Went today (Sunday October 19 2025) park my car around the services bays just to get my car air pressure adjusted and greet 2 gentleman's "good afternoon" and no answers just one guy (very rude) said to me to go to park on the parking lot without asking the reason of my visit, then I went inside and asked the guy if that is the way they treated customers there. His answer was " you better learn to speak English". His name is Bob. The other manager and the employee who takes care of me were very helpful . So terrible customer service and more terrible racially motivated expressions should not be tolerated in our community. Hopefully the person who runs the store takes some accountability for this guy attitude. read more

Title: Unsafe Service and Unprofessional Attitude I went to this place for a flat tire change and a wheel alignment, the service I received was fast but potentially unsafe. After the alignment, I noticed my car was pulling to the side when I released the steering wheel, and the tire pressure was set to 37 PSI, even though the recommended pressure for my vehicle is 33. When I returned to the shop to point this out, the manager dismissed my concerns by saying 37 PSI "won't make the tire explode" and told me I shouldn't be letting go of the steering wheel while driving -- completely ignoring the fact that a proper wheel alignment should allow the car to track straight. They only readjusted the tire pressure, but even then, it was still left at 35 PSI -- not the recommended 33. The alignment issue was not addressed at all. This kind of careless service puts drivers at risk. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values safety, quality service, and respectful communication. read more

My car requires expensive performance tires so when I had a flat because of a nail in my tire, it threw my day off. I called multiple shops for quotes and Tire Kingdom was willing to match and beat the competition. I arrived at the store and Ariel greeted me and offered his professional opinion on tires. Did I mention that the required tires are expensive? Ariel educated me on tire brands and the difference in each option. I was never pressured to go with the most expensive option and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything that I didn't need. It was comforting to know that this employee had my back and best interest. This means a lot since I am a woman walking into a tire shop and did not want to be taken advantage of financially because of lack of knowledge in this area. Worst experience ever. Management was confrontational when question about prices and services offered. Management acted like they were doing me a favor by servicing my Toyota Tacoma. Truck left with worse than when it went in. Now I have to find another vehicle service center to fix what Tire Kingdom did to my truck. Contacted Corporate Office and issued a complaint, Corporate was understanding. District Manager was informed of incident and doubted my version of events. After investigating, district manager sided with his store. Did not offer to pay for parts Damaged / TAKEN. Did not even offer to go 50/50 for replacement parts. I just don't see how tire pressure sensors disappear once old tire is dismounted. Truck had all four sensors when I pulled into Tire Kingdom. Dashboard low tire pressure would turn off when all four tires were filled with the proper pressure. Since Tire Kingdom serviced my tuck, The tire pressure monitoring system warning won't turn off. Thanks Tire Kingdom, never again. I will tell all my friends to avoid your establishment like the plague!! read more

The manager charged me for a warranty on the tires which I didn't want or ask for and then when I got home and looked over the invoice I called him and told him I never wanted it. He told me to come back in and he would refund me the money for the warranty. When I got there, he told me that he gave me a discount for the tires and I should keep it and he was giving me a guilt trip so I just gave in. I can't believe I had to deal with this shady behavior. And he changed my brakes which I didn't want and I wanted the brake pad that he replaced and it looked good to me. It wasn't worn down as it should have been to be replaced. They're scammers. Pretty bad experience. I felt taken advantage of. How do they get away with charging people for warranty on their tires that they never wanted or asked for and then giving you a guilt trip if you ask them to take the warranty off and to give you back your money He said to me "I can't believe you're doing this to me." Like what? I can't believe YOU'RE doing this to me. I gave in cause he was giving me a guilt trip but I'm not happy about that. I didn't want the warranty and I still don't. Went in for a low tire light, Robert said it was a bald tire I had. Replaced bald tire, but problem still persisted. While they were replacing said tire they also went in without my consent and opened up my air filter and cabin filter and told me they need replacing. I said no that is not why I came here for and I would get it done when I would get my oil changed somewhere else. They put the air filter back but the airbox was not completely closed AND the vacuum lines were disconnected....they had lost a screw from underneath necessary to tighten the airbox. If I hadn't checked the work done I would have ended up with a blown engine!!! I went back there and said listen you guys put this thing back wrong....they couldn't figure out why it wasn't screwing back in place...turns out they didn't know the underneath screw was needed...and did I mention they put the air filter in the wrong position....So now I have the low tire light problem unsolved and an airbox that is barely conforming to expectations because Robert said he would order the screw....but it turns out the auto store he was ordering from told me he was ordering a whole airbox, not just the screw! Only the screw was needed, I told the person at the auto parts store. And Robert's attitude....please refrain from treating customers like children...especially customers who know about auto mechanics...Never coming back there, EVER. read more

