I needed a wheel to use as a spare for my car. I plugged in the car model/make/year info, and chose the cheapest thing they had, which didn't fit the tire I had. I needed to replace two tires on a Toyota Corolla. I checked my paperwork from the dealership which I saved in a file. The paperwork identified the car as a Model LE. So I plugged the values into Tire Rack's system and ordered replacement tires. In Massachusetts, as probably with most of the rest of the country, our dealerships are expensive, untrustworthy and generally such a hassle and so difficult alternatives are attractive. The tires were sent directly to our local service station which we trust. Unfortunately, the tires were the wrong size. The same model was was listed on multiple pieces of the dealership paperwork which was wrong. The correct tire sizes are listed on the driver side door jam. Checking the car door jam should be mandatory and would helped in this situation. My wife and I had exchanged cars. Her schedule is more flexible than my schedule, so she took the car into the shop and the problem impacted her as well. Plus the service station lost time over the issue. I scanned and sent several pages from the dealership paperwork, and explained what happened. Either way, I had to return the tires. The problem with the paperwork was not Tire Rack's fault, and they did not have to do anything. But the company was not only understanding, but took care of the shipping issues and got the correct tires to the service station. From Tire Rack, I received help from Tamara, Lynne and Katrina S. I have always had a good experience until they stopped offering the usual brand tire I purchased causing me to get a new brand. I have had 2 flats while driving on the highway due to the new brand's defective tires. The tires actually disintegrated into rubber powder near the bead. They replaced the first one, but are refusing the second. My safety was at risk due to these tires! I bought wheels and tires for my wifes car here. It had a vibration so I took it to a very reputable frame and alignment shop. During the process they checked the wheel/tires for vibration and found one of the wheels slightly out of round. I then took the car to the VW dealer to have it looked at further, they also found the same wheel out of round without me telling the anything about the other shop. I called in and spoke to customer service and the lady treated me like a child. I explained the problem to her. She wanted me to take the car to yet another shop and pay them to separate the wheel and tire so they could test the wheel by itself. I asked if I could just send the wheel and tire back so they could check it out. She said that was not an option as the wheel and tire had been driven on. Of course it has, how else would I know there was a problem? Unfortunately this goes to show why it is better to support local wheel and tire shops. I will never spend another dollar with Tire Rack, and I suggest others look around locally before doing so as well. Customer service goes a long ways, and treating customers like crap after they have spent thousands with you is not my idea of a place I would like to spend my money. ***********Update***********12/1/16*********** Ok, so Tire Rack has stepped up and sent another wheel. They called and emailed me to make sure I was ok with that and if I wanted other tires if the wait became too long. The tires came in 2 weeks later and were shipped right away. RUN RUN RUN if you can find another tire source I'd HIGHLY encourage you to find one. Tire Rack has the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been awaiting for them to send. uPS driver to pick up my tires for over one week! Yes one week! I've called every day asking why the tires aren't being picked up by UPS and they give the same excuse everyday, "ma'am they'll be picking up the tires tomorrow"... one rep response was " if you speak with a supervisor you won't get anymore feedback from them than you're getting from me" AND, I've also written the customer service online still I'm waiting! I've told anyone that'll listen to me not to deal with them. Today I sent in an inquiry to the EyeTaem Channel 5 News Team and hopefully they'll open an investigation. Miles, the Store GM from the South Bend Location was extremely helpful when I selected new tires. His product knowledge was extensive and he helped me find a new set for my summers. We ended up having a problem with my oem wheels which were bent and he was able to get me on the road about an hour later. I had a few issues with the quality of work and the presentation of the new wheels I ended up purchasing, so I contacted Miles again. I ordered 4 new tires, had them delivered, installed and 5 days later a bubble formed on the side of the tire. I called tire rack, thy said to make a claim, I called claims and they are the road hazard people, since the tire has a defect, they wont cover it, tire rack wont replace it, i'm stuck with a $204.71 tire and whatever delivery fee was. Do not order from them, the customer service is horrible, they wont pay for the tire installment, nothing... You are on your own if you order from there. If you do have a problem, you will need to buy your tire again, and then wait for them to reimburse you. so your vehicle is down until all that happens. So be warned, you do not want to do business there. Of course, when you call, they are experiencing higher than normal call volume and it takes a long time to wait on the phone... then when they do answer, its all bad news.... Outstanding experience using their installation services. I ordered a set of4 tires using their online service. Had them set to be installed at the Tire Rack shop just off off I80 near South Bend. Ordered them on Monday had them installed on Tuesday. In and out in 37 minutes. Nice waiting room, courteous staff great experience. Not to mention that there are no shipping charges so it would be worth a reasonable drive to get there. I did find the web site a bit confusing regarding the right process to get them installed there, but an email exchange quickly fixed that. Great price, selection and enhanced warranty. read more

