It's a small shop with minimal waiting room so if your car is going to take more than 45 minutes - you might consider waiting at a coffee shop or something. I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

Dave Ingram was excellent to work with throughout, knowledgeable, responsive, and straight to the point in the best way. When I finally selected my new EV SUV, he was able to arrange for the perfect one to be transported in from an out-of-state dealership. He made the process feel easy without ever overdoing it or adding pressure. After delivery, we noticed a minor cosmetic factory issue, and Dave quickly stepped in and took care of it for us with minimal hassle. It was fixed in about a half hour while I waited. Overall, it was a smooth, low-stress experience with great follow-through both before and after the sale. I'd confidently recommend both Dave Ingram and the dealership to anyone looking at a Cadillac or making the jump to an EV.

I shop for the best available vehicles and at the best price. The Team at Luther Cadillac far exceeded my experiences with past dealerships. This was the first time my complete shopping experience was conducted over the phone, email, FaceTime, and mail. The vehicle arrived today and its is exactly as described. The interior is spotless and no unmentioned discrepancies on the exterior. I will continue to shop their website and I recommend you do the same. If you live nearby you have to make Luther Cadillac a must when shopping for a new or used Cadillac and for any other make vehicles they have in their inventory. Fairway Collision Center is…read moreright down the street from my apartment, and had really good reviews when I looked up a place to bring my car in for repairs. Zach and Dustin are great! They both kept in touch with me throughout the 9 days that they had my car, and even CC'd me in email threads from the insurance company. Fixed it right up, and it looks brand new again! Even did a nice detail clean on the inside. I highly recommend this business, and I would definitely bring my car back for repairs if needed. I appreciate you guys!

    We took our car in for repairs after an accident and worked with Brian. Our Insurance set up the…read moreoriginal repairs and we required a rental car, and confirmed with Brian. When we got there, Brian had not made the appointment. We had to reschedule everything and return the rental car. Weeks later the outer body repair was complete, which was done well. However, when we picked up the car, it died shortly after, requiring towing. We were then told that the battery needed to be replaced. The battery died again within the year and needed replacement yet again. When we picked up the car, we also noticed a missing piece on the interior gear shift. Brian did not know how the piece was lost and that they needed to order it. We were later told that the piece was found and they would mail it to us. We had waited a few months and had not received it. They now stated that they had to order it and it had been mailed, but could not give the information of what address it was sent to or what date, they had no way of looking this up. We asked for it to be reordered and Brian told us "I can't justify reordering the piece and it is lost in the mail". We could not believe that they felt that it was ok to return the car with a missing piece and expected us to pay for their mistake. We will never be using their service again and are extremely disappointed. It is unfortunate as our family has been using their service for over 20 years. But there is no costumer care or respect.

His insurance gave…read moreme their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars.