Been going here for quite a few years, bought 4 new tires 6 mos ago, a little pricey but ok, went in to get brakes checked for replacement, came back with a ridiculous amount. Told them it was too costly, salesman got immediately and visibly bothered, curt and dismissive. Will NEVER go back, as well as take any of the other 5 vehicles in my household there again. It was my first day off in forever and I came out of my massage to a completely deflated tire. Everywhere in the area was closed and Tire Kingdom was closing in approximately 15 minutes. The gentleman that was working inside said that they typically don't begin services this close to closing, but that he would check with the mechanics working if they would accommodate me. Thankfully they said yes, seriously, I feel like they saved my life! After checking other places, I decided to change my two tires in here. They gave me the estimate over the phone when I called, then I went and paid a deposit so they can​ place the order. When my tires arrived at​ this location, they called me and I went so they can change them They did a wonderful job. I paid the rest at the end. I sat in the waiting lobby for 45 minutes. Those 45 minutes, I thought my car was being taken care of, all I needed was 1 new tire. When I noticed someone who arrived after me pay and leave, I strolled outside to see the status of my car. It was still sitting where I left it 45 minutes earlier. When I asked the man behind the counter what the deal was, his response was, "oh sorry, I will take care of it right now." No thanks. I took my keys from him and left. I will never go back. The thing is, it wasn't like it was sooooo busy that they just overlooked my car. I usually stand outside and watch what is going on, mostly because I like watching the process. Beware of scam. Bought 2 new Michelins to replace my rear Bridgestones (1 flat, 1 good), and asked to keep the good one. When they finished they forgot to give me back my 1 good Bridgestone, so I ask for it. He brings out a Yokohama instead. I'm confused because I replaced my Bridgestones, not my Yokohamas, which are newer. When I walk around the car I notice they had replaced 1 of my Yokohamas with the Bridgestone, and were planning on keeping my Yokohoma. When I point this out the attendant he says, with a straight face, that I had both the Yokohamas on the passenger side of the car, which means I had the Bridgestones on the drivers side. I took my car last week for tire rotation as I had purchased my tires last year. Rotation plus battery check is free. Rotation was done, perhaps because I was standing there to make sure was done. Raul store manager, I guess he thought I was a moron or something. Mentioned he would check if I would need an alignment and check the battery. Some other staff drove my car around, my car does make a notice. upon staff return, Raul mentioned I needed a suspension(BALL JOINTS WERE CRACKED) $800.00 and an alignment $65.00 all these repairs for just driven around the block (seriously). I called Raul next day to asked him , as for why my battery was not checked, dispute by saying, to return on Monday 05/25/20, instead I took my car for a second opinion came to find out! I DO NOT NEED A SUSPENSION NEITHER AN ALIGNMENT. Just as I suspected. Be aware especially females. I CALLED Raul I told him , I WILL write a very specific review, did not seem to cared. Raul supervisor should check the invoices, Invoices say one thing however, staff are not doing the services for free. I ALSO GOT THERE at 9:45am left at 11:30am. This is the second time I come in for a wheel alignment and I will have to return AGAIN because the truck still not properly aligned, it pulls to the right, the second visit Today, the technician showed me the previous alignment was not performed properly and it clearly showed the driver side wheel was leaning inwards same thing with the passenger side, making the truck according to him pull to the right, I thought he was very knowledgeable so I took off after the repair was done, but noticed the truck pulling again right after a couple of miles, called back but the store was closed like it showed on my Google search, twice I've come to this company ( different locations ) and still can't get it right I'll try one more time before I take it somewhere else what a waste of my money and even worse time, totaling over 8 hours between the two time I've visited a tire kingdom store. WARNING about this place and Tire Kingdom, everyone is on commission that's why all the lies and blatant fraud. I had 4 of my tires replaced on this location. The "so called" mechanic told me that my tires were "cupped" because I have worn out struts/shocks and they could do the job "now" for get this $1000 WTF!!! They even showed me the the tires - not only were those "cupped" tires NOT mine (Michelins and mine are Goodyear!!!) just that act of fraud was enough to report them! I immediately declined, had my tires installed and left asap. I went for a second opinion regarding the shocks at an independent mechanic and it was all BS from Tire Kingdom my shocks/struts are not worn. I called Tire Kingdom corporate to report them and NO ONE has returned my messages - its been over 2 months. read more

Very upset , I came back to do a tire patch and my experience was horrible. I told the guy I just wanted a patch but he kept insisting on me spending $200+ on new tires. After waiting 30 minutes for a tire patch to be done , I get my car back with my things from my glove compartment on the floor . I confronted them about them looking in my glove compartment and they all acted like they didn't do anything. Horrible experience and cannot trust this place ... Better to go to the tire place on miller(56) and 107 they do everything right in front of your eyes and get the job done quickly ! read more

This is a great place drive in Day before college with my daughter's vehicle and was shown excellent service. The tires were put on so well that my daughter drove around campus for almost ten miles with the "lost" dormitory key on the roof of the car. There was no negative in the experience so a perfect 5 .
