I am very upset with this location. I came here to get work fixed on my car because no one could figure out what was going on with my vehicle. They over charged me for things that weren't a priority. They also charged me a certain amount and when I went back to grab the receipt the amount was changed to less. I paid some cash so whoever was in charge of the money took cash and lowered the bill. So when I came back the bill was 600 less than I was told. They still have yet to give me the rest of the money. They said because of no proof that it's hard to tell. Even though I'm sure the camera and audio say more than they are willing to admit. They are a big company and the fact they can't reimburse me a couple hundred is baffling. I will not be using there services again. They take advantage of you especially if you don't know what you're doing. So make sure you get multiple quotes and don't just give your money away until the problem is diagnosed. As well as never give cash. Also gave me a work order and not an actual receipt so there was no proof of the cash tender so they could easily lower the bill. Pathetic. read more

I stopped by leaving the beach because my tps light came on.I wasn't greeted when I walked up, I waited to be acknowledged standing in front of the associate.After 5 minutes I said "Hi, How are you I needed to get my tire checked my sensor is on." He said to pull up to one of the doors and someone would help me.I stayed out there for 20 mins no one assisted me including the one who told me where to go. read more

Kyle is great And should definitely be promoted to manager. I was here five minutes and he impressed me more than the other two shops that I have been to. Greg the shop manager did a quick inspection and found I needed new back brakes which the other two shops I went to didn't mention that at all. I'm getting ready to go on 1000 mile trip so it was good that he caught that I wouldn't want any accidents going on while I'm driving. I've been here 45 minutes and they've already did the inspection, change the brakes and now getting ready to do an alignment. The worst experience ever!!! Don't waste your time or $$$, my car needed an alignment & they said it needed struts & shocks!!! They did the alignment twice & it still wasn't right!! TOTALLY DISHONEST! Stay away! The manger of this store told me that I needed $1800 dollars worth of struts, shocks and tires when I only brought my car in for an alignment. My car only has 60K miles on it! I took my car to my regular trusted mechanic and was told that NO WORK WAS NEEDED and EVERYTHING IS FINE! I had a feeling that i was being scammed and I am glad I trusted my gut. The manager of this store BLEW UP MY PHONE with three different calls to get me to bring in my car because he was sure that he had a naive and gullible woman who didn't know any better. I came in to get an oil change before a big road trip I am about to take and Brandon Luna was absolutely incredible! He gets by far a 5 star. I was informed I needed to get 2 new tires, new brakes and new rotors in the front. Come Wednesday, I go in for my apt and Eric the store manager was there. He was nothing but rude and was ready to get me out of there and over charge for just brake pads because I ended up not needing the rotors (they were charging $184.99 for just brake pads in the front!! Let that sink in). If you call in and Brandon is there, I highly recommend you going in for whatever you need to get fixed. If not, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

First day in town and lucky us - nail in the tire! My husband called and they were able to see us right away. The staff, Brandon in particular, was extremely friendly and very personable. The tire fix was quick and efficient. If we ever have a problem in the future (fingers crossed we don't), we'll absolutely be back. I made my appointment online and also called to verify the time after I scheduled. Upon arrival the next day I found the shop area filthy, which in retrospect should have clued me in to further organizational troubles. On check-in I was notified, with a huff and eye roll from the proprietor, that I should not have been able to make an appointment online because the time for which I had scheduled was double booked. Just had a great experience at Tire Kingdom! Came in at 7:15 on a Friday panicking over a leaking tire just before a trip down to Orlando. The guys there found the teeny tiny nail in my tire within 5 minutes, told me it would be no problem to patch, fixed the leak within 10 minutes, and wished me farewell, telling me there was no charge. I went in today for an oil change and the best experience. 1- Dillon was super friendly both on the phone and in person. 2- Speedy service 3- Price for full synthetic was cheaper than the blend I get charged for at Jiffy Lube 4- I knew I was needing new tires and Dillon was the most knowledgable tire guy I've come across in a long time. He knew what was new and well reviewed for my car. Since I like to research, I checked several tire review sites and they definitely are the best in the category. They also have the best price; even compared to online. 5- They weren't pushy for a sale and showed me exactly how the pricing and charges work with road hazard coverage. I took my SUV into Tire Kingdom to have a power steering leak fixed, and at the tune of 950.00, they replaced the steering box said it was leaking. Two weeks later no steering, took it back in and they had it 2 days, said they changed out the steering box again, 2 weeks later same thing and this time was hard to turn and leaking after another two weeks. Tire Kingdom refused to refund my money as I had to go to another shop, and after another 500.00 paid to another shop they said the steering pump was leaking and need to be replaced but the power steering box felt like it was going. So I called the I-800 number for tire Kingdom and reached their parent company, now for 2 months A guy named Michael Goderwis has given me the run around saying they sent the check for 883.39 but opps sorry we mailed it to the wrong address, and for the last month I have talked to 4 people from TCB incorporated that have had completely different stories. I live 2 hours away from their suppossed office in West Palm Beach, and now after 2 months they are saying I should get a check in the middle of October of 2020, Really, just more games. I think I will take all the emails and reciets from both garages and file in court, please do not use this company and if you do never pay with cash, because if your bank can not get involved be prepared to go to court, as I will file on Monday. read more

I've been here twice...today and 3 years ago. Both times they quoted me for extra services they recommend. 3 years ago they said I needed new struts, etc when in reality I needed new tires. Today they told me I needed $1900 worth of services. Who would spend almost $2k on a 7 yr old car is beyond me. I'm giving them 2 stars because they were polite and it was cheap for an oil change and tire rotation but I recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they try to over sell you read more

Had a leaking tire and stopped in at Tire Kingdom. They said they could take the car but probably not for an hour (they had a number of cars being serviced so this made sense.) which was fine with us. Left my car and they called very shortly thereafter to say they had removed a screw from my tire and they were able to plug it. They recommended new tires but did not push that as we are getting rid of the car shortly. Very good service and not too expensive. read more

HORRIFIC SERVICE. Don't expect any type of quality customer service from this place. I called about getting an estimate for a new truck tire for my F150. The woman I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally rude. I tried to drop the tire off at the shop but they said their computer system was down and they could not take the tire without a work order. I asked her about just hand-writing a work order, so I could pick it up tomorrow and she said they couldn't do it. They told me I should have made an appointment. I was given a same day appointment, told about a $20 current offer, explained the pros & cons of upgrading this services -void of any pressures.