These folks make it impossible to return an unused product. Bought what they stated were the correct brake pads for a 2010 Mini Cooper S Convertible. Installer advised that they were too big, when I requested permission to return all I got was the run around. Send us the VIN (which I did) pictures of old pads which were thrown away before I got back to the installer, request for measurements etc. It was a simple request, may I return a set of unused brake pads in the original box. Seems like a simple request, not needing an act of congress. Never again will I deal with them and caution everyone else to be careful. read more

I have never written a bad review for any company, but my dealings with Tire Rack have been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a pre-mounted & balanced wheel/tire pack package for a brand new car. When the wheels arrived, I had them put on by a local Firestone tire shop. Immediately, I had a vibration, and thought one must be out of balance. I returned to the shop and had them checked and rebalanced. It did not fix the vibration, or wobble, in the wheel. The next week, I went to another shop to have them checked. Four tire shops later, and after a decent amount of time, it kept getting worse... and the tire was developing irregular tread wear. At first, we thought the actual tire was causing the issue, so I contacted Tire Rack for their recommendations. They requested multiple things, including pictures and tread depth measurements. I provided the requested materials, which resulted in no further help. Finally, one shop (Walmart) called me out to watch the wheel as it rotated on the balancing machine, showing me that there was a bend in the wheel... which was the reason for the wobble/vibration FROM DAY ONE. They explained that this was the reason the tire was wearing "choppy." The shop recommended not rotating it, leaving it on the rear of the car. I had already been in contact with Tire Rack, trying to get all the tests done that they requested, as three previous shops had expressed concern with the tire/wheel. I felt like Tire Rack was giving me the runaround, as I tried to accommodate all of their requests... regardless of my extremely busy schedule. I ended up spending more money trying to get the wheel/tire checked out than I would have just repurchasing a new one in the first place. Eventually the representative at Tire Rack stopped responding to my calls and emails, after I completed the last requested tests (bare rim runout). I got through to Tire Rack on social media.. and got a new representative, for them to only ask for more info., and more testing. Long story short, I purchased a new wheel because the tire had a blowout due to the bouncing on the highway, from the bent wheel. I purchased another wheel in advance, and shipped the wheel back to Tire Rack for inspection, so I could get a refund. I receive the email today that Tire Rack will not warranty the wheel because it was "bent from impact." I ordered them pre-mounted, and it was out-of-round (bent) on the inner barrel toward the inner rim. This part of the wheel is covered by the tire! I also took plenty of pictures and videos of the wheel rotating of the balancing machine.. for proof that there had been no impact to the wheel. There were absolutely paint chips, scratches, scuffs, abrasions, or anything of the sort. I have multiple vehicles, and this is not an issue of trying to get something for free. The company shipped me a bad product and would not stand behind it. I will now post this review to social media, as I have spent twice the amount that it would've have just buying a new wheel and eating it in the first place. Will never purchase from Tire Rack again, and would not recommend! *Tire Rack representative called me back, and knows from sitting in her office that there is no possible way that tire rack sent out a wheel with any kind of defect. "I could have hit a pothole, and bent a rim, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot from having them put on the car." "I should have been an "ADULT" and assumed the bent rim was the issue, and filed an immediate complaint, rather than not knowing that much about wheels and tires, and thinking that it was a balancing issue... BEWARE trusting YOUR MONEY with the Tire Rack and their incompetent staff! I ordered $2500 worth of wheels and tires in September 2017 and used 4 Visa Gift Cards I had purchased for $500 each specifically to "pay" for the special order, the balance to be paid by my debit card. I was led to believe when I placed the the order that this was a done deal and that the merchandise would be in stock in about 3 months- a DONE DEAL. Then, to my surprise, I was notified in November 2017 that the items were in stock and that they were having an issue authorizing 3 of the 4 cards for payment. Huh? BIG PROBLEM here: I was led to believe that the cards were authorized when I placed the order- DONE DEAL- and all I had to do is wait. WRONG!!! They told me AFTER THE FACT that they had done a "Pre Auth" on the 4 cards- whatever that means- nothing, I guess- and that the onus was now ON ME to trace the Payment Center who actually authorizes the cards! You're kidding me, right? WTF!??? The cards had been destroyed by me because I was led to believe it was a DONE DEAL! Thanks Charles! They were kind enough to give me the card numbers so I could have at it- thank you so much cause it was the LEAST they could do- and that's exactly what they did! BOTTOM LINE: After hours of me trying to find the Payment Center information- VISA and US Bank were no help even though they supposedly backed the cards- Tire Rack staff basically told me TOO BAD-SO SAD you're SOL! Tire Rack never offered me any type of discount to go forward or suggested ANY type of win-win resolution. Ah, what the hell though, eh?