Good location and good waiting area. The attendant was very cordial and attentive. However my problem is with the back shop. I went there to get an oil change and a wheel alignment. When I picked up the car the passenger door was covered with grease in the door handle and in other areas. My pass anger seat and compartment had grease as well. The nut that issue to remove the nuts of the wheals was in the floor not in the compartment. Moreover after riding the car it was still not aligned. I came back to address these issues but they were barely covered. The car still not aligned properly. read more

Brought my car in for a schedule appointment. I had a nail stuck in my tire that was unrepairable. I agreed to have the tire replaced. I asked if they had the tire available and was told yes. Once the new tire was put on I checked to make sure everything was good. Well it was not. They put on a different tire. When questioned I was told they didn't have it in stock so decided to put on a different one. I then asked if they could get it from another store. The person called a nearby store and said they would send it over. After about 1 hour I asked what was going on. They called to check and said it would be 20 min. After 40 min I checked again. This time I was told the other store didn't have it in stock. I expressed my displeasure and asked to speak with the manager. The manager never came out. The person at the front gave me $8.00 off. What a joke! After 4 hours we finally left. The lack of communication and compassion was astounding. I would not recommend this place. read more

I purchased 4 new tires with the full service package that included lifetime rotation and balancing. It added to the cost of the tires but thought it was a good deal. Jump forward in time, I bring the car in for rotation of tires. The guy at the counter was unhappy that I didn't have an appointment and he told to make an appointment and come back. When I came back several hours later he kept saying "only the rotation nothing else?". I felt really pressured and intimidated by asking him to live up to our agreement that I paid for in advance, namely tire care and service as needed. When they finished my vehicle the guy wouldn't give me a receipt. No charge, no receipt. My neighbor checked my air pressure when I got home because I was worried. 3 of my tires read 33 pounds and the 4th tire was 35 pounds. The tires should have 32 in every tire. I'm concerned and will never return to this store. Be careful. Tire Kingdom has cared for my vehicles for many years. This location should have a warning sign out front. read more

In general happy with the service here. Have been here 4 different times and no real issues. Have tried their services from getting a flat tire fixed (no charge even though the tire was not from them) to oil changes to new tires. Highly recommend that you make an appointment on line before showing up to avoid a wait of several hours. They have always gotten me in promptly if I have an appointment. Only item that deducted a star is that after an oil change they did not reset the maintenance light. Easy enough to do when I got home but it should be standard procedure. read more

Salvaged an extra star as Chris gave us ~$400 off the final bill when we expressed our frustation. Our experience mirrors other negative reviews. We first brought the car in for an oil leak, but were told it needed a new battery and handbrake - that was $500. They also gave us a quote back for $2,200 for host of other leaks: oil, ac compressor, ps line and 10 hours of labor. The day after we got the car back, the car put itself into 'safe mode' and wouldn't go above ~40mph. This was not present before we took the car in to Tire Kingdom. We took it back and after 3+ days, they told us it was a chip in the computer causing the problem and it would need to go to the dealer. We agreed and the cost was another ~$900 and we were told 'If you bring it back again, they'll be no further charge'. When we got the car back again, we noticed the car could no longer shift up gears smoothly - the car would shudder. Again, we took the car back and our guy Chris said he would look into it and called the next day to say it would need to go to a transmission specialist, asking us if we wanted to do it or he could do it for us. We agreed he could do it and we were still (incorrectly) under the assumption there was no further cost. When we got the car back today, it seemed fine and working but they wanted another $1,400, which they said 'the dealership charged them'. We protested and Chris came from home to deal with the issue. He disagreed on whether he'd said they'd be no further charge but did agree to reduce the cost to $1,000. He seems like a good guy but I hope we never have to go back. Let me tell you, I had a horrible experience at my local Tire Kingdom Im Sunrise, FL. And found myself in Orlando 2 days later while on vacation and walked into this location to address the issues my local Tire kingdom were not addressing properly. Let me tell you, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the manager Jason, I told him that my truck was at my local TK twice within the last week to have my tires balanced and to have the truck aligned and also told him that my car was vibrating like a drum and still pulling to the right. he immediately apologized for my previous experience at my local TK. He assured me that he would personally see to it that my vehicle was taken care of. HE STOOD BY HIS WORD. I stood outside while the service tech by the name of the "WIZARD" dismounted every single tire and balanced each and everyone of them...( NONE OF THEM WERE IN BALANCE). He had to add weights to all four tires. Next he switched bays and started working on the alignment. This guys was working on my alignment for over an hour because per the printout the rear was completely out of alignment and explained that the rear axle was never touched. I Can not thank Jason and the "Wizard" enough for getting me taken care of! I had a special tire (only needed 1 tire) delivered here from Tire Rack (ordered on Thursday). I live far away so I tried to make an appointment in advance to get it mounted (15-20 minutes MAX of work). They would not let me schedule an appointment in advance. Said I needed to wait until the tire arrives. I called them when the tire arrived at their shop (Monday) they say "we can't do it because we are all booked up". I hitched a ride there and pleaded with him to please help, that I'm in a bind because I live so far away, and asked him again to please help. Nope. Grabbed the tire. Went to the Firestone a block away and those guys did it and were as nice as can be. From now on Firestone it is! read more

