Honest tire shop. One of my rear tires was significantly worn compared to the other so I thought I needed an alignment. I always go to Discount Tire and some shops recently started doing alignments. This shop has an alignment station that is built into the floor so it could accommodate my car. I ordered a full set of tires and scheduled an appointment for Saturday thinking it would take over an hour so my husband picked me up. i made an appointment to get my tires changed and oil change. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to actually take my car in. they literally over charged the shit out of me. for two new tires and an oil change they charged me $885. for that price I could have gotten all four tires changed with a tip included. i will never go to this location in my life or any other pep boys to begin with. they are unreasonably expensive and take advantage of women going alone to up charge you even more than they already do. scum bags read more

I drove to the location in Kissimmee, Florida and found its location very inconvenient. The entrance made me feel like was coming to the back entrance and when I got to the front the parking lot and spaces were very tight. I was not able to get a rotation as I would have been there over 3 hours.