- it's only $2000! Merry Christmas! Two an a half hour wait to install two (2) new tires? After ordering two Goodyear Wrangler M/T (off-road tires) for my '98 Range Rover and making a 3:00 pm appointment for installation, I arrived at the SouthBand, Indiana TireRack warehouse location. I actually arrived at the front desk at 2:34, to take care of the paper work, so that I'd be ready for my "3:00 appointment." While waiting for an available cashier agent at the front desk, I had a few minutes to observe the personality-less front desk agents' drone through their voice commands to the customer they were attending, while barely looking up from their computer screen; "Name?", "Vehicle?", etc. This crew's enthusiasm and customer service acumen one would expect at the DMV office - but these miserable souls seemed to have a the burdens of the world on their shoulders and had little reservation about letting everyone feel it. Does this company offer any sales training? You sure wouldn't know it. This is my third tire installation at this location, over about a 4 year period. The bad attitude and attitude-laden service has gotten worse each time. Upon arriving in the customer waiting area, which is unattended by any TireRack personnel, and one would suspect, intentionally placed 50 feet away and behind a wall fro the front service desk (don't want to make it any easier for those pesky customers to ask their pesky questions), I settled in to wait my turn. As is Tire Rack's practice; My car was promptly pulled into the garage bay shortly after my appointment time of 3:00, and my two (2) old tires were removed from the vehicle. But this practice, be warned, is apparently just to keep you from driving off in disgust after waiting for hours. My car then sat for the next two hours, in clear view, with nothing done to it . Nothing. For over two hours. The place wasn't crowded . There were 4 more shop personnel on the garage floor than there were cars in the bay - yet the second stage of their assembly one process, where a second service person mounts and balances the tires before they are remounted to the car took over two hours. This stage is a 15 minute process for two tires - tops. I finally escaped the place at 5:22, nearly three hours after my arriving for my appointment. There was no apology, no updates, no "sorry we're a bit slow today." Nothing. And to add insult to injury; their service manager at the SouthBend warehouse location has to be the the most sullen, gruff, and humorless characters I've ever encountered, suddenly announced; "I won't put your new tires on the front." ( note the 'I' won't) "I'm not following you...what's the problem with putting the new tires on the front?" I responded. "They're more than 3 mm difference in tread depth between the new tires and the old tires." I then asked, "So the newer tires, which one would assume would be safer - wouldn't be better placed at the front?" (Keep in mind the 'old tires' are the same make, model, were purchased at Tire Rack 6 months earlier and had less than 5,000 miles on them) "No" I was told; "The thinner tread depth on the rear might cause the rear end to hydroplane first and cause an oversteer condition." As a hobbyist race car driver, this ridiculous assertion was so blatantly skewed as to be laughable. We're talking about an off road M/T tire with inch deep tread lugs. I decided, based on the service manager's aggressive attitude and offensive style of delivery ("I won't") - that this was not a battle worth fighting, so I said; "No problem, I'll just swap them to the front when I get home." Now here's the real kicker. This smug, jerk couldn't let it go at that. He had to assert himself again. He responded; "I don't care what you do once you leave here." Now... THAT'S some customer service, and client safety spirit - hunh?! Unbelievable! And, get this; Ten minutes later, the same service manager walks into the customer waiting area and announce to a guy sitting next to me that; "You've got a lug nut that's cross threaded and we can't get your wheel off. We can cut it off, but we don't install wheel lugs here. You'll have to drive on 4 lugs instead of 5." So, the Tire Rack Service Manager who was not willing to mount my barely different, giant-lugged off road tires on a 5000lb truck because of his concerns about 'hydro-planing', was perfectly OK with sending someone on their way with 4 out of 5 lug nuts holding their wheel on? Guess he wouldn't have made a sale otherwise? The inconsistency is just baffling. TireRack has lost my business. I own 6 vehicles (I'm a restorationist and car racing hobbyist), and purchase tires multiple times per year. The abuse you'l deal with at this place is beyond excusable. The discussions in the waiting room were peppered with irate reports from each of the 6 or 8 people in the waiting room about how shocked they were at how they'd been misled about the wait time. Find an independent that treats you like a valued customer. read more