These guys were great! We called them because our tire was flat when we woke one morning on vacation. They were close to us so we took the chance that they would do a good job. They were able to get us in and within 90 minutes has removed the nail, patched the tire and had us out the door. The icing on the cake? No charge! I tried to pay the man, but he insisted that if we were ever back in town and needed something that we would call them. Can't say anything but good things about this shop!!! read more

Make sure you verify the work you pay for is done. I had an oil change and tire rotation requested and the the tire rotation was never done. I have an external tire pressure monitoring system on the valve stems that requires a special tool to remove. If the tires were rotated I would need to move each monitors to a different tire. The tires were in the same position. When I went back to have the tires rotated again I told the man at the counter the tires were not rotated with the oil change. He didn't question me how I knew they weren't rotated he just said ok. Hopefully they used full synthetic oil that i paid for but I won't be able to tell. Will not return to this location. read more

This place is excellent! The honesty and integrity of Mr. Chris Kielbasa and his staff is to be commended. We came to the shop with a shimmy of the steering wheel issue with our Nissan Armada. They not only took their time to identify the issue but corrected it. My dad is a mechanic in Connecticut but knowing that this place exist and is reputable I will not go anywhere else. I had just purchased a car and hadn't even been driving it for a month when my rear tire literally blew up. I want to thank Tire Kingdom for being amazing and going above and beyond and making a horrible situation right. After being in a car wreck with my previous car and then the tire blowing up I was scared to drive. I am now confident driving as they have remedied all the problems. On an unrelated side note the day I was in the shop was the three year anniversary of my mother's passing. I was a mess from that along with the wrecks and the kindness shown to me will never be forgotten. I will be paying it forward, and thank you all for being "real people". I've been here a few times over the past couple years. A twice for an oil change and once for tires. Word of warning, do not go here when they are having a "sale" on tires. It took over four hours to get my tires and they could not do the premium alignment because of what we later found out was a mistake on their part. I highly recommend this place! I've been here 2x. The first time I got 2 new tires for my car. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The second time was because I had a nail go through my tire (one that I had bought months prior) and needed a new tire. I learned the hard way that making sure you buy a "road hazard" warranty is very important. I didn't purchase it the first time but this time I made sure to add it to the tire purchase. Thank you so much to Chris who patched a tire for us Sunday morning at 9 a.m. We are vacationing in the area and have a rental vehicle with a slow leak due to a nail we found in the tire. We didn't want to go back to the airport to exchange the car and decided to get it patched. While we had breakfast next door at McDonald's, Chris had the car in and the tire patched before we finished our coffee. When we returned to get the car, he wished us a happy vacation and sent us on our way, without charge. The absolute worst place ever. Took my car in for an appt. to be aligned. Even 10 minutes early. After confronting them why 40 minutes later my car was still not in the shop bay. It went in about 5 minutes later and was finished in 15 minutes. I paid and left, my car is no better than when I went in if anything it is worse. 5 1/2 hours later my husband is still there trying to get it fixed. On Saturday he went in to purchase 2 tires for it and they of course was out and had to send him to Kissimmee now this. I just moved to Florida and needed a tire patched. Went to Firestone and paid $40. Next time I came to tire kingdom, these guys were awesome. Real guys who take time s get to know their clients. Didn't even charge to patch my tire. I got my Oil changed then brought my husbands car and had his oil done too. These guys have never pressured us for more service. We later bought tires and got a great price. This week I had an emergency and they stayed late and helped us out. Give them a try you won't regret it! read more

