This shop has horrible malpractice, and I will not be coming back cause now i have to pay more money to get my new problems fixed following their work. While traveling from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale, my friend and I hit an unexpected bump -- literally. A nail got stuck in her tire in the Walmart parking lot, and we quickly realized we weren't going anywhere without help. She's 7 1/2 months pregnant, and getting back on the road safely and quickly was our top priority. We called and visited multiple tire shops, including Walmart Tire Center, where we were basically dismissed with no sense of urgency or care. Frustrated and anxious, we finally walked into Tire Kingdom, and from the moment we arrived, everything changed. Caleb at the front desk welcomed us with empathy and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of -- bending over backwards to help us. Within an hour, the tire was fixed and we were back on the road, safe and grateful. The entire staff at this location was kind, efficient, and professional. But Caleb especially deserves a huge shoutout -- his customer service was exceptional, and turned what could have been an even more stressful day into a moment of relief. we are so grateful for his help during such a stressful moment. I had a great experience here and I was super skeptical just because I hate going to mechanics lol. I mean who does? Nobody wants to shell out more than they have to. :P Alright, so I got a great deal with 4 new tires and TPMS and I ended up going here because the staff is super nice and down to earth with you. I did feel the one on one attention. I would like to give a shout out to Mikayla (I think that is her name. She was the only woman and her name starts with an M) for being awesome, nice, carasmatic and attentive. She made the experience worth while. The waiting room is the best part because not only was it super cold lol they provided coffee and a TV. You also have a bar style waiting area with a view of your vehicle getting serviced with outlets!! That way you can wait for your vehicle without getting bored by staying on your phone. So why not 5 stars? It does take awhile for you to get some help as you walk in BUT that is only because they were busy and once they are with a customer, they make you feel like you are the only one so please bare patience. This one is the reason why the 4 stars, after waiting roughly almost 4 hours for my car, I drove off and half way home I noticed my alignment was not done correctly. :( I went to another tire kingdom to get it corrected and they advised it was not done properly. Service was horrible. Had to come back numerous times to get one thing fixed. They kept telling me it was something else that I need fixed and I told him it was the rotor that's the problem but they were telling me that it was a tie rod and other things that was making the steering shake. Came in for 4 new tires. 1. Guy came out and said my brakes are 80% gone. 2. Guy said my suspension was bad and needed to be replaced right away way. Took my car to the shop that did the brakes. They said brakes are good. Less than 20% used. Big difference. And the suspension is in great sharp shape Last set of tires they did not change the valve stems. Took some arguing but finally got them done. This time painted them red to make sure they were done. read more

After having two very long waits at a different location in the past, I enjoyed a surprizing wonderful experience at the Claremont Florida Tire Kingdom on highway 27! I stopped in because of a leak in a tire. The young man at the desk told me it would be 2-3 hours before they were able to get to my car. He suggested I make an appointment for 3:00 that afternoon, which I did. I arrived at 3:00 and at 3:35 I was back on the road! A job well done! I had a great experience after I ended up getting a flat tire. I called ahead of time to see how busy they were and I was told that they probably wouldn't be able to get me that day, but I could drop off my car. I came by, ordered the necessary tire, and left. They were really trying to get it done that day, but they didn't have the tire and the nearby locations didn't have it either. They were able to complete it by the next day, gave me a call and I came back to pick it up. read more

Extremely unreliable, I had to get one my back tires replaced because of some damage, and in the process they took off my front tire and tried to lie to me that my brake pads were worn even though I had them replaced only a few months ago and to top it all off they lost one of the locknuts for my front tire. If you value your car, do not go here. read more

Before arriving, had issues with Caleb at this location over the phone so I contacted customer service and was directed to ask for the manager Fernando upon arrival... just to find out Fernando seemed to have no customer service training so how could I expect Caleb to have decent customer service? I came in to make an appointment to check the car but with the ongoing passive attitude I received from this business in general, I plead for my money back on a service I was genuinely unsatisfied with, nor did I feel like was done correctly but he refused, of course. Lost future business from me. Just to be clear, I paid for an alignment and wheel balancing at this location and two new tires, 2 weeks later I take my car to a certified Honda dealership and did an inspection on the car, immediate action was required for both an alignment and wheel balancing... don't waste your time, energy or money like I did! read more

