What I thought was a great deal on tires + alignment & oil change ended up being the wrong decision. The tires look great but the alignment wasn't done correctly as the cashier informed me that she and the tire tech had to do the alignment twice and didn't I ever have front-end work done? This coming from the cashier who is not a mechanic. Had to bring the vehicle back when the mechanic was available. Which I did a few days later. Jason was precise in getting the job done and the alignment straight. Said the rack and pinion was off. Hope Jason is getting paid for his knowledge. Driving down the highway w the mechanic in the car for a test drive (alignment) one of the hubcaps falls off. ‍Classic. It wasn't till a few weeks later when I was washing my jeep that I saw the cap on the passenger rear tire was broken and they did a horrible job at gluing it back together. Called to get a tire repair. The guy is stuck in his own head, rattling off about tire sensors. Nope, just want the tire fixed. He launches back into his routine. The dealership warned me about after market sensors and the exorbitant pricing by the tire shops and that they are all on commission and are given incentives to run up the costs for each car that is brought in. Had an unexpected flat tire while I was traveling through Longwood Florida on Tuesday. I stopped and put air in my tire, and then looked up and found tire Kingdom. While I was driving to tire Kingdom I figured I would call to see if they were busy. They were, but the nice lady said to bring my car in anyway. So I was able to get my tire fixed within an hour. Sadly, I have a brand new car with 7000 miles on it, and the bolt that ruined my tire caused me to have to purchase a new Michelin tire. Both Genna and Bruce were fabulous in explaining to me what had happened to my tire. I recommend this company! read more

I stopped in for a tire patch or plug. After waiting two hours, they came back with it can't be patched because the screw went in at an angle and by the way you need new tires. I knew better. Asked for my keys and went to Mavis in Oviedo which had me taken care of in a half hour. Tire Kingdom let me leave with hardly any pressure in my tire. I have been going to Tire Kingdom for a while now. The reason I am giving them 3 stars only is because i feel like they don't really respect appointments. When you make appointments they don't get you in immediately and I understand that it can get busy in any tire place/car service place. I brought my car to have nail removed and it took them about 2 hours to get to my car. Despite the long wait I have to give them credit for being friendly and helpful. I just wished they would honor appointment. They removed the nail and patched my tire free of charge. read more

Brought my car in for just an oil change. They said we looked over your car to let you know of any issues you may have in the future. Representative asks: "Does the car pull to the side when you are driving?" No it's been great. Then that person said, "Well it looks like your going to need an alignment soon." So I start driving home it's over an hour away. Guess what happened... my car is now swerving into an adjacent lane on I-4. Ridiculous. I am so angry right now. You had one job to do! Why would you authorize your staff to tamper with someone's car like that and potentially cost them their life?! It is not the way to drum up business. Be honest that works better. Don't go here. I called the shop late morning to se if they could do an alignment anytime in the afternoon and they replied that yes they could. When I dropped off the vehicle the lady acted very rude and putout. While waiting for paperwork she became occupied with other things and totally ignored that I was even there. Another customer brought in a boat trailer to have the tires balanced and she loudly complained that the boat was still on the trailer. She then made the statement that she will have to tell the other girl not to make anymore appointments because it's way too hot. I was rudely informed that it would be an hour for the work to be completed and that they would call me when the service was done. One and a half hours later I called to check that I could pick up my vehicle and was informed that it wasn't even attended to yet and no idea how long it would take. I had a tire blow on I-4, probably one of the worst/stressful days of my life. When drove back from Daytona Beach on the spare, I called around, and people wanted an arm and a leg for a tire. I went here today to pick up my car after dropping it off yesterday. I needed an alignment, tire rotation and ball bearing adjustment (whatever that is, lol). They had a lifetime allignment deal that lasts for five years and can be transferred to one add'l car. It was a great deal and a huge discount and practically pays for itself when you have your second allignment. I have never written a negative review but this place really deserves one. Came in to get a new tire for my dad's car. The guy upfront was friendly. He ordered a tire and I came in the next day to have it installed. I asked how long I would have to wait and was told about 45 minutes. Over an hour later he comes into the waiting area. I assume he's going to tell me the car is ready. I start gathering my papers, laptop etc... Instead he says " can't find the wheel lock". I ask him why it took so long for him to ask me for the lock and he states they brought in the car twenty minutes ago and have been looking for the lock since then. I call my brother and find out where the lock is. Once I find it and hand it over, he lets me know it will be another 30 minutes. He didn't apologize once about the wait. In fact, he wouldn't even look at me when answering. Since I need a tire, I am going to have to wait but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not respecting a customer's time is very poor service and his handling of the situation is even worse. I don't care if the price was decent. He's getting paid to sit around...I'm not!! read more

