Then, while I'm waiting, I mention that LAST TIME here, someone misaligned my tire sensors so that the front sensor was registering the back tire on one side, and the other side sensor was not working properly at all... they were all working when I went in, not when I left!! So... a little good news: my tires CAN BE repaired, instead of being replaced... saving me boodles of bucks. Honesty is refreshing!! But, the sensor issue is estimated to cost $300+/- ...... so, there's that. All in all: meh. I'll run these tires til they fall off and probably need a new car next time

Came in to get a tire repaired from a nail. I had even marked the nail spot for them. They lifted up and i looked out and my hood was up, the kid was standing under the car texting on his phone for over 15 minutes and then left the car and as I watched him just walking around talking to other people. When i asked the front desk about it, he said they were doing a general inspection of the car which i never asked for. I was on a tight schedule and was lookin for a quick fix. My wife had to drive to a meeting and, had they done their job, would have been on time. Ended up almost 2 hours late.... for a small tire fix. A plug, which i asked for they did not do but eventually took the tire off and pulled the tire off the wheel to install a patch. Another man was there to get 2 tires. Had been there before I got there and for most of the time I was there. After probably half an hour with the car in the bay, one of the techs asked the front desk if he wanted 2 tires and which ones. I knew I was in trouble at that point. Never ever come here if you are on a schedule and if you do, specify exactly what you want and nothing more. One lady called in for a battery. I saw the battery. Standard agm auto. Quoted her about $450 for the battery and installation.

I knew of this place from eating at The Ramshackle and seeing it across the street…read more When I got a screw in my tire ( as so many contractors fail to cover their loads properly ), I needed such services. They took me right in, removed the tire, checked to make sure that there was only one leak, took it off the rim and patched it from the inside, all for 25 bucks. Seemed like a good deal to me.

Wildwood Tire desk staff had a "can do" attitude and understood the process of prioritizing workload and staff scheduling.

Amazing experience! Hit something in the road without seeing anything, just heard the change in…read moretire noise. Stopped when I could and called these folks. They told me to bring it right in. We arrived within 5 minutes and they took us right in as the tire was deflating. They were very busy, but have two dedicated people for such issues, or so it appeared. Incredibly friendly staff that was very outgoing. We were on our way back to our planned day within minutes. We now have a tire place to call when we need to replace tires and we were awarded with the attached souvenir that nobody wants.

Alberto arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem (a screw in my tire), and was able to repair, refill, and replace the tire in no time at all! Alberto was professional, a perfect gentleman, and someone both my husband and I would highly recommend. We were also extremely grateful that the rates MTS charges are very affordable.
