Previously that day I had been to another tire Kingdom location that treated me so amazingly poorly I was steaming. 3 and 1/2 hours to say that they couldn't patch it. My tires were horrible and that they could never do that and then I also needed a series of other works because my vehicle was unsafe. This was all a lie and the individual was adamant they could do nothing and it was corporate policy. I went to this location and not only was the air conditioning still working in the waiting room but everything was accomplished within 45 minutes and instead of insisting on new tires and entirely new front end and being a decidedly unpleasant individual, All of my issues with the tires were fixed over $32.. From now on I will be going to this location and no other. Even though it wasn't needed, I was also given a great deal on new tires for the future and was not given the hard sell using fear tactics by the associate. I'm very highly recommend this location. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE for tires! Our experience was absolutely horrible! My husband went in because we had a nail in our tire. We were told that our type of tire is not repairable, and they had to order the tires. My husband called the day they said the tires would be in and they said our 2 tires were in. Since my husband was ill, I took the car in the next morning. I was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours to mount the tires, so I went to the Dairy Queen nearby to wait. After a 2 hour wait I got a phone call and was told that "they were sorry, but as it turned out our tires were not in after all." I walked back to Tire Kingdom and told the young man at the desk I wasn't very happy about waiting 2 full hours, only to find out my tires weren't even there. His reply was, "sorry, not my fault." I asked to speak to a manager, and when he came out I told him what had happened, and said I thought that for my wasted time they should do something to compensate me. He said they couldn't give me any discount, because they had already given my husband a discount. (which was $25.00) He informed me that the tires were literally on their way over, so I could either wait, leave the car or come back. I told him I had no way to get home if I left the car, so I'd bring it back in the morning. The next morning my husband called to check if the tires were, indeed in. After more than 30 minutes on the phone, he found out that, no, they actually weren't in after all. Now, after speaking to THE MANAGER, wouldn't you think he would have followed up with us if they hadn't come in????? NOPE! We could have gone in and waited again all for naught! Finally, when the tires were confirmed in, (days later) my husband took the car in for the tires. I followed him and gave him a ride home. We went later in the afternoon to pick it up. When they pulled the car out he noticed that there were none of the little things that screw on the valves, and a few of the Mercedes emblems were missing off the tires. We told them and they came out with them and installed them. We just had them park the car, as we were going somewhere, and we planned to pick it us later. When we came back to pick it up, we noticed that the PSI on EVERY tire was off. Wouldn't you think a tire place would check the tire pressure before returning the car to you? AT LEAST on the two tires they replaced??????NOPE! Since the store was now closed, I had to make YET ANOTHER trip back to the lovely Tire Kingdom (which has evidently been taken over by Mavis) to get the tire pressure resolved. I went in and spoke to the manager, who evidently was new to that store as of a few days before. He acted aghast at what we had been through and asked what I'd like them to do. I told him we should definitely have some sort of credit back for all the hassle. He said they couldn't do that, but they would give us a free oil change if we wanted. I told him that after all of the screwups with a simple tire change, I'd be frightened to have them touch anything to do with my engine. I told him that I was going to do a review about our awful experience, and he BEGGED ME not to. He said, "Please, let me try to make it right." I told him to check with corporate as to what could be done and get back to me. Well, that was over 10 days ago, and no call, no follow-up, nothing. This business is the most incompetent place I have seen-- and a total waste of their customer's time and patience! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your tires. read more

If you like paying for work twice that doesn't get done go here. I was charged to rotate tires which were never done. The same tires were in the front of the car. Go back in and they charged me again yo balance the tired that I paid to balance the first time. PS. Overheard the guy at the desk say "we forgot to align his rear tires". Clearly they like to charge you for work they aren't doing. read more

I originally posted a good review because the manager, Chris, told all of us in the waiting room that if we gave a great review he would cut money off the bill for service. This location is running scam operations. They quote arbitrary prices (when I called with a concern about a mass air flow censor I was quoted 80 an hour for labor and $180 for censor. I recorded the call.) then when I get in I'm told it's over $500.00 total but he would cut off a bit. Problem is, I paid that and the issue wasn't fixed. Not 3 months later, after barely driving the car around town and never on highways, same issue returned. This is the third time I've experienced this shitty, shotty half assed work that designed to keep people coming back to pay more money. Before this incident I kept having issues with a check air pressure tire light that stayed on. Initially when I brought my car the maintenance team said it was a board malfunction, charged me and reset the board. A week later! It returned! And when I brought it back I was charged for a tire patch. I hadn't driven it at all in that week as I was out of town for business and the car was parked in a secure private garage. I will never return to this location. They are robbing people blind, I made my mistakes and gave them a chance. Absolute scum. read more

Stopped in with a slow leak in my right front tire. Service tech told me it could be 90 minutes or so before they could get my car in the tire repaired. He offered to come out to the parking lot & look at the tire right away to make sure it could be repaired. I waited for the vehicle. The repair was done in less than an hour. Price was reasonable. If you are a woman in need of help you're better off stranded on the side of the road. Not only were they talking to me like I was inconveniencing them by even walking through the door. They confused and talked down to the poor lady that was next to me basically trying to scare her into buying 4 tires she couldn't afford all because she had a nail in one. I chimed in trying to comfort her and they attempted to use scare tactics to scare her even more. I would not trust these "men" with an RC car. Bad business and poor excuses of men. read more

My husband thought he would do me a favor when he took my car here to replace my breaks and changed my tires...my car has never been the same. I noticed the loud squeek right away....just by driving it, my car squeaks SO loud everyone can hear me come home. We took it back twice.....no change what so ever. I wish I could have my old worn tires or breaks back....whatever this noise is makes me want to sell my car. i went in for them to check one of my tires because it was losing air. i was told there was a two hour wait, no biggie, i left and came back when they called. i was told they removed my tire and looked at the whole thing and didn't find anything. not even the next day i lost all the air they put in that tire, i take it to tire choice on 70 by that goodwill off 75 and they find a nail and patch it in less than an hour. i don't care that they wasted my time, i cant believe the obvious negligence here! my tire had a nail that was easily identifiable by someone else, and this tire kingdom couldn't find it or just let me leave with it. read more

I had some very specific tires that were difficult for them to get. The guys are went above and beyond to make sure that they took care of me. Being new to the area you are always wary when finding new car guys that you trust, but these guys are awesome. Jordan the owner is top notch and that trickles down to his staff. I found a metal object stuck in my tire and brought it in without calling ahead. The counter guy came out to look at it immediately and had me drive my truck to one of their bays. After which 2 of the other workers came and evaluated it with their sprayer bottles and tools... Luckily they were able to remove it without any problems, but I was so impressed with their responsiveness and courteous care. I will definitely be bringing my business to these guys! read more

I scheduled an oil change for the other day and when I came in they were very nice. But when they looked at my car the guy said that I needed three new tires and I asked how bad is it and the guy said very bad. And since they were supposedly very bad he refused to rotate my tires. So I asked for an estimate on how much tires would be and he told me since they just opened that he would give me a deal because they need sales. Well come to find out I didn't need new tires at all and he was just trying to up his sales and refused to do a tire rotation because of it. I'm very disappointed with this location because at any other location they never try to up sell me and sell me things I don't actually need. I will not go back to this location because of it. And I suggest you don't either unless you want to be told the wrong thing. read more
