Jose was able to order one from their warehouse, to arrive promptly on Monday morning, and was able to get me in and out so easily and quickly knowing that I was under a time crunch. They were so helpful, genuine, and easy to work with. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that they were trying to upsell me on anything. Definitely recommend this location!

Then the following week my tire started leaking air so I call and try to get an estimate for all new tires and get told something is wrong with their system so I would have to come in for them to take a look at what tires would fit my vehicle (I have an account with them and they know my vehicle)... I then asked if they were busy and Caleb said they could get it all taken care of in 45 mins. (All new tires and alignment) But when I get there 20 mins later, I talk to the same sales associate Caleb and he makes it seem like all these people just showed up and the wait time is probably doubled and the system is now working all of a sudden. Then tells me the most common tire people get for my car is not available and he would have to order them. Which is fine, but all of this could've been done OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED, not to mention interrupting the should be quick purchase process twice to answer the phone. Then I ask if they could just fix my tire and do the alignment until my next appointment for the tires and the wait time gets doubled to 1hr 30. I can tell when businesses genuinely get busy and stuff happens but I also can tell when someone is lazy or lying. I've been going to discount tire for 5 years so I know what to expect when it comes to customer service. This was not it. Giant waste of time. I love discount tire but I might find a different location.