The buying process is straightforward although I found that their pricing is not better than buying direct from a tire dealer such as Tires Plus. I purchased tires and decided to use one of their "preferred installers" due to proximity to my home. That was an awful mistake. The installer was awful, to the extent that I decided not to work with them. I called Tire Rack to see if they would transfer my tires to another installer after explaining the problems I was having with them (no equipment to install 20 inch tires, busy, no openings, etc.) and Tire Rack basically told me that I was screwed. I would have to pick up my tires and take them somewhere else. Now, that is what I call customer service! My advice is to use Tire Rack to check availability and pricing of your tires, find a reputable installer, get a quote including installation, and make sure the installer tells you what they are charging for the tires. They will all meet Tire Rack's pricing, you will get notification when they receive your tires, an appointment, and you are good to go. Tire Rack brings no value to the equation whatsoever unless they are the only company that can source your specific tire. read more

I ordered rims and tires on Monday morning. The rims and tires arrived the next morning (I don't know how they did that!) I had had them installed that afternoon. They look great on my car (2013 VW Tiguan). I'm a repeat customer of Tire Rack. I don't buy tires or rims anywhere else. I still shop around but the fact is- Tire Rack has the best prices and the best customer service. This time, I wanted to buy smaller rims and tires for my Tiggy. The 19 inch low profile OEM tires made the ride unbearable for me. Every bump was exaggerated, bone jarring. I spoke with Ben at Tire Rack and he said smaller rims and higher profile tires would help absorb the bumps. I picked out sporty rims. Ben helped me pick an all season tire, mounted and balanced. Easy peezy... By the way, new OEM 19 inch tires-$1100. New rims and tires-$1085. How can you beat that. And Ben was right about the ride. The Tiggy is a different car. It rides quieter and smoother. Horrible experience. Ordered 4 winter tires. Got a call the next day that they were out of stock even though it was still shown in stock online. No problem. I ordered more expensive tires and was guaranteed to have them 1/5/18. Called the store I had them delivered to and found out no tires had arrived. By 1/7/18, 2 of the four tires had arrived. Hmmm, where were the other tires I wondered. Called my original sales rep Andrew, got transferred to Elaina. Elaina assured me that she would get with UPS and figure out where they were. She also gave me the correct tracking numbers since the first ones Andrew gave me did not work. I was assured that if no tires were in that day, she would send out a replacement order to get them to me by 1/11/18. Here it is 1/12/18 and the last 2 tires have not arrived. I called Elaina who told me she forgot to send out my replacements but could get them out today and have them to me by 1/15/18. A full 10 days after the original promised date. Mind you, no one ever followed up with me, I did all the follow ups. I would probably still be sitting here waiting for tires in a week if I didn't keep calling everyone. I opted to cancel my full order and purchase them from another business. I was told when I called back to cancel my order that I would have to wait for my refund until they get all the tires back. Wait, what? I NEVER HAD THE TIRES!!! 2 are sitting in a car shop waiting to be installed, and the other 2 UPS lost them according to what tire rack is telling me. So now I have to wait for UPS to find them to get my refund. Wow. I have no words for this terrible policy. I will never be a customer here. I will never recommend tire rack to anyone. read more

Tire rack has a very, very easy to use website and system to get you a set of tires quick and cheap. It took me less than 5 minutes to have a new set on my way to a local installer at a predetermined price so I don't get ripped off (tire guys are notoriously seedy). My local installer didn't care one iota that I bought them online and he said they see them weekly from Tirerack.com. I did have a problem with the first set of tires and Tirerack made the swap very, very easy to get me on the road quickly (they arranged pickup and new delivery a day later). They provided the solution and since it was their error, fully reimbursed me for the first set. I will now recommend them to friends and others as a result and they have earned a lifetime customer for doing the right thing. So for this time, its 4 stars and next time will be 5! read more

