Worst tire experience of my life. Its apparent this places core values consists of zero urgency, questionable mechanical skills and unprofessional additudes. My advice is to run for the hills unless you like sitting in a room for 4+ hours even with a reservation with fellow irritated customers to then have very little of your paid for services completed and damage to your car. read more

Well, they tried to pull a fast one on me to have me pay for their mechanic mistake. Simple tire rotation and oil change. As I watched my truck and mechanic from two bays over I saw mechanic snap my wheel stud off. I walked back into front office where I was met by a counter person who said I drove in with a snapped stud. They wanted me to pay $150 for parts and labor. Tire Kingdom error, customer has to pay . I can't believe they lied to me instead of just making it right, lies and deception . my recommendation, BUYER BEWARE!!!! if they did this to me on a simple fix what have they done to you and others. If I could give a zero I would. Let's start with I called and ordered tires plus made an appt to put the tires on. Okay, I get there drop the truck off, had a full conversation with the receptionist as we were dealing with another situation related to me daughter's car. Hint (enough time to tell me the tires aren't there). Anyways I come back in like 5 hours, see the truck lifted up and my tires removed just to be told, oh your tires didn't come and we called and left you a message. Mind you I didn't get a message, they could have told me the tires weren't there when I dropped the car off but did not. So I was already upset because during this same time, my daughter's car has been up there for two days while she was waiting on her tires to come as well. Anyway fast forward, so I explained to them I didn't get a message and it seems to me that y'all didn't know the tires wasn't here also or you would not have my truck in the air with the tires removed. So there is no way anyone called and left me a message, if you would have called, and I didn't answer , I would have called back. So I speak to the manager, who is illiterate, the staff seems like they are under the influence and everyone needs to be fired. Normally I would say trained, but they are beyond that point. So I ended up making an appointment at the Sebastian location. Mind you the customer service was so great, so the drive was worth it. read more

Dropped my car off for an alignment. car was there for five hours with an appointment made. go to pick it up and check on the status cause I've had no call of completion or any issues and I arrive and they say they couldn't do the alignment do to a nail in the side of tire and brake pads were getting worn. Make it make sense. Will never go back to this location. I'll stick to my local place down in Sebastian. read more

This location was so helpful. My tire had a nail in it and I needed a fast repair, Angie at the front desk got me in super quick so that I was able to make my meeting. They did a phenomenal job and I haven't had any issues. They do good here at a great price too. read more

Nick and Angie were great as well as as the technicians. Had an appointment for a tire rotation. A inspection was done to ensure all critical parts function as need and were within the limitation for safe use. They even checked all my fluid levels without any additional cost. read more

Tire patch. The place was bought out by Mavis. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. The new policies are unethical. They said they have to sell me a new tire, when clearly the tire tread was good. They said that the new tire price is based on tread wear. Tread was still good. All tires were under warranty for replacement. She (Angie) charged me 150.00 for a new tire. Breakdown of bill was :19.00 computer balance pkg, service pack- 9.99, an additional warranty was charged for $22.99, on top of that they refused to give back my tire , and did so after much complaining. They charged me 3.50 for tire recycling. I called back to review these charges, was put on hold on Angie never came back. I called several times and the call was not answered. I called Mavis HQ and call was dropped. Do t go here unless you are interested in getting ripped off. W Angie seems to be in charge and she is the worst. Also, they charge 60. And tax for a basic oil change! I would give less than one star. read more

Wow I was going to report on this place but it looks like everyone else is already covered it. I walked in and hoping to arrange a service to replace all four of my tires with brand new Goodyear's. When I walked in I had a female service tech walk past me, she began grumbling to the man behind the counter something about she's leaving in 15 minutes anyway regardless of what work is not done. Stood there near the counter completely and acknowledged that I was even there, I looked around the waiting area and it was full of painfully board looking people as if they have been waiting a long time and I found out they have been. After waiting a bit longer I observed service personnel behind the desk taking phone calls of other customers and continue to ignore that I was there first. Recognize the lack of professionalism or any work ethic whatsoever I just turned around and left. read more

I ran over something on the freeway at night and it caused a shake. I rotated the wheels and the shake moved with it. Brought the wheel in to see if it was bent or the weights fell off. They were able to check it right away and rebalanced it curing the issue. The charge for this service? FREE. I will remember this when I need tires. read more

Took my car here today to have a tire fixed. The service was exceptional~ I was in and out in about 40 minutes and $33.

