I needed to get my tire changed and showed up to the tire kingdom at 2:10 today. They said they were busy which was understandable. However they did not even move my car from where I had parked it until I had already been there for a little over an hour. Once they finally put it into the garage the man that drove it in sat it the car for about 5 minutes until exiting lifting the car up and taking the spare tire off all in 3 minutes. It was amazing. Sadly, he did not keep up the pace for long. The tire sat on the floor for 30 more minutes until I asked the large bearded front desk man who said "I think they're working on it man" guess what! He goes and asks and comes back and tells me he forgot to tell them to do it. Then it takes a little longer and a tattooed man with black hair comes out and asks If im ready and he thought I was a different car at first and then pulls up my car and goes "oh your the impatient one I heard" and then I payed at 3:53 and left. So an hour and forty three minutes total and about 5-10 minutes of actual work done on my car. I will say atleast the tire is working well now. If I could give zero stars, I would. FRAUD ALERT I got new tires at Sam's Club and took my car to Tire Kingdom for an alignment. After a rushed, half-hearted explanation of what they supposedly did, I drove off--only to immediately notice the same vibration and a noticeable pull to the right. Clearly, nothing had been fixed. I went back to Tire Kingdom. They claimed the tires were the issue. * According to their own documentation, key alignment values were still out of spec. * I was told that part of the "adjustment" involved hitting the tire with a mallet--seriously? * The timestamps on both the "before" and "after" alignment measurements were identical. So what did they actually do? It's hard not to call that fraudulent. I ended up taking my car to the dealership (where I should've gone in the first place), and they did a real alignment--problem solved. I called Tire Kingdom to explain everything. Mark said he'd issue a refund. But here's the kicker: not one person--over the phone or in person--apologized. Not even a "sorry for the trouble." No accountability. No ownership. Just a refund and an attitude like I was an inconvenience for calling them out. They wasted my entire weekend and caused a ton of unnecessary stress. I'm furious. This company is a joke, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you care about your car--or your time--go somewhere else. read more

I had visited one store that no longer carried the one I was needing and I called three others before finding one that carried the one I needed and gad it in stock. Tire Kingdom saved the day. I have been a Tire Kingdom customer for many years. It's the first place I think of when I'm having an issue with my car. Somehow, one of the bolt that holds my rear brake pad, was coming out. I left my car over night, because it was at the end of the day. The next day I was told I needed front and rear rotors, because they were "shot!" (Which I knew I didn't need) and It would cost $260. Then, after my Son-in-law was added to the call, the price dropped to $150 to just fix the brake with the issue. The cost of the part was about $60, the rest was for labor. The part I needed was $19, which I purchased myself. I asked how much would they charge me to install the one bolt... I was told $82! Ridiculous!! I went literally across the street to Quick Lane (they were packed with cars in the bays and the lot) they fixed it, replacing both bolts in about an hour and charged me $32! I no longer trust the people at Tire Kingdom. Recommending unnecessary repairs, and over pricing on a simple repair is un ethical. read more

I unfortunately had a flat tire on a Saturday and couldn't make it to the dealership to fix. Tire Kingdom was luckily close and had the tire in stock. They told me the price, and I agreed to the charge. Once they went to change the tire, they stopped since there was a wheel lock, and I didn't have the key. I was told it would take longer since they will needed someone with experience to remove it. I let them know I could come back on Sunday, and they said it would be ready tomorrow. Fast forward to Sunday, I called to see if my car was ready and I was now told that it would cost $75 more to have someone remove the lock and replace the tire. I stopped going to places like Tire Kingdom because there's always an additional cost and story to go with it. If I was told about the additional cost originally, I would have been ok. read more

My husband took his car her this morning for an oil change. I didn't even realize that they were located on Gunn Highway! The new location is very clean and very easy to get in and out. The parking lot is easy to park as well. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. Dropped the car off and just a few hours later it was ready for pickup. read more

