She was able to work us in the same day! When I arrived I noticed the place was clean with a nice waiting area. I met a manager James who was also helpful, knowledgeable and had the technician, David look things over. David was really great and quickly diagnosed the issue and found that we needed to replace the front rotors and brake pads. James was very thorough and explained everything. He gave me the estimate which was very fair and got the process started. James ordered the parts and David was able to get the job completed and back on the road in under 2 hours! The brakes work great and quiet! I won't go anywhere else now. This shop is awesome!

I asked the guy there, can't remember his name, and he was extremely rude to me for simply asking this question. The way he was acting was like I was ruining his day for needing this information about what I can do to repair this problem. He told me that the only thing I can do is just keep replacing the break light, which I know isn't true, he just didn't feel like dealing with it and clearly had better things to do. I did not appreciate this response. I was informed that I had a 1.5 hour wait for the oil change and this prompted me to inform the man that I have indeed changed my mind, and I would like my keys back please. I looked him in the eye and he looked at the wall. He gave me my keys back, and I cursed at him as I walked out the door. I gave them a hand gesture and I went home. I recommend you bring your business elsewhere. On my google review I was provided with a manager number: I called the number they provided, and the guy who calls himself "manager" didn't even know that he should be expecting my call. I asked him what he wanted and he couldn't even tell me. I asked him why was I told to call? He couldn't tell me; I asked him if he was out of his mind and he said I guess so. It was the only one they could find from their own supplier, however, they allowed me to find my own parts and install them for me, and that saved me 50% of my repair costs. They were courteous and kind, and so far no issues with my vehicle after the work was done. When we approached the desk, Yanique was scrolling on her personal phone with a pink case. She did not acknowledge us for more than 10 seconds, and I eventually had to say hello just to get her attention. When I explained that I needed a physical membership card, she immediately gave us a hard time and said they do not like issuing physical cards anymore. She then claimed the machine was broken and essentially told us we were out of luck. When I calmly asked what other options we had because we could not shop without accessing our paid membership, she told me to "calm down." It was not until another employee clocked in beside her that Yanique finally moved to another computer. Our card was printed and ready within two minutes, proving that there had been a simple solution the entire time. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. My wife and I recently moved here from Tampa, and nearly everyone we have encountered in Panama City Beach has been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was our first visit to this Sam's Club, and the person working at Membership Services could not even greet us or make a reasonable effort to help. As paying members, we expected much better customer service