I have been at this tire kingdom quite a few times and I'm going to stop I can't deal with them anymore! They fixed an axial alignment issue with me and told me everything should be great and fine! Then not even 2 months later I go to change my oil and they tell me I need another axial alignment and I asked them why considering they just charged me last month a whole lot to fix it. Then they said it was as my fault because I needed to get new tires and I asked them why this wasn't mentioned when they fixed the axial alignment and he said "I don't know" and that was it! So I buy new tires and pay for yet another axial alignment. I honestly was very upset about the whole ordeal. However I tried to move past it but every time I go in wether it's my boyfriend or me they are so rude. Like we made a oil change appointment and went in and told the guy we had a coupon he rolled his eyes at us! And then said next time we needed to tell them when we made the appointment next time but we did tell the guy on the phone we had a god damn coupon. I have had it up to my ears with there bullshit. read more

I really, really don't like to write 1- and 2-star reviews, but this has to be one. I went here a few weeks ago to get at least one new tire since one of mine had an air leak in it. I figured that at least two needed to be replaced, though, since the tires on my car likely were the original ones (my car is either from 2003 or 2004 ... I can never remember ... haha), and if one was bad then the chances were good that at least one more was, too. While here, I interacted with who I believe was the store's manager. He was very professional and friendly, and seemed to be making a lot of sense as we inspected my tires and as he pointed out what is or could go wrong with them. Things took a turn south at some point, however, when he mentioned that the reason my one tire was bad and that the other ones could be is because I needed new ball joints, particularly for the car's front wheels. This set off a red flag. I had the ball joints for the front wheels replaced this past December, so there literally is no way that the ones that just were put in were already bad. I mean, it literally is five months later. I tried to not scream at the manager, and fortunately I didn't (since I needed the store to put two new tires on my car), but once I left the store I was furious. The manager gave me a work estimate that was close to, or maybe more than, $1,000 for new ball joints, four new tires and an alignment. I just went with two new tires to replace the two worst ones that were on the car before ... but, seriously, new ball joints? That really upset me. I know the work that my car had done on it in December and this guy was trying to tell me I needed the exact same thing done in May. Either the people at Firestone charged me for work they didn't do or this guy at Tire Kingdom was trying to have work done on my car that it didn't need. My car has been fine (well, the ball joints have been, anyway) since it left Firestone in December, so I don't think there's anything wrong with the work Firestone did. It just seems to me that Tire Kingdom was trying to get a lot of my money for totally unnecessary work. The store's manager seemed nice enough, but I didn't the attempt at trickery. The ball joints in the car are fine. As he pointed out when we looked at my tires, there are numbers on them to indicate their age and so on ... I have to think that ball joints have something like that, as well. However, he didn't show that to me. There probably is something on them that shows their origin or when they were put in, or I'd at least like to think so. Maybe he should've checked for that before trying to get me to buy a second set of ball joints in less than 5 months. Not cool. Probably won't ever come back here ... there are plenty of places to go for tires, and even if I need new ball joints at some point I will go elsewhere for those, too. The store's manager was friendly, but he definitely was more interested in my money than telling the truth. Very shady. read more

Just had oil change done here. At this current time they have the best price in town. I have been coming here for the last two years. Never have had an issue with them. Cars always come out in the same condition that they went in, of course with the repairs that have been done they've come out better, lol. I love this place. They don't try to force anything down your throat that you don't want or need. You go in for an oil change and that's what you get. I asked them to check my brakes because I had been told that I might need them to be replaced soon and they told me my brakes are fine and it really wasn't necessary to replace them right now. Other places would've tried to take advantage of me by saying I need to replace them when I really don't. This place is trustworthy and honest. I don't go anywhere else. read more