They really don t know what they are doing, sold me the wrong tires, fortunately my dealer fixed it... I thought they are specialists for tires, not so much.... I was asked by customer service to come back, when I did I was told I have to come back in an hour because there is nobody in charge right now. After all of these years having my cars serviced at these types of big name auto shops, I'm still annoyed and frustrated that they employ the same, tired tactics. First of all, NEVER ever replace your power steering fluid and NEVER ever flush your transmission fluid (unless there is an actual problem). GOOGLE THIS. Inform yourselves. And don't let any place like this try to pitch to you unnecessary and potentially harmful services. Second, a trend nowadays is to offer "online appointments." Quite frankly, there is no such thing as an appointment in the auto shop world. Anywhere. Period. You're at their mercy. Whenever their "technicians" feel like bringing your car in is basically "the appointment." My "appointment was scheduled online at 1pm on a Saturday. This particular day and time was moderately busy. They had just freed up a bay and told me I would be next. An oil change does not take an hour to do, unless you're simultaneously playing angry birds. Lastly, the front desk staff is super nice and accommodating. But that's the pitch. And the waiting room is super nice. That's another pitch. In this day and age, it's all about "shininess" and "newness," but when it's all said and done, businesses like these are still employing age-old and arguably unethical tactics to draw in business and make your wallet emptier. Always remember that a smile won't save you money. And always remember it's YOUR hard-earned money! read more

The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't leave it empty! I am getting a set of tires replaced and had a 3pm appointment which was supposed to be a 3-3:30 appointment. Now at 5pm, 2 hours past the appointment time, my son's car is still in the front of the building where I left it .......untouched. The employees have an oh well attitude and don't seem to be in a hurry to get it done and are complaining about not having taken a lunch (unprofessional) I will NEVER book another appointment for any tire kingdom again no matter how good the deal. I was a long term customer (years) at Tire Kingdom on Gunn Highway in Citrus Park, I even called Customer Service and made a good report many years ago. However now I would not recommend this location or the location on Fowler avenue where their Master Mechanic works to anyone unless it's simple work. My recent experiences in 2018 include, faulty work, installing low grade parts, doing work that was not necessary, installing parts without approval, poor Customer Service support, misdiagnosing a problem, practicing repairs and more. I honestly spent almost $1,000 on a single problem that Tire Kingdom addressed many times over without resolve. Still to this day my brakes are bad and light is on, I even lost parts that were not put on securely. I called Customer Service and worked with three different employees over a couple months explaining my concerns/issues over and over again. District Manager who did not once call me supposedly approved my repairs and sent me to their Master Mechanic at their Fowler Ave Store who from what I understood said my brake problem was due to loose steering (i.e. I would step on the brake peddle and car would pull to the right). My experience after Master Mechanic looked at my car: After getting my car back I decided to try and make a good gesture thinking the problem was fixed and took my truck in for an oil change, I apologized to the Store Manager for calling Customer Service. Right after I did this my car had the same issues a few days later. I called Customer Service and found that the person who had approved repairing my car's recurring problem was no longer with the company. This meant I had to re-explain my frustration and problems/issues to another person. HER QUOTE WAS "we did the work you paid for so there may be additional cost" even though I explained to her all the work Tire Kingdom had been doing that did not fix anything and charged me for work I did not ask for or approve. My hopes are that if you have read this far you will know Tire Kingdom is great at simple repairs, oil changes and Tire issues. But please don't turn to them for mechanic work or tougher issues as things may not go as you plan, it may cost you lots of money and you may get poor Customer Service support from their hotline. Save your receipts and paperwork as I have, you may need it incase you need to file with the BBC or contact consumer lawyer. Bruce S. read more

So about two months ago I bought the alignment policy with this store, and I also bought a brand new tire. This morning I woke up to a giant bubble in the tire that they gave me, I assume it is from running over a rock. Earlier in the day I had the tire replaced at a shop near, but went To this Tire Kingdom so they could align my car. First they tell me that I have a strut bent, and that something is leaking (even though I just had a new tire put on 30min earlier and they also made sure the tires were rotated the way they should be, and found nothing wrong with anything else.) To turn a short story long, I brought it back to the original place and there is nothing wrong like they said and on top of that, the Tire Kingdom did not even do my alignment because I did not do the repairs they wanted and did not tell me. I found out when I got here and read over the first page that they skipped when they were giving it to me to sign. to Top it off, Victor was cracking jokes about my driving the whole time. At one point he even said I shouldn't even be driving a car, and I have used this place less then 5 times. Will NEVER use this place again. read more

