees, noted uneven tire pressure on my car's four tires and the technician quickly evened them out, for free. Honestly you cannot beat that - quick, attentive, knowledgeable service, friendly staff, and walking away feeling better about your problem without having been sent on a goose chase of costly repairs.

I called Randy's, told em what happened and they insisted they go get the jeep and my kid, brought him home to me and that was that. It is now Monday, the issue was the axle they put it didn't have grease in it like it was supposed to,not their fault, so they replaced it. I did need tires, didn't realize how bad they were. They gave me an estimate, I called 5 other places and they were all more expensive then Randy's quote. So now my jeep has new sneakers and other new parts.
