This place has really gone downhill. The only positive I can say is that the mechanics themselves have never done anything wrong to my car. But the organization is awful. The last two times I've called to make an appointment, I showed up only to be told I didn't have one in the system after I gave all my details a week in advance. On top of that, my mom went in recently for a tire replacement because of a nail, and they replaced the WRONG tire! She had to go back two days later just to get the right one fixed. Spent $1350 on 4 tires for my wife's bmw. One blew with less than 7000 miles on the tire. They told me it's discontinued and they can't help me acquire it but we're happy to quote me on different tires. One look on Amazon showed the tire readily available. Not angry, just taking my business elsewhere. Avoid place at all costs. Just got a $60 used tire so that I can get my wife's car home (her model doesn't come with spare). Ordering tire I need no help from or thanks to Goodyear. Sad state of affairs the way people do business these days. read more

My car started having problems on Interstate 95 and i.pulled off the highway and saw this Goodyear. I pulled in and they immediately got my car in. We put a new battery in and upon further testing, it turned out that the problem was the alternator. I had to stay in a hotel overnight, but the important thing is they have the car done for me by the next afternoon. I think it Bears mentioning that this place was very busy and yet they understood that I was hours away from home and could not wait to accommodate their schedule, so they accommodated mine. Everyone on the team was incredible. They made me feel welcome and again, they understood my plight. One of the problems when working with the public is that we forget that we are dealing with people who are coming to us for a reason. I understand that the public is not always nice to the workers, but I would hope that more people are nice then people are nasty. The staff at this Goodyear I believe understands what people are going through I went well out of their way to get me on my way. read more

Initially was pleased after having all 4 tires replaced on my 2019 Ranger. After looking at my rims the following day I noticed gouges in 2 of my rims. I was asked to bring my truck in for inspection. It was looked at, photos taken and was told there was no way the tire machine could make the damage and that it could only happen if they were dropped. I was told someone would call me and no one did. So they damage rims and wash their hands off the responsibility. Another review I see here also mentioned rim damage. read more

The place to go if you want them to not do what they tell you they will. Got an oil change and a tire repair set an appointment for Friday at 2pm. When I get there Friday I'm told it will be 3 plus hours they are behind. If I come back Sunday they will get me right in and out at noon. I took it back in and was told it would be past the appointment time again. Thankfully I took it in 2 hours before and had my wife bring me back home . Told the manager right rear was the spare and the right rear main tire was flat in the back. They said they would fix it swap it and put spare back under the vehicle. I get a call that the battery is bad and they only get batteries from advance auto and while advance auto would install for free Goodyear charges 40 dollars to install the battery that you buy from Goodyear . I get there to pick it up and stand for 10 minutes Brenda is taking calls and the manager calls a guy up from the waiting room in front of me sends him on the way. I get in the car after paying almost 400 dollars and see the tire in the back. I stop and ask and they said bring it back around we will put it under. I didn't have time so I left, thankfully I didn't because the tire that was in the back was the regular tire with the TPMS in it. They didn't even put it back on the right rear they just patched it and threw it back in the back. Seems the tech would have noticed the right rear sensor was still reading error. Sat in traffic for over half hour to get home and wasn't taking it back. Especially after explaining to him we were driving the suv to New Orleans on Friday. So when it stops raining I have to jack up the car swap the tires and put the spare back under the suv to get our luggage in the back. Thanks Goodyear proving I won't be back ever. You can't keep appointments and you charge to install a battery bought from you, and you can't even do the work you said you would do. read more

