I'd add more stars if I could! I had the absolute best experience with this shop yesterday. I was even greeted warmly by several employees who were standing outside the bays. After going inside, I spoke with Jason about my issue with tire pressure. He resolved my problem in record time. I could not have asked for better service. Jason was so professional, friendly, and helpful! You are fortunate to have employees like him (and Russell who offered to put the new valve caps on my tires that I had just purchased at O'Reilly's right down the street.) My husband has taken our truck to them 3 times in the last week for an alignment. We were advised that they can't get it right because of a gear box. It's amazing that a knowledgeable business has been able to fix this in 1 visit. If you were unable to preform the service initially say something. I wish I could leave negative stars! I bought a set of very nice tires and new wheel sensors yesterday. 2 hours turned into 4 hours. They put deep scratches in my new rims. The Boy was too incompetent to program new wheel sensors and tried saying my computer was bad. They forced me to pay for the sensors that didn't work. I confronted them about my rims and they played it off. But finally admitted it was on them. They discounted my tires and tried to make me sign the receipt saying I was okay with my service. Very shortly after I reached out to corporate. Very nice people. Manager calls. We have an agreement over the phone to bring my card in and refund $600 worth of faulty tire sensors. I explained that he was not to touch my truck and I would have the rims repaired myself if they would refund the sensors. I drive an hour back over there, for him to stiff arm me and say he's not refunding me, unless he can remove the sensors. After talking to other people, many have told me their crap experience with them. So after having my rims damaged and $600 stolen from me. Here I am. What a joke ! I guess it looks good to respond to negative reviews asking customer to contact them. I was curious so i called. After repeating my experiences i was informed i could contact store manager ‍ Believe it or not i knew that before i made the review . Then i was informed i can call number i am talking to when in the future i am at Tire Kingdom having issues . smh. That makes no sense . The call was a waste of time obviously. They've gotten too much of my money without providing a competent service already. They've gotten even more of my time . One thing the call accomplished was making it clear its not just the local employees that think we are stupid . Stay away from this place because I promise you that they will keep telling you that it's something else causing the problem just to keep you coming back.Niw my front end alignment without the camber being set,now has my new tires bowed in and they said I needed something else done to fix my truck!!! Came on for low tire pressure and they did a full service check and reported back with few issues which was a pleasant surprise. The technicians were very professional. One downside is that they did not have certain materials on hand which delayed the service, which may be unavoidable. read more

Stopped in at 6:30 to have them look at my tire that went flat on a road trip. They informed me it was my valve stem, they had it fixed and put the tire back on. I was only there 20 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service. This is the main reason I always buy tires from them. read more

Had bought 4 new tires (spent total $917). Now only 17,500 miles. Came in for just a tire rotation. Drove home. 2 days later noticed front tire about flat. Drove back to Tire Kingdom (11 total miles round trip since left Tire Kingdom). Even though have "Flat repairs for life on tire", (not Roadside) on original purchase receipt, said nail in the side & can't repair, so sold & put on a new tire at a discount. When I was given the vehicle back to leave, I noticed no cap on the value stem & tire wasn't even same brand & lettering as the other 3. When I asked about, they said they don't have mine in stock, but will order to replace. I came back & waited while they changed to a matching new tire. So what started to just be a simple tire rotation, ended up costing me an extra $118 & about 4 hours of my time (3 visits). read more

Tire Kingdom is one of the most reputable auto repair shops that I have had the pleasure of encountering. took my daughter's car in for a tire repair due to a razor blade being in the tire. they found the razor blade as well as 5 nails. All were removed and no leaks. Previous company told me the tire had to be replaced and quoted me 300.00. Thank you Tire Kingdom for your honesty. read more

My 2003 GMC Envoy needed a lot of troubleshooting after being in storage for almost 2 yrs. The TK team did the research to clear out all of the old, bad dashboard idiot lights, replaced the brakes, and got her running great again. Very responsive via text, all repairs completed on time. This has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any Tire Kingdom I've ever been to. I went in for a front wheel alignment (twice) on my 2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, and each time it left worst than the last. The steering wheel was so far off from center and my wheels rub and by steering angle is awful. In fact, when everything was all said and done, it was worse off than had i not gotten an "alignment" to begin with. Then when offered a refund, I was informed "we can't do it today because it's Sunday and the back offices are closed". So now not only did I waste my time and money the 1st AND 2nd time I went here, I now have to come back a 3rd day to be refunded. Not to mention that when i picked it up there were filthy grease stains all over the interior of my $70K truck; which I get it, dirty hands is par for the course as a mechanic, but my goodness at least put gloves on (or take them off) to get in and out of the vehicle. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, proceed with caution. read more

I give this tire kingdom in Lynn haven Florida a zero star. Should be a negative star rating! When I was down on vacation visiting my sons family that is stationed there in military he ordered 37's tires from Walmart but they were unable to put on due to there lift wasn't able to handle his truck. After he called around tire kingdom said yes they can do it. Had to take back 3 times due to vibration issues and then was told there balance machine was unable to due 37's. Why did they take the job! And still isn't fixed! After being charged $300 to mount and balance with no military discount still no help. And at that price never changed the rubber valve stems was told they only install new valve stems on tires purchased there. I never seen a tire shop not install new ones even if you did buy tires from another store. It is truly a safety issue. If you care about you family's safety please take your vehicle to another shop!!! They truly don't care about you or your safety only the all mighty dollar!!! I wouldn't send my X there if I had one! read more