Ordered brake rotors two days ago that had a ship date of 3/23. Well today I received a call that stated the rotors would not ship until 5/4. Needless to say I chatted with a rep to cancel my order as I do not have that long to wait. In the future, do not list parts as available and shipping soon if you do not have them in stock. Also, your chat specialist should really be trained on proper customer service. He stated to me that the website says they wouldn't ship until 5/4 anyways and I shouldn't have ordered then...however, what he apparently failed to realize is that when I placed my order (AND according to my invoice) the rotors were supposed to ship 3/23. read more

Tire Rack's website is user friendly, next day delivery, preferred garage - Faxon Garage was very helpful. As part of my 4-tire purchase was a 2 year road hazard warrantee ($42), which in theory, sounded good. When one rear tire experienced a road hazard 3 weeks later Faxon instructed me to contact Tire Rack's Road Hazard claims department, which I did. The claims department was efficient....BUT in order to get the replacement tire one must first purchase the new tire then get reimbursed.....Doesn't sound too bad, unless the exact replacement tire price has changed......delivery is also not next day........Great experience, gone sour. read more

Wow, thought I'd contact and work with Tirerack, conversation went like this, NOPE, you"re out of time, too bad, We won't cover it and here is an email telling you our reason for NOT wanting to help, The stoptech and Brembo was what the customer service rep recommended. NOW, the brakes squeak constantly after 10k, had it looked at by a top notch Mercedes group and they said the same thing I told them and even had the results that the rotors were not true, and the Brembo pads were not compatible with this car. I purchased tires through Tire Rack and opted for the road hazard warranty. The tires themselves were fine and the price was decent but the service regarding the road hazard is absolutely horrible. My tire was damaged by something in the road, I sent pics, I had the service center I dropped by tire and wheel at call and describe the issue. The owner of the shop said the person they spoke to from the warranty department, Sensio, seemed to be trying everything possible to say that this should not be covered. This is simple. I paid extra for a road hazard warranty. I hit a hazard that ruined the tire, and sent in info to show this, so send me a new tire. After multiple calls and emails, I am throwing in the towel, and purchasing a new tire locally. It may be a few more dollars, but at least if there is an issue, I am confident it will be handled. If you are looking to simply purchase tires at a fairly low price, and do not care about service after the sale, I suppose Tire Rack is fine. Anything beyond that, buy it locally-it's worth the extra money. Their lack of service cost them any future business from me. read more

I was originally looking for a replacement set of winter tires for an '11 subaru outback. Whilst investigating many websites I found positive and negative feedback on tire-rack.com - but the confusing thing was it was either 100% or nothing - no in-between. After a lot of investigation - I decided to take a chance and ordered 4 tires for the outback (winter) - and was very happy to see them outside of of my front door in 4 day. Ordered a second set of 4 (summer) or an Acura TL - these took 3 days and finally a replacement set of 4 for the outback (summer) were in front of my house within 3 days also. I haven't had any of the tires installed yet - but they look great and were delivered in super human time - just as promised. I love this web site!!!! Got shoved into a curb by a negligent driver who basically fled the scene. The rim was fine but the sidewall was destroyed. I checked with two local dealers and both were $350 or more to install a replacement OEM tire and both were pushing to replace one other tire to provide a matched set on am axle. Frustrated with the expense I checked tire rack another online tire supplier. There wasn't much of a difference in price, both were about $60 cheaper for the tire with local mounting. The servicing shop also noted that the full spare provided the wheel for matching an axle saving more than half. The tire was replaced , the balance is good and I can't tell any difference from before the collision. Reading the review about the warranty issue if I was buying a full set I think I would check with the manufacturer about the warranty implications. Shipping tires back is hugely expensive and not something I would want to do. read more

Never again will I do business with this company. I have bought many tires from this company and generally don't have any problems, except this time. Bought four "brand new" tires to later find out that they were manufactured three years prior. Although they had never been put on a rim, the company should have informed the buyer of that. A lot of things can happen to rubber in three years time. Customer Service rep Lucy was horrible. Poor customer service to say the least, and even argued about the whole thing. The tires were losing air and I didn't know what was going on. Finally I was able to speak with Megan, who did an amazing job telling me what might have been wrong with the tires. Really appreciated her help and professionalism, and although I am going to keep the tires, they have lost a customer for life. Shame on you TIRE RACK. read more