We were driving back from Key West to Charleston and had a tire go misshapen on us. Stopped by here and they squeezed us in quickly and didn't even try to sell us on buying 4 tires- just the 1. The manager (Sean) and staff person (Walt) were extremely professional even when they were dealing with tough customers. Would definitely return if we ran into other road trip issues (although we're not planning on it). read more

Had $1300 worth of tires installed on my truck. They over filled them and now my TPMS is going off. Asked them to check my suspension and give me a quote. They never checked. It also ask them to look at my brakes. They did not check those either. I scheduled an appointment to do my brakes. They said they had no appointment for me even after I confirmed online asked if they could get me in later in the day they said no, and had no recourse would not recommend. read more

Over the last 20 years I've bought literally a dozen sets of tires from this place. For my 1988 Monte Carlo,1995 Chevy truck. 2004 Trailblazer and most recently my 2004 Chevy truck and at least three of which were for my wife's 2000 Plymouth Neon which was particularly tough on tires. I've never been particularly enamored of the service. Long waits, surly clerks and occasionally half-assed work. But the prices were right, particularly if you caught a sale. In the past, I was willing to ignore little things like a mechanic claiming that my truck came in missing a wheel center cap. I walked into the service area and it was sitting on the arm of the lift, where he laid it after he took it off to remove the tire. Or the time I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I was told the truck was ready, the tires had clearly not been rotated. The truck had rear drums and front disks and the dirty rims were still on the front... Because of this I've taken to marking the tires beforehand to ensure that they do get rotated. Or at least the few times I've been able to actually get in to get rotations. Calling the place is a constant litany of endlessly ringing phones with no answer. Dropping in will usually get you ignored for at least five minutes, and then told they don't have time to work on your vehicle. I've just turned around and walked out on two occasions. Today was the last straw however. I came in to get a slow leak repaired on a tire with a screw in it, only to be told after waiting for 45 minutes that it was "too close to the sidewall" for their "corporate standards". Apparently "too close to the sidewall" is about two and a half inches from the sidewall. Meaning they will only repair tires that, in the case of my truck, have a screw somewhere in the center 4 inches of tread. They were of course willing to pro-rate the tire for $15 and sell me a new one for $175... Thanks guys! What's the point of paying an extra $20-25 per tire for road hazard warranty when they set the rules so that they never have to actually honor it? I'm constantly amazed at how busy this place is, even with the poor service and their horrible reputation. Oddly enough, the Palm Bay Road and New Haven Road locations seem to be bastions of competence and courtesy... I'm clearly going to need a set of tires in about 6 months. Guess where I won't be buying them ever again? Also, warning everyone that I know about. Also, if you look at the positive comments on this location, almost to a one, they have only a single review. Almost like they're astro-turfed sock puppets created by desperate management. read more

Made a appointment at 3:00, was told that our truck would be done by 5:00. Arrived and my truck was still in the same place. I had to be to work so told an employee that I couldn't wait. Go some where else. They don't know nothing about cars. They will get you pay money for stuff they will never fix. And they will use your own car for their own errands if you leave you car there. They will steal stuff from it like they store my car phone charger and cable. They will break stuff and will charge you to get it fixed. Better go to the dealer. Was quoted a price of over $1000 to install 4 shocks on my Ford Explorer. Since the shocks only have 1 nut in to & 2 bolts on the bottom, each. I did the job myself with better Monroe shocks for around $80. This place is way over priced. read more