Today 02/27/2019 being 11:30 am I arrived at this place with an emergency - I had emptied tire from my car and it was far away from home - the person who attended me told me that he could only help me if he came the next day - and that all the other places around where they repaired were just as busy like them - he did not understand it was an emergency - or did not care - they rejected me from the store literally - down you can see how the store look in the picture what I did was that I went to the firestone that is next door - these guys from firestone tires having a lot costumer with them and work to do They accepted to help me - they took out the bad tire - they put the spare tire on and they told me that they would call me at 2:00 pm. - they help me with the emergency I have to say thanks to the firestone guys and not to the tire Kingdom This is the way to differentiate a bad costumer service and a good costumer service and it is what gives us an idea of ​​where we should go in the future when the same emergency arises - I hope this will work for others who have the same problem read more

I wanted to post this sooner as my experience here was over a month ago as of this posting, but time got in the way. Still, better now than never. I had personally never been to this Tire Kingdom before even though I lived minutes away. However, my parents and my girlfriend have had great experiences here with no issues when dealing with buying new tires as well as losing air from tires with the employees here figuring out the issue. That was the reason I had to go. One of my tires was losing approximately 2 - 5 PSI per day, and I was unable to find any obvious reasons. This review is during the COVID-19 pandemic, so will be covering that as well. I also want to say that I have read many of the reviews here, both positive and negative, and I do fully believe the people that posted the negative ones. I have no reason to doubt the issues that they raise, but I want to say that I did not experience what is described. I got there around 8:40am for a 9:30am appointment hoping for them to get me in a little early as I had to work that evening. Sadly, that did not happen, and my car did not go back until 10:00am. However, I do not mind that as I am old enough to have been dealing with car issues long enough to know that an appointment time at any type of place like this is always, at best, a "guess." The person working the front counter (I forgot her name) was outstanding - polite, funny, and knew what she was talking about. As said above, this was during the pandemic, and she as well as every single employee that walked into the store itself had a mask on as did, quite literally, all of the customers there. This is hugely appreciated as I respect those that do not want to wear masks, but I cannot stand it when a business has mask signs on the front door, says they are required, and then the staff and/or customers do not wear them. So, given the fact that at least at this Tire Kingdom they said masks were required, I respected them even more for actually wearing them and enforcing it on visitors. Again, had it not said masks were required, I would have been okay with that, too, but the fact is they were "required," and it was adhered to. While I waited for my car to go in back, and while it was back there, countless people came and left, and the girl at the front did not skip a beat. If I had to bring up any negatives it would be she was without a doubt clearly overworked and needed assistance. She was one person talking to everyone coming in, updating them, answering the phones, moving cars from the front to the bays, and going in the back over and over. I know times are tough with money, but I felt awful for her, and you could see it in her eyes that she needed help. Still, she never complained and got the job done. Near the end, another person did come out to work with her, but he showed up hours later. My car was taken back, and it was back there for a bit, maybe an hour, and then they pulled out back out front. I was called up, and I was asked to sign the paperwork charging me absolutely nothing. I asked what the issue was, and he said it was an extremely difficult to find nail that was embedded. It was removed and patched, and it was free. I had fully expected to pay whatever they asked, and I would have done so gladly. Still, it was a courtesy patch, and that alone is amazing. I know other places do that, but many do not. I know this is a lengthy review, but I did want to ensure that I posted my experience as my loved ones have had good experiences at this location, and now I have, too. Again, everyone there was polite and courteous to me, and all of their interactions with others were, too. Did I get in right on time and out quickly? No, I did not, but that does not lower this review, but I know many have posted negative reviews due to simply being 30 minutes or more past their appointment time, but that happens almost anywhere. I am certain that the employees would much rather have all vehicles done at their appointment times, but, like a doctor's office, thins do get delayed and backed up. So, in the end, awesome staff, great job at finding the issue and fixing it, and I will absolutely be going back in the future not only for any other tire repairs but, most likely, to give them my business when it does come time to get four new tires. I made an appointment with this facility to check two tires leaking air. The tires were purchased through Tire Rack, mounted by Tire Kingdom, and have a two-year road hazard warranty. Chris looked up my information on their system and confirmed that Tire Kingdom had mounted the tires. Still, he surprisingly refused to honour the road hazard by first telling me there is no road hazard for tires purchased online, stating it would be $48 to check the tires for any needed repairs, and any repairs would be an additional cost. I said no, that the tires have road hazard coverage; that was one of the reasons I had purchased them. I provided him with the information that proved I was correct. I bought the tires one year ago (almost to the day), and the car has been driven approximately three thousand miles since then. The terms of road hazard coverage very much cover needed repairs. He refused to honour the coverage by first attempting to tell me that it had been a year since the purchase. Again, I pointed out that the coverage is for two years after the purchase. He then changed his narrative and stated that road hazard protection does not cover tires that are merely leaking, only if the tires go flat from something like a nail or screw. I responded that the only way to know the cause of the leak was by checking the tires! He said that he would have to charge $48 to do that! I then asked if he was refusing to honour the road hazard coverage. He again repeated the ludicrous statement that my road hazard does not cover leaking tires and that he would charge $48 to check them for any repairs at an additional cost! I asked for his supervisor. He then informed me that he was the store manager. He continued to be rude in tone and behaviour, stating that I could either pay for the inspection of the tires or go elsewhere. I am uncertain if Chris is a special needs person or just so thoroughly inept that he thinks he can lie to customers to defraud them. Either way, I will share my experience any time the opportunity arises. As of today, I have contacted Tire Kingdom's corporate offices and informed them about the incident, and I also discussed the matter with Tire Rack's executive office. They stated that my complaint about Tire Kingdom does not appear to be isolated and is a growing concern. Tire Rack will be addressing it and will follow up with me afterwards. In the meantime, Tire Rack has arranged for me to visit a different tire company that will honour their road hazard coverage. read more