Do not order from this company. Purchased my tires in Aug 2015, Continental all season, and already got a bubble. I had the Tire Rack Road Hazard Protection and I still have to pay. Customer service very rude, incompetent, provide me a guide how to inspect my tire which was a waste of my time and now I have to go to another authorized dealer to inspect where could have been provided to me in the first place. what an inconvenience.....Never again read more

One of Pirelli tires on my car started making bad noise so I decided to purchase 1 tire from tirerack.com (price was great). I also found out that they were located 60 miles away from me and they offered installation service there. I decided to go there for the installation. Saturday morning. I was the 3rd person in line. Check-in process was prompt and few minutes later I got a text message to see one of the representatives to finalize the order and installation. I waited 5 min before I pulled into the garage and installation process begun. After 25-30 minutes manager Miles Barden called my name, introduced himself and told me there was an accident. He took me into the garage to show me that one of the installers made a mistake and scratched my wheel. He told me right away that they were buying me the new wheel. Of course I wasn't happy about what happened but offering to buy me the new wheel was more than I expected. He offered me to go to the closest BMW dealership to get this new wheel installed because he didn't want to inconvenience me asking to come all the way to South Bend. Because my wheel needed to be ordered and damage to my wheel was only cosmetic we decided to finish the installation of the new tire on the old rim as the temporary solution. The whole process lasted about 1 hour. When I came home I decided to refurbish all of my wheels so I asked Miles if it would be possible to get store credit for the future tire purchases instead of getting the new wheel. He accepted my request and promised me the store credit for the value of the new wheel. Mistakes happen but it's important for me how tire rack handle them. Their commitment to customer is FIRST CLASS. They made me feel as valuable customer even though it was my first time there and I bought only 1 tire. But because of their ability and willingness to take care of me they earned myself as a lifetime customer. Amazing company and amazing staff. Thank you Miles. read more

Tire Rack delivered a very poor level of service and made claims they didn't honor. The set of snow tires and wheels I purchased were not balanced properly by Tire Rack and vibrated at highway speeds. After contacting Tire Rack customer service I was told to have the tires balanced again out-of-pocket, submit a receipt, and I would be refunded. As soon as the receipt was submitted, getting a response from anyone at Tire Rack became impossible. I emailed twice, chatted with their live agents who conveniently only offer sales support and called their customer service line. I finally received an email response that my credit card would be refunded for the balancing in 3-5 business days. This was a lie. Two weeks later my card still hasn't been refunded. I'm now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company and won't make the mistake of ordering from Tire Rack again. Getting properly balanced tires from a tire company shouldn't be so difficult, nor should getting a simple refund for correcting their incompetent work. read more

Look at the Consumer Affairs reviews. This "company" is obviously in steep decline. I got 3 rear rotors and one front one from these clowns after calling in to insure that I got the correct parts. Had to take an extra day off work to take my car back to get the front ones done. They did nothing for me. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and told my story here, Google reviews, Twitter and Facebook as I told them I was going to do. That is all. read more

Ordered snow tires online from them but instead of shipping out, they put the order on hold while doing "processing" of the credit card. So instead of getting the tires before the weekend I will have to wait and extra few days unable to drive in the snow. I called several times, and they were not willing to do anything to get the order out the same day. read more

I've made several wheel and tire purchases from them online. When they have items in stock, they are 4 or 5 out 5 stars. Unfortunately they list items as in stock but then mark the as back ordered (more than a month). While they are more than happy to issue a refund, it requires a phone call from them informing you have the back stock. This happened twice in a week so instead of getting my new wheels within a few days, it's been about six and I still need to find some. I'll stress again, they have been great with handling the cancelations, so no $ issues. read more

I was interested in trying Tire Rack after the mentions they received in Consumer reports who recommended them for tires. Purchased four top-spec Bilstein shock absorbers for my truck, and had occasion to call their phone representative, Porter, for help. He was great, and took the order over the phone. Their price was less than Amazon, delivery just as fast, no tax in AZ, the representative had fluent English (and was based in the US), delivery was well packed with multiple straps and packaging material. I had no idea that they sold automotive items besides tires and wheels, so next getting brake parts next. Made a believer out of me! read more