After waiting 20 minutes for them to see if they could plug my tire I asked if theyve checked yet. They said no and took another bite of a burrito . I said well can you check it doesnt make sense for me to sit here amd watch you eat if my tire cant be pluggged. He came in and said no It couldnt be . So I wasted 25 minutes of my life. In July I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and it took 2 hours, even though I had an appointment at 10AM. In September I went in for a bearing that was under warranty from a different Tire Kingdom. Had a 9 AM appointment. They took my keys and I signed the paperwork. An hour later nobody has touched my truck even though it's not busy. Not that it should matter because I had an appointment. At 10:30 I ask what was going on and they said it was the bearing, although we both already knew this. Was told it was a 2 and 1/2 hour job. 2 hours and 15 minutes later it's not ready and they haven't ordered the part. I had to leave to make a doc appointment, and then come back. Then they tell me it'll only be 30 minutes. Why was I told it was a 2:30 job earlier if it's only 30 minute job now? Why did it take an hour after my appointment started to get my truck looked at? Why didn't anyone tell me how long it would be when I gave them my keys? Poor management is the answer. I heard the guy I was dealing with tell another customer that 90%of their work is done by appointment. That means they are aware of how many mechanics they need to staff each day. Why can't the manager come around the corner to speak to me instead of bellowing to me and beckoning for me from behind his desk? Truly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with anywhere. read more

By reading someone else's experience at this location seems they just really "don't care and have no intention of changing" the most recent review was about 3 days ago. Came in this morning and they told me it would be about 2-2 1/2 hrs for walk in. So I made an appointment. Came in for the appointment about 30 min earlier just in case. Told me I would be the next person in since I had made an appointment ahead of time. 30 min passed and I looked to see if the car had been taken in and becalmed surprised because, they had a few different cars up except mine was still yet to be driven into the garage. When I asked what was going on, they then made somewhat of an effort to get the vehicle. Funny thing is when I go to look through the window to see what the tech is doing is he has his cell phone in one hand and my tire on the other. Not sure what his cell phone works for during a tire patch, must be some new technique. Smh. 60 minutes later I get my car having me wait about 1 1/2 hours passed my appointment time. So much for making an appointment. I'll never not go by the star review average and just take everyone else's word for it based on there past experiences. Heath and David at the front expressed concern and tried to see about what was taking so long. Also let me know it usually takes 45 min. . I understand we're under new situations such as COVID-19. But, main focus should be to get people in and out; example my employer is still open for business and that is our main concern. read more

Brought my car in on Saturday around 10AM for a nail or screw in my rear passenger side tire. Left my car there and it wasn't ready until around 4PM, but I had to call around 2:30 and was advised that it should be ready by 4. They patched my tire but this AM my pressure was down to 31psi. I thought that maybe they didn't refill my tire to it's required 36psi so I went to gas station to fill to 36psi. It is now 8PM and I went back out to check the tire pressure and it was down to 33psi. So had to go to gas station to fill tire back to psi. Looks like they didn't do a thorough job on Saturday or they missed something on the tire. Considering my car was there for 6 hours on Saturday you would think they would get it right. Now I have to waste my time and go back there tomorrow AM to have them double check their work or the tire. Hopefully this time I don't have to leave my car again for 6 hours considering they were to fix it the first time on a Saturday. Ricky read more

Dont not go here. PERIOD. You have been warned. I've had my dealings with this place. I had them do some work that I just didnt have the time to do because of my work schedule. Big mistake. I had to take the vehicle back to them twice for them to "Try" to fix what they had done and it STILL wasn't right. They also neglected to tighten up some things that caused major leakage. Finally I gave up and fixed the problem myself. Of course I still have to pay them for their shoddy work. Again, you have been warned. I only wish I could give no stars @ all. read more

My rental car had a flat as I was about to drive out of town, and another place close by said it would be 3-4 hours before they could get to me but put enough air in so I could get somewhere. I called this place before heading back to Enterprise and they said they could get me right in. Unfortunately that tire had sidewall damage and already a couple of plugs so it wasn't something I could fix on a rental. These guys were very professional and did not charge for checking it out, did get me going again so I could go get another rental. read more

My husband had called this morning and scheduled an appt for 3pm to have his work truck serviced. For a tire to be patched and oil change. He called to follow up around 5pm and gave them a description of his truck. They said they would call him either way. They close at 7pm and my husband HAD to have his truck back before closing, because he has to work in the morning. He call around 6pm and inquired and found out they hadn't even started on his truck. When I dropped him off, he went inside and they didn't even have him down for an appointment. The excuse he was given was that "whatever lady answered the phone earlier.. shouldn't have". So unprofessional. So while he could have used valuable time today to work, his truck sat unattended at the shop. We will definitely not ever be returning. Our business will be taken elsewhere. read more