The Worst Experience and Service I have ever encountered. I went in to get my Interstate battery replaced because it was no good and still under warranty. They had no record in their computer of my purchase and laughed at me saying I never bought a battery there. I went out to my car and got the receipt with their address and wiped the nasty smile off of the service managers face proving him completely wrong. They confirmed the battery was dead but insisted there must be something wrong with my cars electrical systems since this was the second one to go bad within the warranty period. They said they would not replace my battery unless I went to an electrical specialist and fixed the issue that they could not identify. The electrical specialist confirmed that there was absolutely no electrical problem. I brought the receipt in and showed them the diagnosis and the General manager still insisted there must be an electrical problem , and they begrudgingly agreed to replace the warrantied battery saying they were doing me a favor. I had called the day before and told the service manager I would be in the next day at 8:45 to get my battery swapped out and wanted to make an appointment so I wouldn't miss any more work, but he said the system was down but come in anyway. I showed up on time and was told I would have to wait at least an hour for them to swap out my battery. I mentioned to the service manager that I had called him the day before to be sure this wouldn't happen. He said he didn't make an appointment for me because the system was down. So I sit down and call my boss to relay what is going on. I guess some of the Customers could hear me speaking to my boss and the service manager came over and said he didn't like my attitude, then the general manager comes over and proceeds to Scream at me in front of a lobby full of customers. Really? How unbelievably unprofessional. After all was said and done I wound up paying over $100 between the diagnostic fee and the service fee to get my fully warrantied battery replaced. What an absolute Joke! I will never again do business in this store while the service manager and general manager are at the helm. They both need a lesson on how to treat customers. read more

If you have comparison shopped tires, and they are cheapest, go ahead and visit them. For any other purchase or service, go elsewhere. My wife visited them, twice for a simply oil change on her sub-compact car. They tried t sell her all sorts of parts and services which SHE DID NOT NEED. Having managed a vehicle assembly plant, I knew the condition of her car, and did not think ANY of the recommended repairs were needed. After she visited this location, we took her car to the dealer for a second opinion. Dealers are famous for up-selling, but they said none of the items listed by this repair shop were needed. read more