So when you buy a brand new tire that slowly loses air and bring it back twice and they still can't fix it, that's incompetence. Add to that the "not our problem" don't give a sh*t counter attitude, that's downright ridiculous. They actually said the tire could not be defective because they don't sell defective tires! Oh, but they do overinflate your tires to make up the difference. Your safety is your problem. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of other tire places outside the "kingdom". I truly can't imagine a bad review out of this store. The guy talking about shocks must be stoned...there is not a dealer in town that will replace two rear shocks on ANY car for $115 installed. Should really present that estimate to the manager before thrashing them on social media. Sounds like the store recommended a service, it was approved by his wife, and completed properly. Worst experience I've ever had. If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Knew better than to trust these people since they caused my friend's engine to fail last year but how bad could they screw up an alignment? I installed new aftermarket suspension, inner and outer tie rod, and camber kit. Needed an align and they were the closest shop that said they could do it when I called. Got there in the morning and a guy meet me in the front looking like he's at the most miserable job he's ever been to. Said they could do the work correcting the toe and setting camber whatever I want, except had to me whole degree cambers. Seemed odd to me but I said fine. Left the car there for an hour and the guy calls me back and said it's too far out, they couldn't do it as they didn't want to have to break loose the outer tie rod from the strut. Thought it was odd cause I know I counted the turns when I put it in that everything matched what was originally there. Went to pick it up to be treated my the same miserable person who didn't even want to talk about my car this time except for saying they don't want to touch it. Drove it come to realize the alignment ways a lot worse than when I brought it there, almost undeliverable. Started to look around and realized they loosened everything to do the alignment but didn't tighten it back up, reason why my whole car shifted when I went over a bump! I re-aligned everything by eye balling it so I can get it to a Lexus dealership for a friend to do a proper alignment. They did the alignment without any issues and didn't even need to remove the outer tie rod from the strut to do so. Don't go to these guys. They're miserable people who hate their job and will pretend to fix your car just so you can break down again! read more

These guys really took care of my 2004 Honda Accord. I got all kinds of work done including new shocks and struts, tires, oil change and cabin filter. It was done the same day for a pretty reasonable price. The car is riding like new. I had to take it back because the sway bar was loose but they threw my car up on the rack and fixed it in 5 minutes for no charge even though they were super busy. Try them out, but I would recommend an appointment on the weekend if you want to wait while they work. read more

Went in for an oil change. I was in a hurry and told them so when I went in. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. Oil change was $25 for conventional change with valvoline. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Decent waiting area with a tv and soda machine. Free coffee from Kuerig machine. This place is pretty new to area. Today my wife brought her car back to Tire Kingdom to have them look at her tire because she was experiencing road noise. The person who answered the phone was Orlando Ortiz. This guy met her at the front counter and right from the start had an attitude as if she was trying to steal money out of his pocket. He was very rude and condescending. That's too many syllables for him to comprehend, I'm sure. I've taken photos of the tire and she asked simply if these tires she purchased from them are defective. He briskly walked to the car, took a quick glance and said the tire is worn. He went on to say it's because she hasn't rotated her tires. I am a service manager and have been in the business for over 30 years. After just having the same exact issue on the other front tire, I would have to say that there is something going on with these tires. In fact, if you came to my dealership, we would probably not hesitate to replace the tire for free. Regardless if it were a tire manufacture issue or not. This person "Orlando Ortiz" has no business being a representative for any company meeting with customers. He was rude with my wife, and another female customer as well. He was on the phone ignoring her and while on the phone speaking to his buddies, he complained how "he has 5 people in his face, so he has to hang up". That is a person, no matter how bad their day is going should never be allowed to speak to customers. He implied she was trying to get a free tire from them and sarcastically said "I'm not giving you a free tire". Then after making her wait, told her he would do her a "favor by installing her donut tire". While installing the tire, another mechanic came and told her the tire had low pressure and she should check the tire. She replied by saying that she was just there two weeks ago and no one there said anything about that. Let me point something out. As a trained technician and service manager, every vehicle in my dealership before it leaves, always gets a "FREE AIR INSPECTION". WHY!!!! Because it takes 2 minutes to check and adjust air pressure. It is our job "the trained technician" to alert customers with current and possible upcoming issues to keep the customers safe on the road and to remind them of any service or issues that need to be addressed. This person Orlando Ortiz would not last two days in my dealership with an attitude like his. He was extremely confrontational, condescending and rude. He has no business addressing any customers and is a very poor choice on the service manager part to place someone like this to represent the company when he is unavailable. He would not listen or empathize or address my wife, who has been a loyal customer with any professionalism what so ever. I truly doubt he even understands what that means. I plan to speak with the manager of this store, the regional manager and anyone else including the tire manufacture regarding the issue with the tire. However, the store owner, service manager needs to really address this issue with the person. If he were an employee of mine, he would be fired. read more
