I brought my car here on many occasions to have oil leak fixed & power steering. I've paid thousands over the visits. Since, I still have oil leak. They replaced power steering pump three times because they said it broke again. I'm still having problems with that. Also, my engine cover was taken off at some point & never put on. My oil dip stick was broken. When I called corporate, they told me it is the customer who is responsible for the purchases they make. I had to replace my own dipstick engine cover and take my car to another auto place to get the problems fixed.I was ripped off so many thousands of dollars from this place I will never take my car for not even fix a nail in the tire! read more

This company is by far the biggest waste of time! They will rob you blind, the store manager should not be able to run this place. The so called "mechanics" seem to know way less then they should! So you probably wanna hear why I make this claim. I brought my Subaru in for some work, I was told it would take about 2 hours. 3 hours I get a call saying it s going to take longer and possibly the rest of the day. Another whole 24 hours goes by and guess what no call or anything! The next day I get a call saying that they broke more parts and that they don't want to pay for them. This cat and mouse game went on for another week. So after about 3 weeks I get my car back. Which would be ok if it was done right, well nothing was and they have caused enough damage to my car that I am taking them to court. Do NOT go here if you're in a rush. Just needed one tire changed. They told me a WAY wrong time, told me I was next in line when I wasn't, and then did a full auto check when all I wanted was a tire replaced (cause it was blown on the highway). If they would've given me the tire I could've done it myself with my jack and been on the way, instead of waiting with 3 kids for hours in their parking lot. Pathetic. read more

Brought my tire in to get a quick plug. To them I guess they see a clueless 18 year old girl who must know nothing about cars. They told me it would be about an hour and a half for my tire to be fixed. I went to my class and then got a call saying they have my car up on the lift and they need me to take a look. I came and they explained that they could not find the hole in my tire (even tho it continued to go flat and I could literally hear air coming out of it) BUT ALSO that I needed 4 new tires, new brakes, new bushings, and new shocks. Now my car is old but not THAT old. After writing up an estimate of over $1200 I asked them to please put my car back together and I took my business elsewhere. I have mechanics in my family all I needed was a tire plug but I guess that's too much to ask of tire kingdom. Glad I wasted their time. read more

I was quoted $140.00 to get a new car battery! I asked them why were they charging me such an outrages price when I could probably buy a battery for $50.00! They told me that batteries are no longer that cheap, that they use to be years ago. They said that car batteries now cost at least $100.00. I told them that I wanted to shop around first and rescheduled my appointment. I went to Walmart and was able to buy a battery for $50.00! They even installed it for free since I bought it from them. I have been trying to reach out to the corporate office to Lodge a complaint against Jack. Unfortunately the corporate office is saying that mr. Zachary is supposed to return my call and he has yet to do that. They acknowledge that Jack has been acting inappropriately. They say there is nothing that can be done until mr. Zachary decides to contact him. Warning to anybody who buys tires from this facility, Jack is a shyster. He will try to sell you much more than you actually need for your car. I took your advise and called the store and they told me to call the corporate store but they will not do anything. Brad stated that there was nothing he could do and assured me everyone that was working at that time has been fired. Great for you guys but that doesn't help my situation. Also, you hired that group of people to begin with so how can anyone be sure you hired a better group of people. Besides that, he admitted he had a terrible crew then yet Tire Kingdom still will not stand behind there work. People, there are plenty of places to take your car for simple services like oil changes so I strongly suggest not going here, unless you have a $1,000 or so you are ready to spend to cover their mistakes. By far, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a retail store. ************************************************************************ STRIPPED MY OIL PAN AND OFFERED TO FIX FOR A $1.000 I had the worst experience with this Tire Kingdom. I went in for a simple oil change and they manged to strip the oil pan on my BMW X3. I went back 3 separate times and each time they said they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix. After the third time I decided to have the BMW repair shop look at the problem and they informed me they install a over-sized drain plug which ruined the oil pan. Tire Kingdom tried to use my visit to the other facility to their advantage by saying they were not the last person to touch the vehicle and they placed a blue seal on the drain plug to know if anyone else tampered with it. My mechanic was smart enough to know their tactic so he did not touch the drain plug. In the end, Tire Kingdom offered to replace the oil pan they damaged for just a $1.000. I'm not sure how you could get worse service than this? I made the mistake of pulling into this place with my antique VW beetle, but it was my only option at the time. (One tire flat, all needing replacement ASAP) Unfortunately, their balancer didn't fit my older 5-lug wheels - they didn't have the adapter. They really should not have started work on the vehicle if they knew they couldn't balance the wheels, but of course they just wanted to make the sale. So I drove off with a wobbly ride after spending $325 ($25 off for no balance) for 4 tires. I ended up taking it to Cocoa Discount Tire to use their bubble balancer, since they were the only store around that still had one. It was there that they noticed that ONE OF MY TIRES WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY and was causing the serious wobble. It turned out to be a sloppy rubber placement by one of their service guys! As far as I know there wasn't any damage to my vehicle, but there could have been. Fortunately, I was able to go back to Tire Kingdom to get my full service cost refunded $50. I will never go to a Tire Kingdom again, they are a bunch of slackers and I would not recommend them if you want a quality tire job. read more

