But during the tire pressure inspection, they broke off a valve stem, causing the tire to go flat. Then they tried to remove the tire to get it fixed and stripped a lug nut. So I had to request roadside service to get a tow to a place to get the tire fixed. They assumed no responsibility in any of what happened, other than comping me on the oil change. So I ended up with $252 of repairs. So be weary of any damage they do to your vehicle, because they likely will deflect blame when it's clearly their fault.

The only entrance is off southbound White Bear, and if you miss it, good luck turning around. Once you finally get in, it's not clear where customers are supposed to go. There are doors that look like public entrances, but one leads straight into the oil change bay, and the other is locked. You can see an office through the window, but there's no way to actually talk to anyone about pricing. There are no signs, no banners, and no posted prices anywhere. I drove around the back, which is so narrow that it's nearly impossible for a truck to maneuver, and ended up stuck in line with no idea what anything costs. Eventually, a worker walked up and said, "Can I help you?" I asked for the price of a full synthetic oil change. He said, "I don't really know right now." I told him I wasn't waiting through six cars and 45 minutes just to find out the price. He guessed it was "about $110 before tax," but even then wasn't sure.