Traveling from the Northeast during a tropical storm we started to hear some odd rattling coming from under the car. Turned out a splash guard had become loose and with high winds, was about to become a danger if it ripped off. The guys took care of us (removing the splash guard) without question and did so right away and at no cost. I have nothing but praise for that kind of service....especially at a moments notice. Firestone delivers once again. In a bind, need a slow leaking tire plugged, wife and kids taking the car out of town this morning. I live on 210 now so sometimes tough to get here. Went by the Goodyear place on 210 first looking for the tire to be repaired, they turned me away. Sorry can't do it now, may be later, we're really busy. I call Firestone and they say bring it right in and we'll take care of it. Been here for 5 minutes and the car is already up and tire being removed. Guess what, this place is slammed right now also. Every bay is full and other cars waiting. No matter, Firestone gets it. Thank you friends. I will continue to get all of my tires and services done at Firestone on San Marco. It's one of those mornings when you look at your car and see the tire needs air then you see a nail. Ugh. Went over to Goodyear and the wait was about an hr. I didn't mind waiting, it's something that has to be fixed. In the waiting room there's coffee and water for free. Tv and comfortable chairs. The magazine collection was old. Had a magazine that was 1yr old. The store is not even 1 year old. Lol An hour later I was done. And they fixed it for me for free. No charge. That was awesome. It totally made my day. I went to the Goodyear on SR 210 For an oil change. First, I had an appointment and I was surprised that they said it would take an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I checked on my car. They said they didn't have a plastic plug and they had to go get one. I asked how long before my car would be done they said 15 minutes. One hour later my car was done. It took two hours for them to do an oil change. I had a $20 off coupon and with the coupon it cost me $176 which seems very high. They never checked in with me or apologized for the length of time it was taking; extremely bad customer service. read more

Nicholas and Dave were honest, fair, the pricing was incredible and they explained what was wrong in plain English. Update to my recent experience with my damaged wheel from Goodyear. They replaced my wheel because I refused to have it repaired at my time. They kept the old wheel and wont give it to me even after I asked. My review now is more to the inconvenience and time they caused me for a simple rotation, balance and allignment. I spoke to the manager and expressed my disappointment with his team and not having to keep the damaged wheel. Dont talk down to anyone and assume that the consumer doesn't know at least the basics of your profession. Just be honest up front. read more

I came in last week for an oil change and was told about an hour wait. It was my day off, I had nowhere to be for a while, so sure why not. Dropped off my keys, sat in the waiting room and waited. I ended up being there about an hour and a half though, and the cost for the oil change was a tad high in my opinion too ($43 with tax I believe.) The store itself is very clean, and very new which is nice. The waiting room is well appointed with comfy chairs, a good TV and a mini fridge with bottled water. If you get hungry there is a Burger King right next door too. You could do worse coming here, but I thought it was a tad on the pricy side. read more

BEWARE!!!!! Took my car here and the girl tried to tell me my flat tire was unrepairable and that I needed ALL 4 tires replaced! In addition she tried to charge me almost $100 for an oil change that should've been $60! Got a second opinion on my tires at a reputable place down the street and they verified that I only needed 1 tire replaced! This store needs to reevaluate who they have working here! Very rude customer service. Went in to ask if they can loosen my oil drain plug (willing to pay for it) so that I can change my own oil at home. I was talked to condescendingly by a short, short haired lady who I guess was a manager? I understand that you cannot be liable for loosening a plug for me but there is no need to talk to customers like they don't know what they are doing. She was very rude to say the least. Never want to give them ANY business again. I will happily drive in Jax to have my car maintained from now on. It's sad because this is a brand new GoodYear. Stay away from this place!! read more

We had an issue with our tire on our trailer while traveling on vacation. They had the tire in stock (yea!) but said it might be a few hours because they were short staffed due to COVID. Requested and oil change and tire rotation on my car. Picked up my car and they didn't do the tire rotation. They didn't charge me. They didn't apologize, and said that I could bring it back (schedule appt again) to do the tire rotation. Before RPM opened, I used to go here all the time and was never that happy. Bought a set of four tires within this past year from them.... took my car in about a month ago for a nail in the tire. Was told cannot repair it but needed a new one. Fell for it and spent $200 on a new tire (wouldn't even cut me a deal either) last week got another nail in the new tire (job hazard) dropped my car off all day for repair.... picked it up at close to 7 and was told... sorry we cannot repair...also told... sorry we didn't have your telephone number!?!?!? Didn't fall for it this time and politely asked for my car back and that I will take it somewhere else... got my car back and within a couple of hours my tire was completely flat on the rim.... this place is a total rip off! They scam you by saying they cannot repair your tire (they narrow their repair opportunity width on your tire and unless the nail is directly in the center tread will they repair) and try to sell you what you don't need.... needless to say I took my car to discount and they fixed it for free!!! No questions asked and outside of the tread area that Goodyear said they couldn't repair.....Stay far far away from this place unless you feel like giving your money away!!!! Btw I even took my original tire with the nail in and discount repaired that one too at no charge that Goodyear said was outside of the repair tread.... Goodyear is a rip off and their employees at this location are the sole reason for this due to their unethical business practices!