I came to this particular Tire Kingdom store to have them check on an odor coming through the cabin air system in my brand new Chevy Cruze (my concern did not seem like a warrantable item to me, as I thought it was a dead animal somewhere in the engine compartment or HVAC system). After paying over $100 for an inspection I was told it was mold on the cabin air filter and was quoted $275 to replace the part and treat the system to prevent reoccurence. (they did say they would deduct the $100+ I had already paid from the final bill) WOW I thought, I now decided to check with the original selling dealer to see if the cabin air filter was covered since my car was only 4 mos. old. First of all to complete the same service as I was quoted from Tire Kingdom I was provided are repair cost of $75 from the original selling dealer. WOW a $200 difference! Next I did take the car to the original selling dealer and to my dismay was told no, you do not need a cabin air filter replacement yours is fine. Additionally, I asked the dealer that sold me the car about the treatment that the manager at Tire Kingdom mentioned which would prevent the reoccurence and was told they were unaware of such a treatment. Whatever, was causing the odor is gone without changing the cabin air filter. I will never ever go back to Tire Kingdom for any service based on this experience. read more

I am not someone that ever writes reviews but felt that I had to, based on my experience a few months back. I had a special coverage placed on my car where the emission valve oil cover was broken and needed to be replaced. I called ahead of time and asked for a quote. The piece was looked up and I was quoted $225 for both the piece and the service required. After the job was done, I was given the bill. I was deeply upset that my bill ended up being $380 in the end. Which if it was going to cost that much, I would rather have been told from the beginning so I could budget for that amount. I don't make nearly as much money since COVID. That would have been nice to know, instead of having a large chunk of my savings taken out. I would have been okay with things if it wasn't for the fact that the job wasn't done well. I still heard my engine make a high pitch squeal and stall when idle at times. But it wasn't as noticeable. Because the job wasn't done well, I discovered oil was leaking out of my engine from where the emission valve oil cover was placed. I was driving on empty without even realizing it because I put my faith and trust in the wrong company. I took it in to a different auto repair shop. They took out all of my parts to clean it, since the belt also got wet from the oil leaking onto it. They also put in a dye to spot where the leak was coming from. It was discovered it was coming from the valve emission oil cover. They also mentioned to me that whoever did the job in the first place (Tire Kingdom) did a really bad job and it needed to get redone. This second place quoted me $225 and that's what I actually ended up paying. I mentioned that I ended up paying $380 at Tire Kingdom after being quoted $225. The second auto repair shop told me that it sounds like there is some shady practices happening at Tire Kingdom. So BEWARE of taking your car into Tire Kingdom. And don't get fooled like I did. read more

I was quote three different prices for a tire installation NONE of which matched or was NEAR the price quoted to me by the website when my appointment was made. We had an amazing experience here. We got a big nail stuck in one of our tires two days before Christmas. We made an appointment and came in the next day (Christmas Eve) for a tire repair, and we were blown away by this location! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and they fixed our tire and within 30 minutes. They ended up not charging us for the repair, and told us it was a Christmas gift. Very disappointed in my experience this is my first time ever going to any tire kingdom in general. Made an appointment online for 2 o'clock to have an oil change pulled up to the location at 1:30 and in my keys . Around 3:50 they finally took my car back . WHATS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT.............. Receive the oil change the gentleman Cody came up to me and said bad news do you have two bald tires and two separating . I asked him was that the same ones that the gentleman took off my car and used a "grinder " on the inside of the tire . He said no the guy was working on two cars at once " ‍‍" really ...... I informed him I was sitting at the room with the glass window watching them work and seen from the time my car was put in to the time it left . He only was at my car ‍‍‍‍ so He gives me an estimate of $588 for 4 new tires . This is absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional for you cause your customers way more money than whatever needed to be done. I'm not one to leave review. Especially a bad one but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop. I was told they would get me straight in to change my 4 tires so I got there at 10am as they said to after giving them a hour heads up to make sure they were ready and had the appropriate time to get my tires to the garage. After sitting for nearly 1 hour my tires finally arrived. Then I sat there for another additional hour waiting still no body had touch my tires or even gotten me in the garage. I am finally about to leave the garage after three hours and 20 minutes Waiting here. I will never come back to this chain ever in my life... read more

My family and I traveled 1200 miles to be with terminally ill family member. Our van started to sputter and a coil needed to be replaced. After calling numerous places and being turned away I realized Tire Kingdom was way more than a tire shop. I called and spoke with Mike who said bring the vehicle right down.