This place came highly recommended by the guy who responded from roadside assistance. I expected quality service and did not receive anything close. First, I was told that someone would call me in an hr to let me know what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. After 2 and a half hours I called them back, only to be continuously hung up on. So, I drove back over there. I arrived and the tire was "fixed", the guy offered to bring it out to me "but it's heavy". I said wait...so you all aren't going to but it back on the car? "Oh, no one mentioned that we had to put it on the car". So, what else am I going to do with it. "Oh we could put it on but we don't have time". Ok....put the tire in my trunk. I called roadside assistance to put my tire on......what do you know...the tire hasn't been balanced AND it's a front tire! I called ahead to get a flat tire repair, and was able to go right in. Once inside the door, I found everyone respecting safe distance during the pandemic, and the floor was even mapped with tape so customers could figure out where to go. The service manager (Mr. Wally? I know I didn't get his name right), but he was very courteous and told me I would get a discount because my tires didn't have sensors ($33 to $19). When I called the next day, it was ready and I could go right in. The terrible part of this story is that there was a guy who was angry because his service was late, and he was going to write a bad review. He even asked for a break on the price (he was getting all new tires). With the whole Covid-19 thing, I think he should of been more understanding, they are understaffed. The amazing part of the story is that when it was my turn, Michael told me it was ready, he was friendly and kind, told me to pull right around. I held up my credit card and he waved it away. I'm not sure if he thought I had already paid, but like I said, there was a storm brewing in the front customer area, so I think maybe he was helping me avoid that. I was so surprised! He and Brian got the tire on in just a couple minutes, they were so fast. I told him I was going to write them a good review, but I could tell he wasn't in it for that. RUN AWAY SCREAMING FROM THIS PLACE !!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the tires were so dangerous they cant even rotate them. I need all new tires immediately . I shouldn't even try to drive home because I might not make it. Yes I happen to be a blond woman and showed up by myself , but I told them I am getting a second opinion and left. I did get a couple more professional opinions . My tires are in EXCELLENT condition. I should get 3 more years out of them. Tire Kingdom was just trying to scare me out of my money. I marked tires to see if they were rotated and the were not. Paid for a resurface of rotors and new brakes. Pads were not replaced. Not even sure if the resurface was done. When I went back the mechanic said he never did it after manager telling me they did. The mechanics clearly are not happy here. Management admits to making a percentage of the total cost of customer repairs in their pockets. Having to lie constantly to customers. Save yourself the aggravation. Do not come here. The name tire kingdom is a well known brand. But it's all a billion dollar scam. Check other reviews as well. Including tire kingdom googled customer service. And no corporate return of calls as well. Just overall over this company is a scam unprofessional business. With a very high turnover of mechanics and management for that reason. read more

Our tire was delivered from Tire Rack on a Thursday, so my wife called to make an appointment for Friday. They told her to come in anytime during the morning, they didn't specify a time. She shows up and the nice gentlemen we worked with before, Chris Korseniowski, is on vacation. They said it would be and hour and a half to 2 hours to have it installed. When asked why it would take so long, the guy told her that mornings were really busy. She asked why she wasn't told this when she called in before, no response. The guy just says that we should have come in Thursday as it was much slower. She informed him that we didn't see delivery notification from Tire Rack until later in the day on Thursday. The guy told her it actually came in Thursday morning. Wasn't sure if we were supposed to read minds or what, but they didn't call to tell us it was in. Overall not a great experience this time, so we won't go back. I'm just grateful for the good experience we had that day we got the flat near them.
