They "diagnosed" that someone left a flashlight under my hood, removed it and charged me the 200. They can make it right by issuing a credit for that amount and I will update this review as a satisfied customer. Well, Ron called me about 10 minutes after I left the review. I call that responsive! He offered me the credit, and so I am changing the review to five stars because I do trust their services and would not want to lose them as my mechanics!
