After the car dried, I could still see water marks from their own machine all over it. They weren't even able to properly clean those off. For the price they charge, I expected the car to look professionally cleaned, but it did not. Even the cup holders and basic interior areas were still dirty, which is unacceptable for a "detail" wash. It honestly felt like they rushed through it and did the bare minimum. I would not recommend paying for their detailing service unless they seriously improve their quality. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! Pros: Very fair prices on parts and R&R. Nice and trustworthy Owners and Mechanics. Cons:very limited parking space. I let them know when the tow truck was in the way. He would rather deflect responsibility or help than find out what happened and I wasn't asking anything unreasonable or for free if it was something else's I'm willing to pay for it but now I just feel scammed because I ask them to fix what they broke. Stephen did a thorough inspection- you get a report on your vehicle health and go from there. I was advised for a couple of filters, but opted to replace those myself.
