He answered the phone immediately, understood exactly what we needed, and was at our campsite in about an hour and a half. He came prepared, inspected the situation, and replaced both tires right there at our site. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the convenience, the urgency of our situation, and the fact that he came directly to us. What impressed us most was his professionalism and reliability. When you're stranded with a camper, every hour feels like a day. He did exactly what he said he would do, showed up when he said he would, and got us back on the road safely with zero drama. If you're in the Binghamton or Conklin area and need mobile tire service, especially if you're towing an RV, camper, trailer, or boat, don't waste time calling around. Call Wilson's first. I called 2 hours later and was told they were just burning the car in and it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived 1 hour later to find the car was in the same place we parked it. I arrived on time, and my vehicle was taken in immediately. About 30 minutes later, they informed me that the tire rotation was complete and that my tire tread depth and brakes looked good. However, they then told me it would be another 45 minutes before they could perform my alignment check because they needed to do a four-wheel alignment on a truck that had just received new tires. It felt like they were trying to avoid honoring the alignment check that was included in the service package I had already purchased. When I politely asked why they had scheduled my alignment appointment at the same time as another alignment, the manager became defensive, argumentative, and disrespectful. Instead of apologizing for the delay or explaining the situation professionally, he compared it to waiting at a doctor's office and even asked me how long I had been in the car business. That completely missed the point. This wasn't about the automotive business--it was about professionalism, honoring appointments, and providing good customer service. I decided to leave rather than continue the discussion. While waiting for my ride, I spoke with the owner of the truck that was ahead of me. They told me they only had an appointment for new tires--not an alignment. They were upsold the alignment after arriving, and it appears my scheduled appointment was pushed aside in favor of the additional sale. I've been a loyal customer for years and have trusted Big E Tire with four different vehicles for tires, alignments, tire rotations, oil changes, and inspections. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. Mistakes and delays happen, but the way customers are treated is what matters. They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up).

And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). Corporate Goodyear offers 25 cents to the dollar refund after this local store committed fraud refused to have pay full price to fix it right they want us to use used parts to save them money after they admitted what they did was wrong. Not my problem.

Three days later, the same tire has a ,AJOR leak, down 8 psi in 3 days! so not only did they either not patch the tire or patched the wrong spot but they made the problem much worse! This is supposed to be a company that specializes in tires, and they can't get a simple repair right? in 90 minutes? Completely dissatisfied, and I would recommend ANY other tire store before Mabis.
