I went and got my tire went to tire kingdom and within 7 mins it was fixed and loaded back in my vechicle and payment was refused the shock my hand and said no charge just remember we would love to be your tire guy. Zero stars is more accurate. We left a local baseball game at 4:20 last Saturday, only to discover a nail had left one of our tires nearly completely flat. We limped along to the closest tire shop, Tire Kingdom. Arrived at 4:30, they close at 5. Clearly not wanting to perform any more work for the day, they gave us some mumbo jumbo about the car not being under warranty or some such nonsense. Rather than waste time arguing, we scooted up the road to Discount Tires, where we received 5-star service and a patched tire, just at their closing time. Took my car in for a small job. Two tires to be mounted and an alignment, i told them the wheels were brand new and that i'd pay extra for them to take their time to prevent damage. They wrote it down on the paperwork and then took the car in to perform the service. I got the car back and they scratched and dented and gouged my wheels to the point that they need to replace them. The service manager himself, KEN was a decent guy and treated me well. But the MONKEY that damaged my wheels needs to get into demo work rather than car repair. He has no business working on other peoples things. I have reported this to the BBB, Tire Kingdom Customer Service and the service manager himself. What will happen is to be determined. read more

So I had an appointment set up that I had scheduled online, when I got there I was told that the tires that I ordered where not there and that when you make an appointment online the system doesn't always work. They told me that I could leave my car there and pick it up the next day and I said that was fine. A few minutes later I get a call saying that the tires won't be there till Saturday. My appointment was for Wednesday. If your system doesn't work for online scheduling, why is that an option? It clearly doesn't work. On top of that they tried to upsell me. Ended up going to Bay Town Tires, they had the tires I needed in stock and they were able to get me taken care of in about an hour. This is not the way business should be done. read more

I'm new to the area only been here a week. I always go to Tire kingdom back home so I found this shop near me with good reviews. I called and made a reservation (it's not mandatory to do) but I don't like being a walk in. Anyway I got Jesse on the phone. He was so pleasant and when I got to the shop with my car. He noticed right away my tire was about to have a blowout. I knew I needed tires soon but thought I had a little more time. I genuinely hate giving Tire Kingdom in Panama City my business. The tires are fine but they have the worst customer service. The first time I went they didn't have my tire in stock and said they'd order what I needed but did not want to make an appointment for when it was delivered in case the truck was late but they would call as soon as it was in. They did not call. I called and they said I could come in and it would be taken care of. When I arrived the person who told me that had left for the day, and the person who was still there said it would be a while to fit me in because I didn't make an appointment (which was not my choice). I got it fixed in a timely manner and moved on and just gave the benefit of the doubt. This time I called and said the tire I'd had replaced has a hole and I need it fixed. I was told sure we'll take care of it. I said okay, should I make an appointment, I was told "if I want to" I then asked okay when is available. I was told "it is up to me" I said okay can I come now. I was told "yes we have availability. I left my house and arrive 15-20 minutes after the call. I arrived and spoke with the same person I'd spoken with on the phone and was asked when I wanted to schedule to come in. Not only was driving to the place a complete waste of my time to make an appointment but I'm driving on a tire that needs air. Top it all off, to make the appointment I had to ask when they had available instead of just being offered times. you have the schedule, why do I need to guess when you're available? After talking to David Cooper the store Manager, he reassured me that it still is covered with the tire warranty. Money is still tight, all the help on things like this is a blessing. Purchased 4 tires, front brakes, and windshield wipers. All in for approximately $1,000. Arrived home and noticed one tire appeared low in air. In fact, it was so the next morning I added air. I contacted Tire Kingdom and made arrangements to bring the vehicle in and have the tire checked. They checked the tire and said it was leaking though it was not visible with the soapy water test. The service manager stated it was due to peeling chrome where the rubber connected with the wheel. I requested they exchange rims using the spare and they did. He then charged me &32.00 despite not catching the leak the first time and after paying $1,000 3 days earlier for products and services. For my truck, they have done full brakes, shocks & struts, set of tires (they had the ones I wanted in house) wheel bearings replaced, alignments and oil changes on my wife's jeep and my truck. They are always super busy, but I don't feel that I have ever had to wait excessively long for anything. Cody and Eric keep the front running professionally and tight, and every time I have had to speak directly with a mechanic about anything, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Do not come here. All we need was to get a SCREW OUT OF THE TIRE. All they have to do is remove the screw and patch a hole on the inside. THIS IS A TEN MINUTE JOB. We waited two hours.... for them to do nothing. It was a struggle to get the car back, with the screw still in the tire. read more

Our son has had a horrible experience with this business. His car was initially taken for a battery and tire issue. After the work was done it had to be brought back for further charging issues where we were advised the car had an alternator issue. A faulty repair was made to address the alternator issue for which it had to be brought back again. When the response was from Cody the manager "This guy is killing me" in reference to the tech that performed inproper repair. My son then traveled to Atlanta for the holidays broke down on the way back to Florida. We then had to get the car towed from the sode of the road in Abbeyville Al to this location. We were then advised that they felt damage was due to "impact". The car has never been in an accident. The issue is the faulty repair where the A/C compressor was not secured properly resulted in it falling and causing the damage that the business is blaming on "impact". We will be seeking further escalations until this issue is addressed to prevent others from having these bad experiences. read more
