Normally I go to Valvoline for my oil changes, but recently switched to Take 5 after obtaining a $25 off coupon online. Appreciated being handed a cold water bottle when I was greeted. It was a short wait for a bay to open up. Service was smooth without being pushy. Before leaving, my attendant helped reset my vehicle's service reminder and offered to clean my windshield, which was much needed. They took great care of me. I've always loved Take 5, and this location reminded me why! We were helped by Malcom, Kayla, and Juan. They were fast, informative, and efficient. Malcom advised us of issues that were caused from our last oil change. They changed our wiper fluid and filled our tires. Just like the commercial says, we were done in 10 minutes. My favorite part about Take 5, is that they hire women. This is the second location I've been too that had a woman tech. I'd definitely recommend this location. Honestly, all of the locations. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Don't spend your hard earned money here! The customer service is terrible. The arguing between the techs is unprofessional. I have never spent 45 mins just for an oil change. They were so unorganized they didn't know if they put oil or didnt put oil, they had to asked several people. They didn't have coolant. They didn't check my tire pressure. I am nervous they messed something up. I'm going to my normal one tomorrow just to double check. I wish I checked the reviews, I will go back to my normal one this one was just near where I was shopping. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Update: spoke to corporate and the general manager. They aren't going to fix what damage they caused because I had the car towed to another shop after it broke down. Would 100% advise against using this company. Went in for an oil change. They had everything all set up and then realized they dont have my oil filter size so they sent me home. On the way home, from this shop, my car broke down and had to be towed to the closest repair shop. It turns out that this Take 5 forgot to put my oil drain plug back in and never replaced the oil they had already drained prior to checking for a filter! My car engine almost blew up because they let me leave with no oil in my car!! Tuffys thankfully fixed my car so that it is drivable. Take 5 took no accountability for the sensors that are now damaged. They put my car and my life in danger. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Let me start with Eddy! Eddy, personally, is a 5 star worker! He explained things very well and thoroughly, he looked out for me, as a a customer, and gave me helpful advice and recommendations! I got an oil change, new wipers and air filters, and coolant. The reason for the 4 star review is the pricing. Things got more expensive. And if it wasn't for the great customer service that Eddy offered, I may have honestly went somewhere else and shop around. This just showed me the importance of great customer service. Was at Take 5 on Colonial Drive yesterday. Saw the oil change had been raised to over $50 when drove into shop. My puny veteran's discount made it still higher than Valvoline and any number of auto shops with grocery store coupons in Kissimmee. Actually had better $20 off coupon but tricked into thinking veteran's discount better. I always used regular oil. They put in mixture of regular and specialty oils, saying that's alright, after it's done. Hope that is true! They tried to tell me air filter was dirty; it looked very clean to me. Would have charged me $40! Look online today, and at Walmart $15 and through Amazon $13. Easy to replace myself. Stay away from this place. They overcharge and are dishonest!! read more

Okay, these people have no idea what they're doing. I had an oil change done about 3,000 mi ago. I stopped in for my halfway point fluid check. I mentioned to them that I'm only a half quart low and that I had just checked it. As I'm sitting in front of the work bay, the guy ask me to pop my hood to check my oil. He starts pulling the dipstick out checking the oil twice and I asked him what are you doing, he said checking your oil level. I said, dude my engine's running and you're checking my oil? He said that's the way we do it. I should have left right then and there. It gets worse. After pulling into the bay, he proceeds to tell the girl to start with two quarts of oil as a top off service. I immediately said, what the hell are you talking about? Why are you adding two quarts of oil? I just checked it it was only half quart low. The idiot and the woman both proceed to tell me that's the way we do things? WTF?? First you want to check my oil when the engine is running and then you want to add two quarts of oil when I said it's only a half quart low? I can go on and on but it gets worse and these idiots have no idea what they're doing, avoid this place at all cost read more