I came in two days ago to get air in a tire. Needed a new tire since I had a nail near the edge. Also was advised the front brake pads should be replaced. Today I came in for the repairs and was told I need 4 brake pads replaced and rotors on the rear. The price I was quoted on the first visit was $330, today is $750. I have been here for 4 hours and the tires are still not on the car. Bring your lunch and a blanket, the waiting room is very cold. read more

My husband bought a set of chrome hubcaps and we took them here to see if they could put them on since he had a hip replacement and did not have the mobility yet to put them on. I was searching specifically for a Michelin Tire to Replace what I thought was a bad tire due to a visible nail. After inspection the visible Nail was not was not the issue but another nail that was repairable. I ended up just needing a patch instead of a new tire. Thank you. read more

They did a great job on my wife's volvo. Put on 4 new tires, wheel alignment, and oil change. They were all very friendly and took the time to bring me into the garage and show me where oil had been leaking from a broken rubber gasket around the oil filter. Idiots. Came in for a simple, routine oil change. Nothing more. Thankfully they figured out how much oil to put in. But the oil change also came with a tire rotation, so I said yes since it was free and quicker for them to do it. Here's all the mistakes they made: 1: wrong size oil filter. Not hard to grab the correct size filter, the freaking computer tells it to you. 2: over torqued lug nuts after rotation. Over torqued lug nuts can lead to warped rotors. 3: stripped my locking lug nut on the front passengers side and also the locking key to remove the special nuts. They also tried to tell me I needed over $400 of work done, when what they were telling me was the complete opposite of the condition of the "needed" parts on the car. So after having my car for a few days, I needed to remove the wheels to do a brake job. Only to find out the problem with the over torqued lug nuts and my stripped lug nuts and key. So I called corporate. They said I needed to call this store first since they caused it. So I did. According to the manager, every lug nut is torqued with a wrench and signed off on a sheet. Well, just because some guy is signing a sheet doesn't mean it was done right. After arguing with the customer (me) for a few minutes, he said the most outrageous statement ever, "how about this, YOU buy the parts, and well put them on.". Excuse me? Why would I spend my hard earned money on parts, then give them to you just for you to damage them again? No thanks. Contacted corporate again, they refered my to a number, that number got me a new locking lug set and the old ones removed from my car at another location. I caught the over torqued situation soon enough to prevent rotor warping, and the oil filter, not a huge deal, but still, it's not that hard. All in all, avoid these lazy, head in the clouds "technicians". read more

I would not recommend this location for service for anyone! I stopped in on a saturday, had to make an appointment for the following sunday. I arrived approximately 20 minutes prior to the appointment, and ended up being there for approximately 45 minutes waiting to have the car checked in. Then i ended up leaving the car, and it was still not finished with 3 simple, routine procedures 6 hours later! What's worse, was that i called 5 hours after the car had been dropped off, they assured me it was finished, so i rushed up here before it closed and i continued to sit for over an hour waiting! I have done business with Tire Kingdom for over ten years. After today's experience, I will never be back. Got there about noon today. I offered to come back another day. No need to said the manager, we have your tires in stock. It should be really quick to install them. At 1:16 the manager called saying I needed Tire Pressure Sensors, to which I replied, I always have them replaced with new tires. At 4:36 I called to see if the car was done. Was told they were still working on it. At 4:56 my wife called, (she was out with her daughter) telling me Tire Kingdom called her saying my car was almost done. So I walked over and my car was STILL on the lift. After waiting another 30 minutes and inquiring why Tire Kingdom found the need to call my wife, when my telephone number was on the repair order, my car was finally down from the lift, yet it had not yet been aligned. I declined the alignment, and drove home at approximately 5:30, having lost five hours out of my day for a "quick" tire replacement!. I will have the work done on my car inspected on Monday by a reputable and extremely qualified mechanic. read more