I recently brought my car to Tire Kingdom #112 located on 1110 Malabar Road, Palm Bay, FL to have four tires replaced and an alignment completed. I have two complaints about the service I received. After the alignment was complete, my steering wheel pointed to the right while driving in a straight line. Whenever I straightened out my wheel, the vehicle would drift off to the left. I returned to have my vehicle alignment corrected and was told that it must be because the new control arms have not settled. After having another alignment performed, my steering wheel is now pointing left while driving in a straight line. Now, the vehicle drifts to the right when I straighten out the steering wheel. I'm not pleased that I have to make multiple trips to have an alignment completed. Another complaint that I have is that damage has occurred to my front bumper while the vehicle was in the possession of the Tire Kingdom employees. After carefully reviewing my home security footage, I confirmed that there was no damage on the front bumper the morning that I brought in my vehicle for service. The vehicle was brought in and left with the service writer at approximately 9:00 A.M., then I left the facility to go eat breakfast. After the vehicle was returned to me, the damage to my vehicle was never brought up or mentioned to me. After recognizing the damage on my car, I came back to the facility the to confront the service writer about the damages and was told to call back at a later time in the day. After placing a phone call to the store later in the day, I was told that I would be contacted at a later time. I received no return phone call from the facility and another day had passed. When I called the next day, I was told that the damage was documented on the work order by the mechanic. However, the damage was not brought to my attention and the damage was not there when I left my car in their possession the morning of 3/22/2019. The claims about the front bumper damage are inconsistent with my surveillance video. To pay for poor service and having my vehicle returned with damage is unacceptable. read more

Three hours!! just to replace 4 tires and this was after setting up an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait long. It took half an hour until they freed up a bay and one and a half hours to install the new tires. My regular tire store would have me in and out in less than a half hour but they were closed because it was a holiday so I made the mistake of trying this place. Then there was the added wasted time because they didn't replace the spare like I asked having me come back an hour later while they finished the job. When I returned, they were nice enough to point to where the spare was and let me do their job of placing it back in the car trunk. The Tire Kingdom on Palm Bay Rd is great but this place on Malabar, I would recommend avoiding at all cost. read more

This tire kingdom is full of liars and thieves they don't even deserve 1 star.my friend Susie was in there a few days ago to get a tire rotation she left to get a bite to eat while they did the work during her meal she got a phone call from Tire Kingdom and they explained that there were two Nails in car tire too close together for a repair job and she would need a new tire. having grown a little suspicious she declined and took her car elsewhere only to find out there were no Nails in her tire at all this is the tech way of earning commission by selling tires to a young woman that doesn't know anything about cars . I really don't like how the techs at Tire Kingdom in Malabar Florida take advantage of innocent women who only need to get their car fixed and and get on with their lives. read more

After purchasing tires there several times in the past, today I needed a valve stem changed, a two minute job. I limped in on a nearly flat tire, but was told by Dave the customer service man at the desk that they couldn't do it until 11:30 with an appointment. He said he couldn't pull anyone off of a job to do mine, though several mechanics came to the office during my 10 minutes there appearing to be at least temporarily idle. One young man in uniform sat at the bistro table eating a large sandwich and then stood behind the desk. How about some customer service training Tire Kingdom. One star seems generous. read more

I took my car 16 year old Honda in to have the AC worked on, tires rotated, and windshield wipers changed, and while they were inspecting it, they found a few problems. I was skeptical at first, but went ahead with the work. When I got home, my wife was upset about the work and said the steering wheel was shaking, so she went back to complain. They took the time to show us all the areas that were problematic and explained why the repairs were necessary and the cause of the shaking steering wheel (which wasn't their fault). They even had the parts that were bad for us to look at. They solved the problem of the steering wheel at not cost to us as well. I am very pleased with the work and customer service we received and I believe the repairs made the car safer for my wife to drive.
